it is a nice small hotel right in the middle of Gouna downtown and very close to all amenities. The food is nice and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is small but nice. The beach is small but u get a regular boat ride to the bigger beach which is less than 5 mins away.

The lagoon beach is so small and the water isn't that good but still u can swim in it, if u want to have a nice beach time u got to take the boat to Zaytona Beach.

Food was well cooked Facilities were value for money

Need more varieties for vegans, especially the snacks. The room we had at first was close to a beach club and it was too noisy. We had a baby, so, it wasn’t thoughtful of them to accommodate us in such a room.

the view of the room is very beautiful staff friendly and the food is so good

the pillows were very old and uncomfortable and when I call for pillows the reception told me theirs no other pillows so we slept uncomfortable it’s very important that hotel take care of bed and pillows quality because feel comfortable in sleeping is very important issue

We reached the hotel after lunch and we decided to the pool to order some snacks and still 10min to close I heard the chefs talking to hanaa no more order close and still time really it was very bad impression from first day because my daughter hangry , we checked in very bad room although i paid for lagoon room and after i make complain they changed in second day . Its big problem that no privacy on the balconies i can see and set and talk and jump with neighbors other room at least management put insulator between balconies for privacy and relaxing, They care too much about foreigners like rooms views ,

Small hotel, friendly employees, good service

The breakfast was ok, except the offered juices had a terrible taste. The food at the beach simple but ok and eatable. The buffet in the main restaurant, everything was there but the hot food and the pastries are uneatable. The rice served is very low quality, was not cooked, not just dried out as from the employees mentioned, shish tawouk grilled had no taste at all…. I could go on. Salads where good but dressings could have some more inspirations, fruits where available too, thanks god

Everything was amazing i liked the hotel very much: the breakfast, the location and the cleanliness. The staff was amazing and very helpful starting from the receptionists Andrew and Ahmed they helped us with many things especially when we needed a transportation to the bus station, also the housekeeping in the morning shift and Mohamed at night shift were very helpful and responsive. Also the security at the gate Ibrahim from Aswan was always welcoming and of course Omar the entertainer. Everything was Amazing

The hotel is more than beautiful, nice rooms, beautiful balconies, the view is amazing, the pool is small but for us perfec. Nice washroom and very clean. The restaurant and Caterin area are very nice. Good food, good coffee. All the staff are extremely friendly and they do a good job .

In the restaurant, they are very bad in the service, they are very slow cleaning the tables and long time to pickup the dishes dirty from the table when you are eating, all time I had to do it my self. The hotel allow smoke at all areas, even in the restaurant when you are eating. I find this very disrespectful for the people we don't smoke.

Very good but too many people smoking in the nice aerea. That was very bad! You should separate smokers from non smokers in the nice aerea outside with beautiful garden, Plantes, beaches, swimming pool.

The smokers all over and serving white wine warm. The wine was at the temperature ambience.

The breakfast was really good, the only thing is that they should prolong it's opening Buffet time till 10:30 am instead of 10:00 am and that they should be sending one or two of the staff to inform the guests having their breakfast that they will close the Buffet 10 minutes ahead so the guests could go and pick up whatever is still needed

The closing time of the Breakfast Buffet should be 10:30 am instead of 10:00 am

Not „didn’t like”, more like „areas to improve”: - Breakfast offer could be upgraded(for our taste, others may enjoy it as it is) - Some repairs/renovations in the rooms are needed
