Check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is literally steps from the metro station, and less than 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast (included) was gorgeous; better than most restaurant breakfasts. This hotel has both a pool and sauna, and is across the street from a Netto, where you can buy last-minute chocolate bars to take home and share with friends.

I wish that we had stayed here our entire time in Copenhagen!

The check in was fine. The staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent. The food was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

We got to our room and we asked and got a double bed. The duvet was a single. We asked for a double and were told there was another duvet on the shelf. Another single .There was with no cover on it. Basically 20 other people could have used that duvet with no cover on it !!!!!!!!!!! Terrible. No reaction we never got another cover. The room was ok but basic .the bathroom was clean but nowhere to put soap or shower gel in the shower. I would not stay there again because of the room was basic and because of the reception staff’s attitude when i asked about the duvet.

It was near the Femøren Metro Station, 12 minutes away from the city centre and very close to the airport. The breakfast was very good and very diversified. The pool had a very suitable temperature for bathing. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. On the last day it rained cats and dogs and they offered me an umbrella.

The rooms are comfortable, especially the bed but they need an immediate renovation. The bathroom was very small, almost uncomfortable for a solo traveler and it smells a bit from the sewer. There is no wardrobe in the room, no slippers, no fridge or teapot. The incoming metro trains can disturb you sometimes. Also the maids are inconsistent with the cleaning or towel changing (some days properly some not at all).

Great location of the hotel right next to the metro stop and the waterfront with a park. The helpfulness of the reception staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices in a very pleasant environment and well organised and nice staff. Good room facilities with tea and coffee on offer, bathroom facilities and cleanliness. Strong and secure wifi. Views of the city and sunsets on the horizon. Place to store luggage before check in and after check out.

We were disappointed that the gym was not available during our stay. My son was scheduled for morning exercises. We wanted to relax in the hotel pools at the end of the day but the water was too cold. The temperature was more appropriate for a swimming pool, not for relaxing pools. Also the environment around the pools was cold, unsuitable for relaxing, with puddles of water on the floor, stained tiles - poorly maintained, didn't match the photos. Although there were only three people besides us at the pool, there weren't enough loungers to relax on. We didn't feel comfortable there at all. Fortunately the saunas, showers and changing rooms worked well.

We were on our way home to UK having been in Sweden for 10days and had also stopped here on our journey to our friends there. The closeness to the Airport made it ideal for the overnights stops. We came on the Metro from Kastrup which took a matter of minutes. The staff at Radisson were brilliant with nothing too much trouble to make our stay good. The room comfort was fine but our second stay was in a room a little too close to the Metro Line. All in all a wise choice but we have stayed here a few times when having early morning flights or arriving late in the evening.

Nothing to report as being “ didn’t like” when everything goes to plan things can only be regarded as good. Our early morning departure was easy as the Metro station is only 50 metres away. I would regard this hotel as being ideal for business travellers too.

Property is 2 minutes walk from metro station and 2 stops from airport (so close!). You can see the hotel right behind the metro station once you’re out of the train. From airport, you can reach city center in 15 minutes max, so there’s no point into spending a lot of money in expensive hotels to stay near city center. Around the hotel, you have a groceries shop right in front and the Kastrup Sobad (beautiful sea bath) 10 minutes walk. Another good point is if you want to go to Malmo (Sweden), you can go easily from the airport train station as well, quite convenient. You can also save luggage to explore if you have a late flight after check out. Room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast was great and staff was friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again! For families, it’s worth saying they have a play room for kids!

The swimming pool was cold, that was the only thing I would mention.

Location excellent. Opposite a metro station that takes you to the centre of Copenhagen and a Netto supermarket. Very close to the airport only 2 stops.

The lockers for the swimming pool. You have to ask staff for a lock and key. But then you would have to watch the key to protect your hotel entry card. Security concern. Was given an elastic band to tie to the key and wore around my wrist. The first time I used the pool with my daughter we had to take it in turns to watch my bag.

room was dated in décor, just needs a paint. lacked tea, coffee facilities even though a kettle was there nothing else was. little bit expensive for what we go in terms of room. no air conditioning. bathroom was a little tired and if you were older would have struggled to get into the shower. pillow too soft.

The room was large, so was the bathroom, everything very clean. The breakfast was rich and within a generous timeframe. The metro station is just outside the hotel and a Netto supermarket is across the street. There is also a storage room to leave the luggage, very much appreciated.

Nothing to complain, except for a small incident one night. We received an unrequested wakeup call at 4.30 am, a mistake that was discussed with the front desk in the morning. They apologized and it was all fine.

The location was very convenient as it is close to both the airport and city centre. Breakfast being included in the stay was definitely a bonus. The pool and sauna facilities are great. And staff are super friendly.

The bathrooms especially showers definitely need an update, the head of the shower was poor and the temperature did fluctuate. A little more shortage space would definitely be ideal. We visited in June and it was very hot and humid so some proper fans would be great!
