The room was small. We upgraded to a larger room for about $100 more. We had a view of all the bicycle riders, train station, and stores. Lot of action near this location, which is exactly what we wanted. We walked everywhere, as this location is central to everything. Breakfast was plenty and fresh. The bathtub was a bit dangerous for anyone with mobility issues. See my pic. No handrails or anything to hold on while you lurch up your leg to get into the shower. Nice deck on top floor has a bar and the breakfast area. We stayed here on a way to cruise out thru Holland America. Took a cab right outside the hotel to the cruise port. Got there in about 15-20 minutes.

Nothing, it was just as we wanted.

The bed was super soft and comfortable and the window seating area was nice. Everything was super clean, chic breakfast and bar area, diversified breakfast options. Although the room is small, it's very functional and every corner and space seemed to be designed to be functional. We had a room on the first floor, facing the street, but it wasn't very noisy, we slept with an open window. The bathroom was modern and almost as big as the sleeping area. It's right across the metro/train station, so transportation anywhere is easy.

The room was extremely small, it was mostly a small hallway and a bed. There was barely any space around the bed. No storage space, only a few hangers. The staff's attitude felt artificial and too politically correct, especially when the receptionist felt the need to apologise for a rather funny joke he made as to avoid possibly offending anyone. Diversity exaggerated and overemphasised.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choicefrom ci tinental, chia pudding, waffles to scambled eggs. . Coffee was delicious. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Left luggage facility was v useful. All questions were answered promptly and I had even emailed the hotel a couple of times. Always received a prompt reply in excellent English. Bar served excellent danish beer, happy hour was a lovely touch and the rooftop bar was gorgeous Room was small but comfortable.

Made an appointment for room cleaning but it didn't happen. Only a small negative as we weren't staying long so it didn't matter.

Very friendly staff; our rooms were ready before 15.00 so we could check in earlier (without any extra charge); nice bathroom, nice view from the room; good location; nice breakfast with a good selection of food, we particularly liked the possibility of making your own waffles :-).

The price and the fact that the rooms are on the smaller side compared to what you might be used to from other countries. But to be fair - it is Copenhagen, hotels are expensive, and hotel rooms seem to be smaller all over Denmark (we travelled to other cities, 3 hotels, and it was the same).

Best location to visit Copenhagen; efficient and friendly staff ( especially the breakfast staff, and reception staff, Jacob); pleasant decor and convenient restaurant at rooftop (including free drink happy hour daily 4-5pm). Their breakfast is superb, including pate, grilled mushrooms tomatoes and sausages, in addition to the usual eggs and veggies. Several kinds of cereals and Danish pastries. Plenty drinks to select from - hot and cold.

We prepaid two identical rooms ( king s superior) but ended up with one king 508 and one smaller one ( I believe is a queen 504). The bathroom is also smaller than that at room 508. Hope I will get a refund ! Also I wish there are more hooks in the bathroom to hang things as surface area is very small but I guess it is difficult to extend the area. So hooks are easier and more economical solutions.

Breakfast was excellent. Variety of offerings to suit all travelers. Staff was friendly and were were even treated to a beautiful voice coming from the kitchen. Eric was very pleasant and cheerful each morning. Norreport metro is literally out the from door. So super convenient if needed public transport. However Copenhagen is a very walkable city and many of the main attractions were within a 20-30 min walk. We took the Metro from the airport to the hotel and back-- super easy and elevator takes you to street level, which is helpful if you have a lot of luggage. Was a 15 min ride.

Could not adjust the temperature of the room. It was warm in the rooms. So had to leave windows open and it was noisy being on a main street.

Great location as it’s only a 5 minute walk from the Round Tower. Easy access to metro and railway station (both just 10 seconds from the hotel). Loved the roof top bar for breakfast (great views) and for drinks/dinner in the evening.

The rooms are compact, which was fine for a 4 night stay but may not be great for longer. The biggest thing missing for me was something to drink in the room - some teabags and a kettle would have been great - on the other hand appreciated the attempt to make things more sustainable.

The location was fantastic! Couldn’t have picked a better spot for transport links and key tourist spots. The decor was beautiful & modern. The breakfast offering was great and the complimentary drinks 4-5 was a nice touch

Although I knew I’d booked your smallest room I was really disappointed and upset on arrival. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels with small rooms but the lack of space to put anything was incredibly difficult and it didn’t feel comfortable. We upgraded to a bigger room and I’m so glad because it made the stay so much nicer. The size and shape of the restaurant made it challenging at times to get a table. We were letting staff know each night when we would be dining but no one seemed to be managing this when we got there each time so it was a bit chaotic. I’d make it clearer at the front door that the reception it in the top floor. Just because this is quite unusual so took us some time to work out where to go

The best part of the stay was the rooftop breakfast and social hour.

The room, although small, could have used a few small details to make the space more usable. A pull down shelf on each side of the bed for things such as a phone and water would have been nice. Any kind of storage space in the bathroom would have been helpful. And a mirror in the bedroom would have allowed me to put on makeup or dry my hair while my husband was showering.

Breakfast food was good and the wait staff were very nice. Happy hour in the bar with free drinks was fun.

Not enough tables in the restaurant and we had to wait to be seated each morning. Also, the site said they had underground parking but it was really 3 blocks away. Also the parking cost on the site was much lower than the actual cost charged, it was a surprise. Lastly, should have mentioned that you couldn't get to the hotel by car as it is on a restricted street. Also, the couches in the lounge were reserved, so couldn't just hang out for a drink.
