Great location, clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, well-equipped gym, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants

The hotel sits next to a nightclub, which was no issue on the Thursday night we stayed. However, on Friday night, the music was very loud and kept us awake a lot of the night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault - we understand they have no control over this - but definitely something to be aware of when booking.

The included breakfast was phenomenal! Many different choices and accommodations including vegan, gluten free, dairy free, or vegetarian. Excellent choices in coffee, juices and teas. It saved us a lot of money to be able to start each day with a full breakfast before hitting the city for tourism. They were also just a short 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 30 second walk (literally across the street) from a small grocery store for any additional essentials or snacks.

No clue. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They spoke great English and provided excellent service. This extended to ALL of the staff. Everyone from the front desk through the cleaning service and the staff in the dining area were great. If I HAD to pick something to change.... better/different dinner options maybe? Something more family friendly/inexpensive? But there were a ton of options within in walking distance, so it wasn't a big issue at all. DO NOT let the fact that it's in the "meat packing district" frighten you. I felt very safe there and had no concerns.

As usual in each Scandic hotel I've been, the service it's great. Spacious rooms, modern design, super clean and the most important, mattress are super comfortable, which it's super important for a good and relaxing sleep. I've been as well on the Restaurant Moer and the food was very good, same as the service. As well the Bar Moer it's amazing with a wide selection of cocktails and staff super friendly (special regards to Pablo & Sebastian) they were at the bar during my stay and we had a great time. Definitely on my next trip to CPH I will go back to Scandic Koebyen, the area where the hotel it's located as well it's amazing full of options to go out and super close as well to the airport (only 15 min drive by taxi) Thank you again for such a warm welcome to CPH :) My best regards, Cecilia

Breakfast super crowded even though they ask you to book an estimated time when you would like your breakfast. But I could find a spot, so no complains :)

I liked the property as it was very modern and clean, with very nice rooms. The breakfasts, staff and facilities were great too.

The location of the hotel was okay as it was close to the train station and Tivoli park. But at night we did not feel particularly safe walking back to the hotel, as the street (Halmtorvet) that you had to use to get back to the hotel, had a lot of down and outs, drug users and some syringes lying around. Also to get new towels , plus room cleaned we had to make a request. We tried 3 times and got room cleaned and new towels once in 5 days which disappointed us!

Be careful not to get run-over by cyclists. It's a danger zone if you took a taxi to get there. The lobby is just spectacular! The hotel is a huge pride supporter and everything is decorated in rainbows! They have a bar, games, a lounge, and a gym, and the area for breakfast. Room: spacious, great bed, had a great full length mirror outside the bathroom It has a little balcony however you can't sit, you can stand there for fresh Air if you need. There was a fullsize ironing board which I haven't seen in other hotels in a long time. Bathroom: great size and had good water flow except water spills on the side Breakfast: was absolutely exceptional You had all kinds of liquids: different juices, iced tea or hot, iced or hot coffee, and even one juice that was ginger and apple..and they wrote on the sign ginger shots and an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Very cute! You had yogurts, different breads, different cheeses, eggs, make your own waffles, pancakes ready to go, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cereals, granolas, little potatoes, sausages, slices of meats, bacon, baked goods, the list goes on! I was super impressed! Location: Prime location if you can ride a bike The bus and train station were a few minutes walk You can just follow your Google maps and it was painless. I recommend the city pass we mainly took the metro and train. It was very easy to get to the airport via train/metro They have staff at every location you can always ask for help on the train.

The major strength of the hotel is its location. There is a shopping mall at a walking distance from the hotel. The train stop is close to the hotel, and a lot of restaurants can be found in the nearby areas. The family room is spacious and well-equipped.

On-demand cleaning may work for couples or singles, but never for families. First, the hotel should clearly state how to order a cleaning and what it covers. Second, the lady at check-in did not make it transparent and helpful. So after three days, the room was very dirty and unpleasant to be in, especially the bathroom. The carpet had to be vacuumed, towels had to be changed, and the toilet had to be cleaned. It would be smart to make an exception for families to clean the room every other day, for example. As I said, the check-in lady could be more helpful and a little smile from her would have made us both happy. The breakfast was a bit crowded but the staff was very efficient in keeping the tables clean.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was huge and the shower was just gorgeous. Super close to a train stop to get around easily or walking distance to the main train station and Tivoli, etc. Staff were pleasant and we were even allowed to check in early, which made a huge difference to our first day in Copenhagen.

Only one tiny nitpick - it would have been great to have four pillows rather than two on the bed to make it more comfortable to sit up. And maple syrup for the waffles at breakfast!

the beds were very comfortable which is rare in hotels and really appreciated. staff were really friendly and helpful, made you feel very comfortable, the hotel in general has a very laid back inclusive atmosphere. the gym was good and breakfast had a good variety. Rooms seem soundproof, slept soundly and didn’t hear other guests or traffic. we arrive early as 11 and they checked us in straight away.

there was no bath in the bedroom although we paid for a bigger room, with an infant that can be difficult. The lotion and shower gel was empty I’m the bedroom on arrival, the breakfast laid out less options as the week went on.

The hotel is very modern with everything you need. The personal was super friendly, he changed my room in the middle of the night because I could not sleep due to the club.

If you are sensitive to the noise, be sure to be located away from the nightclub.

Our rooms were spacious with comfortable beds seating and modern toilet. Breakfast was amazing self service well set out with lots of food options and helpful staff too. The dining room was spacious spotless and well designed. The bar was relaxing bright and had welcoming staff too. The hotel was quirky with a modern industrial look. It’s location was central and not too far away from attractions. Tour bus stops were nearby too.

We asked for our room to be cleaned just once in our five nights stay but it never happened.
