Very nice apartment come hotel room. Very modern and well equipped and neat design. Perfect for our 4 night break. It is very close to the Metro so you can be in the city within minutes. We were also able to hire bikes from Zoku at reasonable rates and to use their lockers to store our luggage on the last day. There are nice spaces to eat and relax on the top floor and roof terrace. It is also close to shops. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The main downside for us was that breakfast was not included. Although we did pay extra for it one day it was overpriced as there was limited choice and although you could ask for eggs and bacon to be cooked the portions were pretty small. We opted to buy our own food and use the kitchen for breakfast. The room was generally great but the 'loft' bed meant there was no space to get ready for the day as you can't stand in the bed area and there was no dressing table. It also wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Royal Arena where we were attending the event. Little did we know that it'll turn out to be one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! When we just arrived at the reception, all I could think of is just WOW. It's the most beautiful reception I've ever seen! Then, we were warmly welcomed by a super kind receptionist guy (even though it was late night). In addition to this, he also offered us a FREE UPGRADE! 🥺 It was the second WOW of our stay. And, of course, the third WOW was the room itself :D It's so creative, stylish, well thought out, and simply FUN! You'll spend the 1st hour of your stay just exploring all the fun features that this room offers :D My personal favorites: iron&board right in the room (such a rare thing, even for 5* hotels). All the furniture, bed sheets, and household appliances were high quality. The fully-equipped kitchen and very comfy table make the room perfect even for a long stay. Also, there's a TV to which you can cast videos from your phone (YouTube/Netflix/etc). The breakfast at the hotel is also great - the buffet offers everything you need (incl. amazing bakery😉) + you can additionally order eggs prepared in different styles. The location was perfect for our purposes, but it's convenient to get to the center too - the metro is right around the corner. Also, there are 2 big supermarkets literally in the neighboring buildings. Generally, the hotel area is beautiful, modern, clean, and safe. ALL the staff members - receptionists, kitchen personnel, chiefs, cleaning ladies - are just fantastic people. There were so many other cool and fun things in the hotel, such as the room where you can take additional tea bags/coffee capsules/kitchen utensils/etc at any moment, laundry room, courtesy room, possibility to rent bikes, super cozy last floor with board games....

We loved everything, but the minor thing is that the floor in the room was cold in mid-September (and thermostat didn't help much), but it's a common thing for all Europe (so consider bringing slippers if you're sensitive to that)

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a few big grocery stores nearby, one of them is in the same building, which is excellent! Some genius planned the room! Despite being not-so-big, there is plenty of space to store your belongings. We had 2 small and 2 medium-sized luggage, and we had no problem fitting in the room. Also, you can take a good 1-hour walk through the newest part of the city at look at some beautiful architecture of the building on the way to the city center.

It's a bit away from the main attractions, and if there is bad weather, there is a big chance that you will stay in the room for the rest of the evening after work because you can't just take a 30-minute walk to see something in the city and be back home.

It was a great size, we didn't use the hob/microwave but we used the coffee machine / dishwasher / fridge which were great additions. We loved being able to have a decent pod coffee. The shower room was really nice and there was so much storage! The lighting sections were also really great, someone could be up in bed and someone down making food or using the bathroom and it doesnt mean you're blinded by the lights! Having the metro so close was great. Bed is comfortable and massive too.

The coffee machine had a leak and the toilet flush was a bit broken so maybe needed a bit of maintenance - forgot to tell the "sidekicks" because it wasn't something that was so off putting i needed to tell someone about it.

The apartments are quite unique - they have a very Scandinavian feel. The apartments have everything that you need and there is a Netto supermarket just around the corner to purchase any supplies that you need There’s also a well stocked room (larder) on each floor if you need any additional items such as an extra pillow or towel. The locker room downstairs is a great idea and we used it both on the day we arrived and the day we checked out. The staff are friendly and helpful The breakfast had a great selection including a selection of tea (just not black breakfast tea - so if that’s your tea of choice bring your own)

We couldn’t turn up the heating in our room- the directions said that you should be able to turn the heating up or down by 2degrees but ours was fixed at 20.5 - which was ok but I would have preferred it a bit warmer

The whole atmosphere was exciting and friendly. The staff were very friendly. For example, Quentin was very welcoming at the reception helping us understand all the ins and outs of the facility. Every one of them had a broad smile with good vibes. Another classic example was today, the whole crew at breakfast were Argentinians (couldn't keep their names) and they were fantastic at the service. Lastly, I love how the staff speak multiple languages. Your breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel so far. The walk to the reception area with the plants is refreshing as well. I was highly impressed. Anytime I am in Copenhagen, it will obviously be Zoku.

I can't say. The whole service was exceptional that I couldn't find faults.

We came to attend a concert at the DR Konsert Hall and you can't beat the location for that. There's a public parking garage which made it very convenient for arriving by car. Metro station for a quick 12 minute trip to downtown Copenhagen leaving every 15 minutes is 3 minutes on foot. The hotel has an awesome food lounge / bar / coffee / meeting / check-in area on the top floor. In the basement there are roomy luggage lockers for storing luggage after check-out if you still want to spend more time in CPH. Internet is fantastic, rooms are a clever learning experience in minimalistic living spaces.

The surrounding area is "modern Copenhagen" at it's most utilitarian and drafty, it's not that inviting to walk around, even on a sunny day. But it's a quick metro ride to more pleasing urban areas.

i stayed in a loft and it was a perfect space. if matches the photos and overall very quiet area of copenhagen. close to the metro to go into central copenhagen. it’s actually a wonderful concept (seems like it gears towards digital nomads but it’s appealing for those seeking a base and not sacrificing space for it). there’s a beautiful rooftop for common area and where the check in and kitchen for the breakfast is served. i normally don’t do breakfast but it’s absolutely worth it. the shower was fantastic and plenty of hot water too. i slept well in the upper loft that was the sleeping area. i went in late october so my loft was comfortably warm enough and i had the window open a bit for air flow. there is a supply closet near the elevator where occupants can pick up additional supplies during their stay (housekeeping happens after the 3rd day). i’ll seek out any zoku location from now on and would def return if/when i visit copenhagen.

I liked Zoku. It is located near the metro and not far from the center and the airport, which can be reached by metro. Convenient room design. Clean. Cozy. It is located in a nice neighborhood among new houses and offices. There is a supermarket nearby. The room has a hairdryer, electric kettle. In a separate room you can take additional household items if necessary Our stay was pleasant and comfortable

Right opposite the windows there is an office building very close. For such a short trip it was even interesting unusual. But if my stay was long it would probably be quite tiring. You either have to close the curtain all the time or be in sight all the time.
