The services and staff were exceptional. From the airport shuttle, check-in, breakfast to the pool and spa staff was outstanding. Kareem the manager made our 1st wedding anniversary extra special by sourcing some beautiful flowers for my wife accompanied with a delicious cake free of charge. Everyone went out of their way to make this special occasion memorable for the two of us. I would definitely recommend the Hilton not only for the beautiful views, but the services provided by each individual made everything comfortable and relaxing - it felt like home.

I really like the staff availability, the cosy room, the beautiful pool area with a in-water bar, there's also a very comfortable quiet and SPA area with an infinity pool on the Nile, which was absolutely marvellous. Furtheremore there are a couple of cocktail bars to enjoy a nice aperitif: we sat outside around a bonfire (which at that time of the year was off) having a drink at sunset looking through the Nile to the Queen's Valley, which at night is enlightened, I definetly suggest this experience. As well as for dinner you can choose among three different restaurants. The breakfast buffet is wide and of good quality, we enjoyed it a lot! There's also some shops and ATM within the resort. So all in all it has only been a short stay on our journey but I would definitely recommend this option for a relaxing stay, out of the chaos, in Luxor.

Absolutely nothing at all... If I need to find something, maybe the location: not at walking distance to Luxor downtown, especially at some time of the day/night, although with a taxi you solve all the potential issues.

Everything! What a fantastic hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed ever especially because of its staff! They are extremely helpful, polite, and friendly! Everyone was so lovely! A special thanks to Ahmed at the reception for making a late check out possible (until 5pm without cost!), Ingy from the Rosetta restaurant which was so helfpul and kind with our special requests and Mohamed Ezz from the concierge team which was always so friendly! The rooms and decoration are impeccable. Everything extremely clean and neat. Pool staff so efficient and nice! The spa also was great! We had dinner at the Silk road restaurant and many meals at the Olives, food was delicious! The breakfast was a highlight with waffles, pancakes and eggs freshly made. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Nothing, it was impeccable!!

I have traveled to many destinations around the world and this hotel/resort by far stood out the most. The hospitality was unbelievable. I have never felt more welcome and this comfortable. I have a few names to mention, although, every single person we encountered was very hospitable. Ahmed and Veronica at reception, Hamdy the busboy and the manager of the bar by the pool went over and beyond. There was never an answer of no or I am sorry. Hamdy went out of his way to provide superb service. Reception was astonishing. We had a late flight and needed a late check out. Not only did they accommodate until 3 pm, but also accommodated until 7 to make sure we have a room to relax in until we have to go to the airport. The facility is stunningly beautiful with a calm aura. It’s a beautiful place for relaxation and zen. The hotel was spotless and the room was perfect. Every single staff member had a big smile as they greeted you and you felt like you’re were the most important person staying there. The location is beautiful as well facing the tranquil Nile. I highly recommend and we will surely be back.

I loved everything about the Resort.

Everything! Great hotel, the location is unbeatable alongside the Nile with views to the West Bank with great sunsets. Facilities are very good, including Spa and in hotel shops for all your gifts and jewellery needs . Food is more than adequate with enough selection to suit all tastes. Staff attentive and keen to please. Breakfast section very good and again service excellent. Pool brilliant and surrounding areas well provided with sun loungers and parasols. Pool area staff excellent and provide for all your needs, promptly moving loungers, parasols and proving towels whenever needed. Boat trips on the Nile available alongside the hotel including Felucca sailing. bookable at reception. This is our second stay and even better service than last year. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great and safe location. Guarded at all times and not far from the main area of Luxor. They had set taxi prices with drivers that they work with so no haggling. The hotel design was modern but you could feel the Egyptian elements too through the use of tile and stone throughout. Beautiful water features and light fixtures as well. The free breakfast buffet was amazing to wake up to every morning. And the pools even though too cold to get in even in the middle of May were nice to look at while having a meal or to rest by on one of their many lounge chairs. And it is right on the Nile so you see the Nile all the time in this hotel. I also got a great massage from the spa and used the steam rooms for free. There is also a pool inside the spa you can use. Overall we were floored when we walked into this hotel and especially when we walked outside. You felt like you were in another world here.

The rooms could use a refresh, but we’re still comfortable and clean. I think mainly the carpet needs to be replaced. The bathrooms though had nice stone materials.

We stayed 5 nights in March 2024 in room 131 which is a double room with a king bed with a Nile view. This is one of the best hotels where we have stayed. The layout of the hotel is beautiful and the Nile can be seen from most of the hotel. We used the spa, which is beautiful, and we loved the time by the Nile. The staff were wonderful, from the reception to the restaurants to the spa. We were treated like a king and queen, everyone was so attentive to our needs Thank you so much !!! We would love to come back.

Everything was perfect. We loved everything. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Everything was more than great. Starting from the reception and the team of Karim Mohamed who is more than keen to satisfy the guests wishes and is really doing the utmost possible to make the stay an unforgettable one. We changed the room and it was simple and perfectly managed. Thank you Karim for this great and unique nile view i had every morning with the ballons. The food is delicious and breakfast and dinner is having a variety of different selection so that everyone will find something he likes. The housekeeping is fast and the rooms itself are having a good space and are cleaned in a proper way. In Luxor the sun is shining every day and so are the hotel and the team. I will definitely come back to enjoy it once again.

everything was fine

The experience was just amazing. The view of the Nile from the hotel is divine during sunset. Great staff, good food which is reasonably prices, amazing facilities, and a fitness centre right in front of the Nile was really the cherry on the top.

We had just booked an additional dinner on the Nile edge. The dinner was quite alright, I expected something better since this costed more than just having dinner at any of the hotel restaurants. It was my birthday so we wanted to do something special, but the food and the treatment were a little underwhelming and not worth the money.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days, all i can say is we were treated like royalty! Because we stayed for so long we got the chance to get to know some of the exceptional workers such as Mariana, Islam, Enjy, Mohammed & Ahmed. We had an amazing time at the hotel, the location, the views, everything was perfect. We felt a sense of security as entering the hotel, they do search vehicles and you will periodically see security guards walking around each day. Olives was our go-to restaurant, the food was incredible (Mediterranean shrimp pasta was a favourite). The staff at the Olives restaurant were incredibly funny and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, easy-going and good natured, the staff honestly made us feel so welcome. We loved the main pool as sometimes they played music of different genres. The shisha area was really nice and relaxing, the shops were a little over priced. The spa area definitely had to be my favourite area, the spa staff were incredible! They were so thoughtful and even prepped the sun lounges for myself and my partner after they realised our routine (mornings in the spa area). They would bring us fresh cold towels and would be checking on us to see if we needed anything. By the end of our stay we felt like family and were really sad to say goodbye to all the staff. Overall it was our first time visiting Egypt, we absolutely loved it and are definitely coming back in the future! The hotel is definitely one, we trust and when we do visit Egypt in the future we hope to see the amazing staff we met.

Around the middle of our stay we did feel as if the hotel staff were prioritising a large group of Brazilians who stayed for a couple of days, they were very loud, they were also drinking alcohol non-stop and making scenes (shouting at staff to change the music). They pretty much took over the pool/music during their stay, a lot of people around the pool were irritated and complaining as well and a few even left the area. I feel as if the staff took verbal abuse from those people staying and didnt do much to 'control' them, I think the staff should of stopped serving them alcoholic beverages and should of made it clear that verbal abuse would not be tolerated.
