Amazing flat with a beautiful view and an excellent location. I was upgraded to a large 2 bedroom apartment with a huge roof that overlooks the Marina and sea. All needed equipment were available at the flat. A private beach is downstairs. The assisting staff was very friendly and helpful. TV has all local, international, sports and entertainment channels.

Water heater was off upon arrival, had to wait a couple of hours to get a warm shower.

The location is Great, the apartment is super cozy & clean. The staff was very helpful & welcoming specially Ismail, his response was always fast & available any time to help.

Couple of recommendations would be to add maybe a long mirror & repair some plumbing in the bathrooms but overall experience was very good it didn’t bother us at all.

Location is already known what matters is the staff, we were greeted by Ahmed and it was the first time I found some one who understand the meaning of customer service he was there for us 24/7 .thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

That we had to leave but we are coming back .

Sarah and her team are absolutely amazing. The apartment is gorgeous! SO spacious, clean and comfortable. With the most beautiful view. Magdi was so, so nice. One time my husband and I went to the outdoor gym across the apartment (it’s so amazing, you must go!) and he came on his bicycle to bring us water when he noticed we didn’t have any. He is so sweet and thoughtful. Always checking to see if we have everything. They communicated so kindly and I just cannot find enough great words about the apartment and the staff. My only request is to have better cutlery and kitchen utensils/dinner ware and real ones, not plastic. Including a wine and beer opener. Otherwise the placebos a 10/10!

I only commented about cleaning and some dust and they fixed it right away

The location is amazing, right in front of the beach and a couple of very nice serviced beaches with eateries around and a super market right around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. The staff is really nice, especially Ahmed who took really good care of us and helped us with recommendations and reservations around Gouna. Don't hesitate, book this now

The cleanliness needs to be taken up a notch and one of the bathroom needed some work but the staff were always quick to respond to us and fix things

We only stayed for a night, but everything was great. It was my wife’s birthday, and for a reasonable price they gave us a surprise with a GORGEOUS, stylish bouquet and a cake with balloons. It was worth the money and was very nice. Air conditioning works great, there is one in every room. The owner gave us a huge gift and allowed us to check out late, so we were able to have a great rest for another half day. Price/quality is at the level.

It was independent of the apartment and its owner, but it was very loud at night. But it was loud throughout the whole area

The room we were upgraded to was stunning with an incredible sea view. The place was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, great beds, great air con. Great value for your money. Breakfast was also delicious, and they helped arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

There was a lot of misunderstanding with what was listed for the room and what the room/apartment building actually had, but the owner worked with us to find a solution. The property facilities listed aren't actually a part of the apartments. They are just in the area, and you need to pay to use them. In the room details, when it mentions a sea and lake view, it doesn't necessarily mean the room will have those views. And the garden view room is a parking lot and buildings, but still very nice rooms.

Location was very good, I repeat this is an apartment facility no reception no main entrance.

We searched for a whole hour inside El Gouna and did not find these buildings until one of the workers woke up and helped us, Booking should mention clearly that this facility is not a hotel or resort and no reception or entrance.. No sign indicating the name of this apartment facility . If you are familiar with hotels, I do not recommend this institution.
