We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, and the rooms are new and modern. The staff was very friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. They were also kind enough to let us use the lounge area even after checkout, which was a nice touch. Plus, they stored our luggage for free on checkout day—very convenient!

A small note: it would be helpful if there was more clarity about the room setup, specifically that the toilet and shower are separate in the same room of course, with semi-transparent doors that don’t fully close. This isn’t an issue if you’re staying with a partner or close friend, but it might be uncomfortable if you’re looking for total privacy in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it!

The view from the room was stunning and as expected. The location was just perfect. you have all the restaurants nearby in addition to one of the most famous night club in the neighborhood "Aurora" on the other side of the street. you can also take a tuk-tuk to anywhere in El Gouna for a very cheap price and discover the area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and assorted.

The balcony door was not soundproof. There was a band playing right under our balcony. So, if you are looking for a nice view, you will have to sacrifice your sleep and expect the noise to stop at 2 am.

Great location right on the marina and all the restaurants and cafés. Can use the swimming pool of their nearby sister hotel for free. They also provide you with passes for a nearby beach 5 minutes away (which is very nice and great for swimming). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- lots of variety and lovely to sit by the marina enjoying a long breakfast every morning.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. My overall stay at Captain's Inn was amazing. The AC unit was not working properly in my room, the staff immediately moved me to another room, which was actually an upgrade. They did all they could to make sure I was comfortable.

Small but nice hotel, right in the marina. Great breakfast, and super comfy bed, with nice soft sheets... We would definitely book this hotel again.

Breakfast was extremely good with a lot of variety and a lot of choices! I love the location in the center of the very vibrant Marina Abou Tig where all the action is happening. The room view is amazing over looking the Marina. A lot of shops and restaurants are in a walking distance. I simply love the place.

The location was very nice and the staff is very hospitable and cooperative.

I wish there was toothpaste provided and just a little variety for breakfast. A good cappuccino machine would be an excellent addition.

Since day one and i got alot of hospitality specially from Mr Fady, once he know its my wedding anniversery and he upgrade my room for free, also the receiptation stuff was so helpful and accept easily for late checkout due to my urgent work request.

The restaurant is too expensive. The menu is quite limited. If they want their guest to have lunch or dinner, then they must offer different menu with both expensive and reasonable prices.
