Very nice apartment come hotel room. Very modern and well equipped and neat design. Perfect for our 4 night break. It is very close to the Metro so you can be in the city within minutes. We were also able to hire bikes from Zoku at reasonable rates and to use their lockers to store our luggage on the last day. There are nice spaces to eat and relax on the top floor and roof terrace. It is also close to shops. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The main downside for us was that breakfast was not included. Although we did pay extra for it one day it was overpriced as there was limited choice and although you could ask for eggs and bacon to be cooked the portions were pretty small. We opted to buy our own food and use the kitchen for breakfast. The room was generally great but the 'loft' bed meant there was no space to get ready for the day as you can't stand in the bed area and there was no dressing table. It also wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a few big grocery stores nearby, one of them is in the same building, which is excellent! Some genius planned the room! Despite being not-so-big, there is plenty of space to store your belongings. We had 2 small and 2 medium-sized luggage, and we had no problem fitting in the room. Also, you can take a good 1-hour walk through the newest part of the city at look at some beautiful architecture of the building on the way to the city center.

It's a bit away from the main attractions, and if there is bad weather, there is a big chance that you will stay in the room for the rest of the evening after work because you can't just take a 30-minute walk to see something in the city and be back home.

Fantastic example of how we can live, work, socialize, eat, play & create in a beautiful interactive (if you choose) living/vacation environment! We have never experienced a stay like this and even as retirees (yes, there is stairs that you pull out from the wall to access your comfy, cozy bed) found the experience one we would love to return to. The best part is Zoku Copenhagen is just steps away from the metro that whisks you into downtown Copenhagen in minutes. Would definitely return to Zoku on our next visit and highly recommend.

We stayed there for nine nights, it was really good to have the option to cook at “home” when we were not in the mood to take the metro downtown. The room is spaceious and you have everyting you need at the hotel.

The neigborhood didn’t really have any resturants or bars but we knew that before we booked, but just be aware of that before you book. Two things that might of been better, one was the cleaning of the room. They said that housecleaning was only once every three days, I would like to have it at least once every two days but we did not get any cleaning until we asked a maid for it after six days.. The other thing is the AC, it was more of a air cooling. It never went lower than 22,5 degrees celcius. Just something to be aware of if you book the room in July like I did.

We chose this hotel as it was relatively near the Bella centre (2 stops away) where I was attending a conference. After reading the reviews online, I was concerned about the possibility of a small room, unfriendly staff, and unusable toilet with a tiny sink, but these fears were unfounded. We stayed in the Zoku room, and despite its small size, the room is well-designed to make use of the available space. In fact, it felt spacious for 2 persons. Bed was comfortable. The toilet was also spacious. There was a very small fridge (enough space for a carton of milk and a few other items) as well as an iron, rollable ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Cleaning was done after the 3rd night. There's also a vacuum and extra towels available at the pantry. We had breakfast 1 of the days and it was delicious and very filling. The staff were always professional and polite. They also accommodated our request to have a room away from the elevator so that it was more quiet.

The vacuum cleaner in the pantry ran out of charge very fast. Fortunately we could borrow a large vacuum from the cleaning staff. It was expensive but I guess that is the normal price for copenhagen. It was already cheaper than the other options available.

Fantastic design hotel at amazing value, great rooms - nice design and all amenities, super nice reception, bar and restaurant area, well connected with Copenhagen center (metro station 2min walk away) and even walkable, 30min to Christiania, 40min to old town. Super lovely staff, too. Loved it here and would return.

No major drawbacks. Air conditioning was a bit weird in that you can't regulate room temperature to an exact spot. It was 22.9C by default, and you could only set it to full blast up cool or hot, and then you can go maximum 2 degrees higher or lower to 20.9C or 24.9C :) So it was too warm for us during nights. Curtains didn't close fully, and there was some light shining through in the mornings disturbing the sleep a bit. But these were not major issues.

Zoku is absolutely amazing! The room is spacious and clean with everything you need, which even provides sufficient and different kinds of sockets. The rooftop is perfect for working on a laptop, doing some reading on the hammock, and I wrote some postcards since the stationery is offered, so considerate! The location is in a quite residential area surrounded by the tv company, university campus and parks, and I enjoy the coziness and tranquility of the neighborhood. It’s also a great experience to ride a bike to the nearby sea in the east. The location is only two to three stations away from the central area. I have such a fantastic stay at Zoku! I’ll definitely come back again the next time :)

Amazing place, from the first moment we arrived we felt immersed in a wonderful Danish lifestyle. We thought it was very comfortable. We could easily stay indoors when it was raining without feeling we missed out on a day of holiday. So many little details in the room(no spoilers) that didn't stop us from being amazed to the last moment, a little treasure trove. Noise insolation is amazing. The only thing I would say it was missing was a little bottle of dish soap (2dishwasher tablets were present) but we still feel we had a very special stay

Not enough time to enjoy everything that was available, like breakfast, the rooftop

The place is charmingly decorated, much attention was given to every detail. A metro station, two large shops, and the concert hall are just a few steps away. The people at the reception were very helpful. At our early arrival we could leave our luggage in a locker in the basement and go immediately to explore Copenhagen. It was useful that room includes a small kitchen.

As there was a bonus question about the lighting in the room I have to say that the system was quite confusing, especially in the bathroom. As we were staying only for 4 nights we did not need so much space for storage, so it was rather a disadvantage than an advantage that one has to go up the stairs to the bed.

it is not in the center but it was only less than 5 mins walk to metro so we didnt mind at all. it was very stylish and unique. all furnitures look high end and the way it was all put together is top notch. everything you need is provided for: microwave, A/C that can be adjusted to temperature of your liking, fridge, comfortable bed, small sitting area, safe/vault. it was clean and modern. the reception area/dining area looks very inviting and you can play pingpong too. over all great value for money

they already disclosed the moment we arrived that they wont be cleaning the room during our stay unless we request for it. we only stayed for two nights so we didnt care. im not sure if it is the same for long term stay. again it wasnt a deal breaker for us but others might find this as an issue.
