The vibe was great, the location was good, the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Tarek and Haidi Hany - outstanding!

The room was too small, not enough storage space. The reception area of the hotel was OK but I think it could be better, better use of the space, a bit more trendy perhaps. The pool area decking was tatty, was being refurbed during the day whilst we were there - odd. The food was sometimes slow in arriving and on one occasion it was cold. I did complain and the bar staff looked to fix for the next time. The bar staff were also great in accommodating my order as I am wheat intolerant and for fixing me drinks as I had a cold and upset stomach.

We spend a wonderful week in Cook's Club, El Gouna. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. The overall atmosphere is a perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant energy. The food was super, especially the very rich breakfast buffet offering a variety of tasty options. Not only the room (we stayed in room 354) but the hotel itself was immaculately clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. There are lots of options to be active but if you just want to relax and do nothing nobody will push you. What truly made a difference was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. A special thanks to Ahmed from the Laguna/Pool team, Ali from housekeeping, and Ibrahim from the bar – they truly made our stay extra special. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Cooks Club is like paradise! Couldn’t recommend more for a relaxing few days in Egypt. Our rooms were clean, air-conned & had all the necessary amenities. The pool, deck & pool bar are so great to lounge in everyday. The breakfast here is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, we were looking forward to it everyday. Staff were really attentive & helpful. Gym facilities looked great as well.

Upon arrival my husband and I were welcomed at reception with cocktail drinks and by an extremely polite and helpful receptionist, Mohammed. Mohammed swiftly ensured the check in was smooth because we arrived 12 am due to our delayed flight. From start to finish, our stay at Cooks Club was a delightful experience, the staff went above and beyond, ensuring that we were always comfortable. In my humble opinion, the hotel is beautiful but makes the hotel as such are the individuals running the daily operations; from the reception staff to the chef, restaurant waiting staff, cleaners and security. Also, I cannot leave a review without a special shout out to the security guard Mohammed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our daily evening conversation with Mohammed, always smiling and helpful. Thank you Cooks Club for the hospitality and making our stay a memorable experience. For the above said reasons, I shall be booking the next trip, returning to your beautiful hotel and country.

Theres not much to do apart from relax at the hotel and go to a nearby island but all the beaches are artificial

I liked the Vibes of the Cook's Club Hotel, the Location (Close to many restaurants and Bars around), the pool and the Breakfast! Great Breakfast options. Nice set up of the Restaurant. All the staff were friendly and tried to resolve Any issue we had. They were very helpful when I asked to Change my room, due to a bad odor in the first one given. Laguna SPA was Next door with preety good, Basic though Aspa services.

A/C on Hot air, was not working until last day. Room is small and there way not enough space for all my clothes. If you are traveling for a long period, this is not very accomodating. There is only one Central Bar at the Hotel, nice one though. Cleaning could be improved.

Great experience overall… the whole staff is amazing, especially the bar team Beero, Ibrahim, Nashaat, Mahmoud, Ahmed, Peter Great job guys and keep it up! I shall always return back to the property and I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, and delish breakfast. And the adults inly policy was great.

The sound proofing wasnt that great. I had to wake up every morning during the 3 nights stay at 7 am or earlier on loud noises, house keeping staff, and other guests who like to stand in the corridor and chat. The room was a bit dark and small. I paid extra for the lagoon view, but it wasn't that great it wasnt worth $300 extra. My friends had the basic room with the garden view and it was more beautiful than my room. It was brighter and in the same floor.

Our experience at Cook's Club El Gouna was exceptional! Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The entire staff was incredibly professional and friendly. We arrived a bit early and had to wait for our room, but we were immediately offered a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. From freshly made omelettes, fruits, and different types of cheese, to specialty cappuccinos with lactose-free or almond milk—there was something for everyone. Our room had a beautiful style, and we were lucky to have one with a view of the lagoon, which made the stay even more special. On the day of departure, our flight was late in the evening, so we got to spend the entire day by the pool. The hotel kindly stored our luggage and even provided a room for us to shower and change before heading to the airport. Everything was truly wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back. Big thanks to the entire team at Cook's Club El Gouna!

Hotel exceeded my expectations.. Staff members were professional and friendly. Special thanks to Mr Tarek and team for handling my stay. Pool is very nice, drinks are amazing too. I read some comments about the cocktails before the stay, but Maged (mixologist) made the best cocktails and Sangria in town. Hotel has European clientele.. Calm at the lagoon side and musical at the pool side, yet convenient for everyone. I strongly recommend this place, especially located in Gouna where the best local/international bars and restaurants in Egypt are located. Also, you can walk around comfortably unlike some places Hurghada as Gouna stands as the Monaco of Egypt. Hotel is located in the heart of Gouna which makes it less windy, perfect all year round.
