Firstly, the location is absolutely superb. It's about a 5 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv, the central station, so it only took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. Within 5 minutes walk you can also get to Nyhavn, which is absolutely stunning. Lots of museums, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, and if you want to go further afield, all four metro lines run through the nearby station. The street the hotel is on is nice and relatively quiet, with restaurants along it and a 7-11 convenience store at the end for quick snacks. The hotel is also easy to find when you're lost in the dark as it has a big light up sign on the side with its name! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived early and couldn't check in until 3pm, but the nice man at reception directed me to leave my luggage in their secure lockers downstairs. The room was spacious and clean, the bed big and comfy, and there was a nice big window looking out onto the courtyard. The rooms could be a bit annoying if you're travelling with someone else, as the bed is touching 3 walls so you'd have to climb over each other to get out, and the bathroom has frosted glass rather than a solid wall (you can't see in from the room but it doesn't feel totally private). However, as a solo traveller they're perfect, plenty of space to stretch out. I've stayed in hotels before where there isn't enough room to open your suitcase on the floor so the space was a nice change! Overall would definitely recommend a stay here, and I'll be coming back as soon as I can!

Check in is quite late at 3pm, but there's storage to leave your luggage and plenty to do in the city until then.

Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is wonderful.

Water pressure and WiFi are not so good on the 5th floor. Early check-in (if you choose it) is charged at the arrival but it is charged for every day of your stay. You are informed of that, so it is your choice, but I just don't think that business policy is either fair or logical.

Location is great, in the city center, very easy to reach * Cozy and warm, clean...I would say it's perfect for a city break, any longer i wouldn't really book because it's quite small and has to baggage space at all but for 2 -3 days it is perfect *Self checking nice and convenient * Baggage storage is convenient - you need to have 20 Dkk at hand

*no kettle , especially in the winter it would be nice to be able to at least make a tea in the room

Small, but comfortable room. Breakfast vouchers can be cought at desk at check-in or can be paid at the counter. Buffet breakfast: egg (hard or soft), jam, several types of bread, croissants, cheese, meat, oat, youchourt, the or coffee, fruit juice, ... Staff is friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us at check-out. Couple minutes later the driver was there. Location near the very toeristic hotspots of Copenhagen. Several take-away or dine in restaurants available nearby. Top location.

6 Elevators in only 1 area, made it sometimes hectic to get an elevator at the peak in the morning. Lucky we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we went sometimes by stairs.

I liked the central place of the hotel. It's 5 minutes by foot from Ny Havn and 7 minutes from the nearest metro station. It's perfect if you want to just explore the city. It's also very clean inside and the lobby downstairs is cosy and there's fast WiFi everywhere. The breakfast is also good & the staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room, albeit small is cosy and there's plenty of soundproofing. My girlfriend & I barely heard any neighbours or sounds from the street. Even though we were there mid-summer, the triple glazing on the windows is probably really useful in the winter. The AC inside is very good and you can actually turn it off, unlike other places. For those looking to store their luggage while waiting for check-in or post-check-out, you can ask the receptionist and you don't need any physical cash or coins for this, you can pay by card. Finally, there's easy disability access with a side step-free entrance and ample elevators.

The room is VERY small and if you have lots of luggage with you, it could feel a bit cramped inside. There are no drawers and wardrobes for your clothes, however, there are enough coat hangers. The bathroom, albeit covered in non-see-through glass, may be inconvenient to some people who enjoy extra privacy. The breakfast served in the restaurant is a very cheap way (judging by most Copenhagen eating-out options) to get plenty of energy for the day but it may get a bit repetitive after a few visits.

Possibly the best location in the city for first time visitors. It’s a few minutes walk to either Kongens Nytorv and Marmorkirken metro stations. Next to Gasoline Grill!!! Property is very clean. I had a hiccup with check- in (the machine charged me for the entire stay before I even checked in) but the staff took care of it swiftly at the reception. The room is small but comfortable. No housekeeping unless requested. The bed is on the smaller side. Excellent shower. Easy and cheap to store luggage for the day after checking out. Great value for money overall.

Very central location The breakfast at a very reasonable price exceeded our expectations. Although small, the rooms are modern and functional.

Crowded situation at the breakfast bufett at peak times Upgrading to a room on a higher floor doesn't make sense because it doesn't make the rooms bigger, but you have to wait longer for the lift.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, down the street from the Hop on Hop off,red bus stop number 2. My room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent. Bathroom is very clean and taps and toilet work well. The hot water goes on for ever! An excellent stay at a good value hotel. It does so much more than a two star hotel!!

A neighbour to the hotel played electronic drums from morning to night. A subtle noise but once you hear it ,sadly you keep hearing it. Not the hotels fault but I would recommend rooms 222 to 228 and on the road side end of the hotel.

Location! Very close to everything. In general I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the room, as I was not expecting much from 2star hotel, but it was great! The room was cozy, small but with all required amenities, comfortable big bed, clean, quick check out. Also I like the concept of not cleaning daily, as my room doesn't get dirty that quick and I don't like being disturbed by housekeeping. Overall exceeded my expectations!

I wish it was a bit less in value (for what is offered) but Copenhagen in general is not cheap

Location was superb. Right in the heart of Copenhagen, not too far to walk to most of the places you will want to visit or to get travel links to other spots around the city. Rooms were clean, the place was secure. We didn't use the hotel eating facilities - went out for breakfast so can't comment on that.

A selection of lower priced rooms with twins instead of doubles would be good, but the rooms are very small (think double bed and pod bathroom) - it might be hard to accomodate that.... Think of it as a hotel to sleep in, rather than avail yourself of the facilities and you'll be fine.
