The staff is very kind and helpful. I did liked the the self check-in and check-out system . Its super easy and fast . The room was clean, bed comfortable and most importantly for me at night it waa quiet. That surprised me a lot because the floor seemed to be fully occupied. WiFi was strong . Location also perfect and on a walkable distance from alnost all attractions. The possibility for storing luggage before you check in and after checking out . It's paid option. 20dkr per locker in their basement. It was helpful for me ,there are also toilets you could use which I appreciated. I felt safe and the price was reasonable. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I recommend.
That the lockers for luggage were paid. It happened that I forgot to get something from my backpack so I had to pay another 20dkr after I opened it .

Bearing in mind that this hotel is in a capital city, you have to tailor your expectation accordingly! The room is small, but for a couple of nights stay it is adequate. The bed is comfortable, and there is a small desk/chair and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom is fine. Plus the room was perfectly clean, however they do not clean it as a matter of course and this has to be requested. We were out doing tourist stuff in the day time and in the early evening decided to make use of the lobby facilities, where there is comfortable chairs/sofas to relax on and plenty of space, instead of going to the room. The location is great for sightseeing and it compensated for the small room space. We could easily go out and visit a couple of areas, return to the hotel for a quick break/rest and then go out again in the afternoon. It is central to most of the major sights and has a metro station only 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was 95kr each, and was generally, breads, croissant's, boiled eggs, cereals and yoghurts. Plus some salad items and oranges. Due finding Copenhagen relatively expensive, this was a good way to fill up for the day, but little variation. Also do not arrive to late for breakfast as things start to run out. Would also recommend the burger bar in an old petrol station across the road!
The room was small but was fine for a couple of days, I wouldn't recommend any longer though.

The hotel was easy to find and quick to check-in. Extremely convenient location. We like to walk, and were able to reach all of Copenhagen's main attractions by foot within 30min. The hotel lounge was quite lively, it seemed to be popular for coworking and hanging out. The hotel clearly attracts a vibrant crowd, judging by the trumpet practice we heard from a nearby room. Otherwise, besides staff vacuuming rooms, no noise from outside our room. Breakfast buffet was great: enough diversity of choice, frequently restocked, very nice warm bread & croissants. Considering coffee and pastry prices in Copenhagen, the breakfast was also quite cheap at DKK90. Despite the size, our room was quite functional and cozy enough. Mattress and pillows were perfect medium hardness, so we slept great.
Our room was smaller than standard double rooms in most hotels we have stayed at, and had no tea/coffee facility. The shower/toilet is only separated from the room by a milky glass wall, so not very private, and awkward if you're not sharing with a spouse. To get our toilet paper restocked, we had to order a room cleaning, which is done by email to reception.

Hotel is in a great spot in the downtown core with some great restaurants nearby (sticks & fish is worth the money). Check in/out was easy with a decently above average bed. The room is small but the price is nice
The room was modern looking in photos but felt 10 years outdated, there was small things like rust on the shower, creaking of the sink and the cheap plastic shower that really did not bother me but it did feel dated.

We chose this hotel because it was centrally located and enabled us to easily walk to Christmas markets and shops, restaurants, palaces, and Tivoli Gardens. It was also close to the Metro station, which enabled easy transportation from the airport. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Although the guest rooms are small, we were able to spend time with our friends in public spaces--the lobby and the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was nice, with a good variety of options. The bread and croissants were particularly delicious!
The rooms are tiny, without much room to open a suitcase or do anything much more than sleep. We particularly didn't like the fact that the bathroom walls are glass; even though much of the glass is frosted, the person using the bathroom doesn't have real privacy. (If you consider sharing a room with a friend, be warned!) On our first night (when we were sound asleep after our transatlantic flight), all guests had to evacuate because the smoke alarm was triggered by a guest using a hair dryer in a steamy bathroom. Perhaps the hotel staff should provide a warning about this possibility in such a small space.

Firstly, the location is absolutely superb. It's about a 5 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv, the central station, so it only took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. Within 5 minutes walk you can also get to Nyhavn, which is absolutely stunning. Lots of museums, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, and if you want to go further afield, all four metro lines run through the nearby station. The street the hotel is on is nice and relatively quiet, with restaurants along it and a 7-11 convenience store at the end for quick snacks. The hotel is also easy to find when you're lost in the dark as it has a big light up sign on the side with its name! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived early and couldn't check in until 3pm, but the nice man at reception directed me to leave my luggage in their secure lockers downstairs. The room was spacious and clean, the bed big and comfy, and there was a nice big window looking out onto the courtyard. The rooms could be a bit annoying if you're travelling with someone else, as the bed is touching 3 walls so you'd have to climb over each other to get out, and the bathroom has frosted glass rather than a solid wall (you can't see in from the room but it doesn't feel totally private). However, as a solo traveller they're perfect, plenty of space to stretch out. I've stayed in hotels before where there isn't enough room to open your suitcase on the floor so the space was a nice change! Overall would definitely recommend a stay here, and I'll be coming back as soon as I can!
Check in is quite late at 3pm, but there's storage to leave your luggage and plenty to do in the city until then.

We stayed 4 nights and it was a good choice for this city...from the airport its a straight metro ride on the M2 line to Kongens Nytorv station and an easy 5 min walk to the hotel. Felt safe even arriving past midnight. Equally close is the famous Nyhavn...you could go back and have yr fill of the canal anytime of the day or night since it's such a breezy 5 mins away from the hotel. The hotel was very central to all the key tourist spots ..all within 5 to 25 mins walk and thus we walked everywhere. The hotel lobby was modern..check in n out was quick. There are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby and you will feel spoilt for choice.
Rooms were very clean but very small n basic...not a lot of space especially if you have big bags. There was no housekeeping on any of the days we stayed there and no coffee/tea in the rooms. The shower cubicle is tiny. Thus if it's luxury you need then stay somewhere else..but if it's proximity then it's a wonderful pick.

Great central location and easy 5 min walk to Kongens Nytorv metro station (all lines, including airport). The hotel was simple but comfortable. There is a supermarket behind the hotel for supplies. There are many bars & restaurants close by. Breakfast looked chaotic.
Incessant emails about buying breakfast (even after we had left!). You have to pay to leave your luggage (watch out as it will eat your money because the locker doors are bent and may not shut properly). The wifi constantly wouldn’t connect and I had to forget & re-login.

Easy walking distance (<10 min walk) to multiple metro stations, lots of restaurants in the area for a bite. Room was clean and shower and toilet functioned with no issues. Staff were welcoming and quick to help even though we checked in very late at night. Bed was comfy and there was an extra blanket, pillow and towel available in bed. Curtain was effective at meeting out light. Breakfast was nice but a bit expensive. Luggage storage when we checked out early before our flight was conveniently located and easy to use.
Floor space was limited in the room, with two people with luggages. Shower door sometimes leaked if you didn't shut it all the way and made sure it stayed shut.

Location
The position of the sockets below the TV is awkward. I can’t put my adapter in it. The toilet bowl is not very clean. There is stain . There was strange noise coming from the door which was quite frightening. Not sure if it was caused by draft. The drainage of the sink is not smooth. The water drained slowly and cause dirty greasy water mark on the sink. The stopper was broken. The fan was noisy even in the lowest setting. The breakfast is poor. Only cucumber, apple, pear, ham, salami, hard cheese, Brie, yogurt, museli, cereal and bread. Only one or two choices for each food group!
