i only gave it 9 as this type of hotel is not for everyone but if you dont mind shared shower and toilet facilities its a brilliant hotel and very clean 5 min walk to tube and 10 min walk to nearest takaway and pub i loved sitting in the cafe area with a make your own coffee in the mornings before setting out

my sons were very lucky their room was right opposite the showers our room was a couple of short corridors away but we got used to it and they were very spacious and clean with hairdryers , only putting this as you might have a little walk to your nearest one if you need the toilet in the night but we didnt mind

This is in fact a hostel, with mostly double rooms and big shared bathrooms with couple of sinks and shower places. Staff is very friendly, responsible and polite, all the communication goes through the messages, there is no reception, but is it functioning really good. Beds are comfortable, and it is good that rooms are mostly double and not like classical hostels with many beds, so you can have your privacy. Kitchen is big and equipped, although we have not used it for food preparation so I don’t have my personal experience. There is amazing bar in the lobby, where you can have coffee, tea, other drinks and snacks for great prices, and also lockers that are available for free if you come before check in time which is great. There are also few small private bathrooms with shower and toilet (but also sherable) among those big typicall hostel ones, and I really liked that. Metro station is 5 minutes away and Copenhagen is fantastically connected with public transport.

Rooms could have a couple of hooks. Also, most of the time there was no soap or shampoo, that can be improved. Hygiene of toilets and sinks during the day could be better but I guess that is not something that depends on hostel stuff but guests, since they are cleaning regularly in the morning and evening.

A good option if you like to walk a lot, like us. Because Copenhagen is a walkable city. You can get there on foot from the airport, and it is also convenient to get to the city center on foot. The room is very clean, a large comfortable bed, adjustable heating, so it is warm even in autumn, if necessary. Showers are outside the room, but there are many of them, located almost opposite the rooms, so there is no waiting line. An excellent large kitchen where you can cook, there is a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and a dishwasher, which is a very nice option when traveling as it saves precious time. The staff are ready to help with any questions and ask if everything is okay

It was a little confusing to check in and find my room as it’s unstaffed, and all communication is done via email. They are super quick with replying, however, so any issues you have can be very quickly sorted out!! But if you prefer staffed hotels, just keep that in mind! Also, I stayed in the area for a concert nearby, so if you are visiting for main attractions of CPH, this may be a little far away from those unless you’re great with trains etc.

The hostel is conveniently located near a metro station, and there's a shop nearby, which makes it easy to grab any essentials. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. I found the self check-in system, with access via a password, to be very convenient as it meant there was no need to carry around a key or keycard. Additionally, there are plenty of bathrooms available, so I never had to wait. The entire hostel is very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

There are no hooks in the room, so after a shower, it was difficult to find a place to hang my towel. I had to fold it instead. The door in room 011 creaks a lot. The hinges should be oiled. It would be nice to have two towels provided - one large and one small.

I really recommend staying at SleepCph! They offer self check in, with a personal code, the room was bright, very clean and the neighborhood was very quite and in a perfect location to visiting other beautiful parts of the city. Close by is the metro station, or if you walk towards the city center you pass very beautiful neighborhoods on your way. I'm especially positively delighted by the staff, which took care of every detailed instruction on checking in, finding everything necessary and the check out process, even I received a call mid-stay for a check-up from the staff if everything is well with the facilities.

Given the fact of the prices in Coppenhagen this was a very good choice. This is my first time staying in a hostel and thankfully the experience was good. The instructions for self check in/out given from the staff were wery clear and easy to apply and their response, in case you need something, is very quick. The location is in the middle of residrntial area, half an hour walk from the main attractions and is well connected with the public transportation. Several supermarkets as well as restorants are in the vicinity. The heating was excellent as well as wifi (since we had 1 rainy day out of 4). Very easy to reach from the airoport.

The location is very nice, close to the metro station and just few stops from the center. The beds are comfortable and it's nice that they have some common areas such as the kitchen. In general was a very nice stay. The room we stayed was good, but we didn't have many luggage, if there are two people with two suitcases I guess it would be very tide.

The bathrooms should have a mat or something to drag the water, because after people take shower there is a lot of water at the whole bathroom floor. Also the sound isolation of the rooms are not very good.

The cleaning lady cleaned the public use spaces every morning. So these spaces were clean. In the evenings the cleanliness depends on the people. We stayed with respectful and tidy neighbours so the shower and toilet area was clean, the kitchen was clean also. The rule is to tide up after yourself after using the kitchen. Everyone followed this rule.

In the mornings the construction workers started their job before 7 am just in front of our windows. It was loud. It was a reason to start our day early. It might be a problem for some people who want to sleep longer.

A self-service hotel is the ultimate introvert's heaven :) The online staff was super helpful and made all of the procedures super clear, while the on-site staff worked incessantly to keep everything clean and working (though we barely noticed them). The common spaces are organised in a very thoughtful way to make your stay comfortable - from the coffee machine at the entrance, to the café space, to a very spacious and well equipped kitchen.
