I really like that we could check in at anytime, how big the rooms were, and that there was a heater for us which was nice after a long rainy bike ride. I also like that everything is operated by code so no need to worry about key cards and the like. There are also lockers free of charge for use on the day of check in and check out which allowed for more adventuring in the city!

It was a bit difficult to use the washrooms after someone has showered because there’s nothing to block the water from running everywhere in the flat ground. This wasn’t always an issue since the heated floors seemed to dry everything really quickly and some washrooms had squeegees to clear the water but I definitely wish I had flip flops at times. Also there wasn’t anywhere to hang our towels after showering except for a clothes hanger. I definitely appreciate the minimalist style of the rooms but it would be wonderful to have just a couple of hooks along the walls from which to hang items.

Convenient room with enough space, fine coffee machine and kitchen/dining room + washing room. I reccomment to take a thermo mug to take away as you can get a coffee in the house for 15 DKK whereas in the city coffee shops it will cost you at least 30 DKK. That is a big thumbs up for the SLEEPCPH and the coffee is tasty and you can pay contactless. When we travel to CPH again, this accommodation will be highly considered for our stay.

The only downside was laud noise of our room´s door hinges. Eventhough we got in touch with reception, it was not fixed before our departure.

You get in (and check out) via a code, so no worries about late arrivals. The room was perfectly clean and nice, as was the bathroom (we had our own, but we've seen shared ones as well). While the building looks just okay from the outside, it is very nicely remodeled on the inside. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, and seemed safe. Walking distance to the beach (Amager Strandpark), grocery stores and some restaurants. The city center is a bit further away. Street parking free for 3 hours outside of 9-18, so if you're staying overnight, that might be enough. You should also be able to get free street parking not that far away, check out Copenhagen's parking map. FYI, you'll be asked to fill out an online form for all guests and provide a picture of your ID for the main guest.

I was hesitant about hostel type accomodation but this was excellent, the showers & kitchen were clean, everywhere seemed to be although there was an issue with ants in my room. The laundry & kitchen facilities were excellent. It was quiet, bed was comfy. I enquired about staying for a 3rd night but the price was much more than I originally paid so I left. I would definitely recommend the place

Not having a staff member on site was, at first, not great as I had trouble getting in the door as I hadn't received the email with the code & waited for someone to come out so I could enter.

Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Highly convenient and organized. Exceptionally good soundproofing as well as good bathrooms. Very good kitchen and well stocked with supplies.

Lack of air conditioning, slightly small room, but usable. Not as much soap in the dispensers. No shampoo + conditioner. Not allowed to open the window in the kitchen, so it gets very hot down there. Maybe need an instruction set posted for the stove top.

- customer support is great! helpful and very friendly - bed is comfy - super quiet place! haven’t heard a sound during my stay - room is very spacious - easily drop off my luggage in the locker before checking in - my room was ready even before set check in time - about what I was notified by an sms! amazing! you just need to request early check in - it’s for free

- shower / toilet was on the first floor, have to go downstairs - showers were clean during the day, in the evening they were so-so - coffee from the coffee machine

Good location - hotel was in a quiet area, close to a metro stop, a supermarket and not far from a beach. Decent sized room and there is a well equipped kitchen. Even though there are no staff, the check in and check out are simple. Overall a pretty good, affordable option.

Bathrooms did not get cleaned very often - definitely not daily while I was there. Basic things like soap were missing. Also did not like the fact I was being bombarded with emails and text messages constantly asking if I needed anything and offering late check out (for a fee) - sometimes several times a day, felt a bit too much. Also some building work was going on in the opposite building so not possible to sleep after 7.30 AM.

The communication was timely and detailed. The building and rooms were basic along with being functional. The neighborhood had shops, restaurants and bakery near by. We felt safe day and evening. The walk from the Metro was easy. I appreciated that the place offered washer and dryers to use.

Instructions on how to operate the washer and dryer would have been helpful to me. I am able to do stairs but I did not see an elevator. If it has an elevator I did not see signage for it.

It is one of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They contacted me as soon as the room was free (an hour earlier before check in). The room is big enough, quiet and comfy. There is a kitchen where you can re-heat and cook food. There are enough bathrooms and toilets, I never saw a line there. Hostel is easy to find and it is not difficult to understand what to do. Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen downstairs (although there were no utensils), comfortable check-in/check-out. All in all pretty good value for money, if you don't mind a shared bathroom. Might be better for longer stays.

Rooms equipped with only the basic necessities - there is no kettle, no TV, only two wire hangers for clothes. Only one power outlet near the bed. Also, there was no staff in the hotel whatsoever.
