Great location for a trip to visit family in Tårnby. It is pretty handy for the airport too. It was quiet and dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Super friendly reception team.

Shower was very basic. No cubicle, just a shower curtain in a very small bathroom. That is the only very minor negative.

We had nice spacious room on 6th floor. Little minus would be missing wardrobe (at least there were some hangers) in the room and bathroom which was nice and spacious but shower wasn't anyhow divided so water was in the whole bathroom. Plus the whole floor was bit hot during sunny days, yet we had AC in the room so that was useful. Also little kitchen in our room was nice bonus. Overall hotel had nice breakfast, you can get some small refreshment also at the reception, they offer locker for small fee if you need to leave baggage there. And despite it isn't in city center, it is 2 stops from Tivoli amusement park and from there you can see whole Copenhagen by foot. Train/bus stop is 2 mins away, grocery store as well, from the same station you can get to Sweden directly as well, so all very handy.

The room was modern and comfortable. The view was quite pretty. It was a different experience regarding the restroom but it was nice to receive clean towels and more toilet paper almost every day. The staff was extremely understandable and nice. Overall it was a nice experience.

The pillows were not comfortable, I had to ask for another one because they were supper flat. The hall it was supper hot whenever we got to our room and also the room was really hot. It threw us off regarding the shower, it would be nice to have a space to place our clothes so they don't get wet and probably a mat outside the bathroom so we don't get everything wet outside. I would suggest to if you are staying more than 3 days, to clean the restroom.

Breakfast was good and well priced. Beds were comfy and clean. Right next to the train station, one stop away from the metro and one stop away from the airport. Good pizza/kebab takeaway across the road. Close to a netto for any forgotten items/groceries. Staff were friendly and welcoming. 24hour bar and breakfast from 5am-10am were great.

Although the beds were comfy, there was a slight annoyance as it was two single beds pushed together with individual mattress toppers which meant that they would slide away from you and your partner in the middle of the night. Walls/doors were thin so you could hear people walking and talking at night.

The staff was the biggest highlight of this trip so far. They were really helpful and kind towards guests. They’ve recommended me a lot of stuff and what to do. I liked the rooms. They were pretty cozy and beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean and the location was pretty good. The internet connection was surprisingly fast. You can buy water bottles for 15 Danish Kronas but the refilling it being free was a nice touch. Their sandwiches were filling and tastes decently. The hotel being close to the train station was brilliant. It’s especially easier for tourists who are visiting Copenhagen for the first time and it helps them get to the airport without paying for the taxi. The coupon wall was a generous move which is helpful for travellers who have a limited budget (Like myself) and some of them gives the brief information about the historical and touristic places in Copenhagen. Lastly Natto is across the hotel if you need anything.

The shower was the worst. It’s merged to the sink causes so much problems and since the floors are flat, it leaks close to the toilet (also no shampoo and body wash). At least there was a little squeegee thing that helps cleaning after showers. Despite rooms being cozy, if you’re tall you might not able to use the working table due to the ceiling being triangle shaped and crossed between walls. The light on the bed was really close to my head which caused me to hit it with my head. Lastly breakfast being only thing to be served is disappointing. It’s especially bad for people who wake up late. Despite the flaws I actually enjoyed my stay and looking forward to booking it again in the future.

The hotel on the route of many trains to the center and only 4 minutes from the airport. Great place for outings to explore Copenhagen but also, in the other direction - Sweden. Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, not too big but comfortable. Value for money for 5 stars!

What on the downside is that you can not heat water in the room to drink something warm. We don't know how it worked but for the first two days we had to pay for coffee in the vending machine by the elevators and then the lady at the front desk after asking us which room was ours said we didn't have to pay, it was confusing.

The room was very clean. There was space to hang clothes and a rack for my suitcase. The room also has a desk and chair. There was plenty of lighting options in the room. Shower room was clean and shower kept a constant temperature and had good pressure. Location is great, Train station and bus stops to travel, into Copenhagen city centre or to the airport are a few minutes walk from the hotel.

A hairdryer can be loaned from reception but having one in the room would have been nice. There was only one pillow, so I had to fold it in half to sleep comfortably. A second pillow in the room would have been good.

Our room was a basic double and although small, it was fine for our 4 night stay. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the quantity or quality of the food. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the bar/reception area has comfortable seating where you can sit and enjoy a drink. Sandwiches are available to purchase from the bar as well as a variety of snacks. Although the hotel was not in the centre of Copenhagen, the train station is located just across the road and trains are reliable and frequent. We made journeys to the city centre, the airport and into Sweden. It was easy to purchase tickets from machines located at the stations which gave instructions in English. There are supermarkets located across the road near the train station as well as a local bar that serves food and a pizza place next door. Both have outside eating areas at the rear.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it was warm during our stay. The windows would not stay open enough to allow cooler air into the room.

Our location was perfect between the airport and downtown Copenhagen. Easy to take the train to and from downtown and back to the airport in the end. It was a cute little neighborhood with parks nearby and a fun bike ride to the ocean. We rented bikes from the hotel with an affordable rate for each day we were there. One evening we went bowling which is the building beside the hotel. Lots of walks around the neighborhood and bike rides everyday. easy to explore downtown Copenhagen with one quick train ride from the hotel. The room was cute and comfortable with a lovely shower and bathroom. There was hot water available for free in the lobby along with cold water and cups on the front desk. Grocery store a two minute walk and right beside the train stop by the hotel.

Very friendly staff and easy check-in, check-out process. We stayed for our first and last night in Copenhagen. We arrived at 2 am the first night and left at 4 am the last night. Both weird times but the check-in and out processes were smooth and efficient. The first night we slept in a three bed room at the top floor and the last night we slept in a 4 bed room. We loved the 3 bed room a lot more. The restroom is a lot more spacious, the amenity more complete, and it comes with air conditioning. The 4 bed room is still comfortable, but the restroom has less space and no air conditioning (but no problem after we open the window). Location is great. 3 minute train ride from the airport and 3 minute walk from the train station.

After staying for 2 separate nights in 2 separate rooms, we prefer the 3 bed room over 4 bed room. The 4 bed room is basically the three bed room with one extra bed on top of the one single bed. We have small kids who was not used to sleep in a bed that high so we're a bit nervous about our kid falling. Otherwise it is a great option close to airport.
