When travelling for tourist reasons, there are three critical rules for accommodation: Location, location, location! This hotel ticks all these boxes. It is reasonably close to some of Copenhagens most popular attractions, public transport, food, convenience stores, etc. and comes at a reasonable price. Not the fanciest of hotels you could imagine, but well located and with good service and amenities. Importantly, you can trust the offering as presented on Booking.com and the hotel's own website.

Though perfectly functional to transport luggage, etc. to your room, the elevator is quite small. Anyone with a touch of claustrophobia won't like it very much.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and got a room without any extra charge. Small, but cozy room, with a large bathroom, which I much rather prefer. Comfy bed with two pillows each. All necessary amenities in bathroom and really nice once too, although bottles almost empty (probably to avoid guest stealing). Great that windows could open and stay open during night without any noice from the street (backyard facing room). Didn't eat or have breakfast there, but will next time as the restaurant/bar area looked nice.

Carpeted floors, feels less hygienic. Only one bedside table and no chairs, so had to leave things on floor. Bathroom could use som attention or thorough cleaning to remove stains.

Close to train station at Kongens Nyturv… which is easy to get to from the airport. Close also to Nyhavn with the cute canal and restaurants. Hotel is nice and clean and has a nice bar / coffee area downstairs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Despite the negatives below I quite liked this place and would stay again.

The lift is tiny and it says it has a max of 1 person. So this could be a problem if on a high floor and you need to go up or down quickly. Having said that I never had a problem. The room was very small. Barely room to walk around the bed… I had to squeeze my bad between the wall and the bed but not easy to open and close it as no space… I would recommend putting queen sized bed in the corner to provide more space down one side. Shower has a curtain to separate it from the toilet… not my favourite type of shower as water goes all over normally… but in this case it was fine.

The hotel was beautifully done inside and felt very luxurious. The desk and bar staff were very friendly and lovely and helped us with anything we needed, from leaving our bags behind the desk to finding us more towels. The room itself was exactly what we needed for the price we paid. Incredibly good value. The huge windows were perfect for letting in some air whilst getting ready, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom suited us perfectly. The location was also very good just a short walk from Nyhavn. I will be telling all of my friends to stay here when they come to Copenhagen!

The only thing I would ask for is a full size mirror in the room.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk (with luggage) from the train, and close to some great sights in Copenhagen. Being able to rent the bikes is a great service. Staff are very helpful and incredibly nice.

I’m not used to hotel rooms being without a television, and tea/coffee making facilities. I missed both of those things. The cost of bicycle rental was too high, no options other than a 24 hour rental.

+ great location! the hotel is located right in the centre, close to the metro, tourist attractions and shops + although it is located in the centre, the street was quiet (except for the renovation of the house opposite, but it was hardly audible, the windows seal well) + nice and helpful staff at the reception, we had a spider on the ceiling in the shower and as I am afraid of spiders, I asked the staff the next day if they could take it away and they obliged without any problem :) + fast check-in and check-out, nobody asked us for anything, we just got our room cards and when we checked out they left the cards in the box + the whole hotel is cosy and designer, the combination of black, white and warm light is amazing :) + the room was comfortable, it's smaller, but it's absolutely enough for sleeping, it has all the equipment you need: bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and bathroom + thank you for everything!

Great penthouse 1 bedroom plus a queen bed alcove (just curtain privacy) and a roof terrace with a view. Lots of shared space - good if you need to spread out.

Coffee-maker desperately needs a decalcifying. Tv only worked with a subscription - not possible to just get a basic local news. WiFi not protected, so it was vulnerable. Wish breakfast was included - adding $100/night for 3 people was excessive.

The location was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room had most of the facilities we would hope for.

There was no air conditioning, no safe and no staff came into the room to even check (and empty) the bucket once in the 5 days we stayed there. However, we did not feel unsafe there, nothing was stolen from our room, and the bucket wasn't that much of a problem. No coffee or tea facilities in the room either, but excellent coffee served down in the cafe.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to Nyhavn. Nice large room, rich served breakfast. Nice rooftop terace. Hotel has few bikes available to rent, we did beautiful tour to Maremaid and around the city. Christiania few minutes walking. The only thing, the lift is for 1 person only, do respect this, we had smal accident when we were three inside :-). You can store your luggage in the reception when you want to stay longer than the check-out time, all people in the reception were very nice and helpful.

The location is unbeatable - very close to the water and other nice restaurants and cafes. Very peaceful and I was able to sleep with no problems.

The solo room is very very very simple. Literally just a single’s bed with a desk and a wardrobe. The shower is also a bit tricky since it’s just a shower head in the middle of the bathroom either a drain in the floor. Nevertheless, all I needed for a solo trip
