The hotel was in a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station and ideally situated to reach many of the local places of interest. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable although there were no drawers for putting items of clothing into. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The shower head wasn't very user friendly, long and tube like which made the spray difficult to control. The shower screen was also quite narrow so had to be very careful not to cause puddle sof water on the bathroom floor.

It's a lovely modern well presented small hotel very central to everything.

We had to upgrade as the first room was tiny - like bed width you would have to climb over each other - but I blame booking.com for not knowing that the hotel warned us on arrival of the room we'd booked but the photos presented by booking.com didn't show that clearly. And room rates much better direct!

The central location was perfect for exploring and close to the metro. The room was nice and clean and the toiletries provided were lovely.

For the price, I feel that breakfast should have been included. Not keen on the 2 single duvets on the double bed.

All the staff were really friendly and professional. I emailed a couple of times before our visit; they replied promptly and were able to accommodate my requests. Our room was spacious (business room) and everything worked properly (the standard of cleanliness was very high). The designer touches and Rituals toiletries made it feel very special. The foyer area is lovely and calm and the receptionist looked after us well while we waited for our return to the airport. Its location was perfect for us - an easy metro ride and short walk to/from the airport - plus we could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Hart and Buka bakeries are a must and these are within easy walking distance.

I rate this hotel and all the staff very highly, however, we didn't know in advance about the scheduled building work, some of which may even have been in the property next door. I was woken at 7.30am by a hammer drill in the adjacent room, which was a bit of a shock! There was a notice in the lift about it but work was supposed to be between 8 & 4. This was only on our last day (I don't think weekends are affected) so not too much disruption for us and it certainly did not affect our overall excellent impression of the hotel.

We stayed on the 5th floor , our room included a minibar and complimentary water. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel’s location is good, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

the shower lacked pressure,no water flowed at all, making it difficult to freshen up. When we contacted the night shift reception requested complimentary water, she didn’t want to bring and suggested using tap water. Given our existing water issues, this was not a feasible solution. This lack of support from the staff was disappointing and detracted from our stay.

Very central location, Bus and Metro stop very close by, everything within reach by foot, on bike or with public transport. Bicycles for rent from the hotel. Rooms had a comfortable size, modern and stylish. Very quiet. Varied breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Warm water sometimes had very low water pressure. Seems to be a common issue in the old town. Bed sadly had two mattresses instead of one large. Breakfast could be improved with porridge and vegan options (soy milk/yoghurt, vegan spreads) and nougat from a large jar instead of small plastic packages. Also, peppermint tea missing.

We got there late and the person at the desk was very kind. The room was very clean and agreeable. The breakfast was just excellent. I am usually a fussy person when it comes to food. There was a lot of choices (cold, hot) and it was all very good. I got some eggs and toast, a yogurt, and a danish. I also got a cappucino which was excellent. I looked at the brand to get myself the same one :) . The dining room was nice and private, quiet and enjoyable. This hotel was a nice surprise as i did not expect much but the service, the food, the room were just perfect. We did not get a chance to walk around, we had to catch a flight in the morning but I wished we had more time to visit the neighborhood.

we would have loved an additional blanket as I was a bit cold (from California:) I looked in the dresser but there was no extra cover. Besides this my stay was perfect. will keep the address for sure.

Location was excellent. The staff, magnificent! And the breakfast was generous both in taste and choice. The ginger shot thing they had, 5 stars! They even have umbrellas for when you are find yourself stranded without yours. The bed was very comfortable, the showers were well kept and the water pressure and temperature were adequate.

The standard rooms are rather small. I was surprise by how small they are, to be honest. But to be fair, they are all in great condition so perhaps that played a part. On Saturday evening I could hear the noise from passerb the street in the room, but if you are sufficiently tired, you drift into sleep anyways.

The location is brilliant, everything is easily reachable walking, or even by bikes provided by the hotel if needed. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean, stylish and in a good shape. The breakfast was really tasty as well.

There is nothing really that was negative. Just one comment: It is our little thing to end the day in hotel bars, but the one in the hotel could do with a little ambiance lightning and a little music. I am sure more people would frequent it for a nightcap before bed.

Nice spot. In the center of Copenhagen, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Kind, helpful & smiley personnel, from reception to breakfast hall & housekeeping. Still I have to give an extra credit to Nicolás at reception and Anna at housekeeping. My booked room was the Executive one and met my needs to the point.

No city view. I had some minor discomforts( with dimming lights, mini-bar & linen) but were all resolved when addressed to reception.
