Everything was perfect, especially the staff, who made us feel right at home! It's the first time I've seen such attentive and generous staff, their smiles remind us how kind and welcoming Egyptians are, and here we were served with generosity and kindness! I can only recommend this hotel if you come to Luxor! The hotel has a free-access swimming pool, breakfast is included and the upkeep is just incredible! A fabulous stay with fabulous staff , thank you for this expérience in your hotel and thank you to the whole team ! You are the best.

The hotel is very beautiful. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good and fresh.

The WIFI access from the rooms was problematic and my room was not the most quiet. The lack of internet access seems to be a problem more generally in Luxor to be fair but possible increasing the router capacity would help. I also don't think the hotel can do much about the noise as the bedrooms are facing a mosque and call to prayer at 5am is just something you have to get used to in the middle east.

The resort is a short distance away from some tourist attractions. The rooms are fairly clean and neat. I would have preferred 1 big bed as opposed to 2 single beds pushed together. It isn't too comfortable. Perhaps adding bottled water to the room would make travellers more comfortable. The swimming pool looks well maintained if you are keen on swimming. The food was good. There are stores close by in case you have the munchies. I would recommend the hotel for a quick trip to Luxor.

This hotel is beautiful, very good services, the staff are very helpful and always on site ready to provide anything you ask, the pool and the garden are very well maintained and the rooms are very clean,I wouldn't even look for anything else.The breakfast was good and the launch options are also excellent, we tried some amazing local plates from the hotel's restaurant.

This hotel has amazing grounds with a beautiful pool. The entire staff is AMAZING, friendly and will assist you with anything you need and they try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It's about a 5 min ride to Valley of the Kings and about a 10 min ride to Luxor Temple/centre. 15 min Ride from the airport. There is a small market across the street if you like to purchase items to keep in the mini fridge in your room for late night snacks and drinks and an ATM as well. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again if I ever return to Luxor.

If I had to say something negative, would be the bed, a bit too firm for my taste, but that's more of my preference as I had a bit of a bad back to start.

Service was exceptional. Mohammad and Ahmad tended to our every need in a friendly and professional way. The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool was a godsend in the hot summer weather - a real oasis after being out on a tour for the day. We will definitely stay at Elphardous Oasis Hotel again.

Our bed was not the most comfortable, but passable. The cupboards did not provide much utility.

Beds,linens and towels are clean. The price-earnings ratio is good.We needed to leave the hotel very early and they helped us get breakfast early, which was included in the hotel price. We are pleased and thank you for this.There are many mosquitoes around. For this reason, the hotel management has placed special mosquito nets in each room to repel mosquitoes and mosquitoes cannot disturb you. I congratulate them for taking this problem into consideration and producing a solution for the comfort of hotel guests.

The location of the hotel is close to the Valley of the Kings but far from the city center.

The hotel is amazing, it was a reasonably priced, very comfortable stay. It feels very traditionally built but with all modern comforts. It is very quiet and relaxing, everything was very clean, and very close to valley of the kings etc. the surrounding area isn’t the most touristy but the hotel feels very safe and is a very large clean area. It features a swim up bar, lounge chairs, restaurant, and a pyramid structure to climb up to take advantage of a panorama view. The prices for the food and drink are unbeatable. The staff are all amazing- the restaurant catered to our dietary needs which we really appreciated, and the service staff are all very friendly and give excellent advice. In particular Mohammed was very kind to us and really helped us with our stay, demonstrated true Egyptian hospitality. The staff alone are worth staying at the hotel for. Mohammed and the other staff definitely showed us the heart of the hotel and of Egypt. 🇪🇬

It is a nice property with nice rooms withing the vicinity of Luxor's main landmarks (valley of the kings, Hatshepsut, Karnak and Luxor Temples among others). There are many shops in the vicinity to accomodate any needs you may have. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner also, dinner comes at a reasonable price (about 400 Egp). The personnel is very friendly and very helpful and accomodate all your needs upon demand.

I clearly don't understand the negative reviews in the platform. This is really a very good budget hotel. I didn't find any problem with the amenities. The staff were helpful and location is great. The location is really good if you want to sightsee with your own private taxi. Even the hot air balloon launch site is 5 mins away. But if you are going on a group tour, most companies charge 5$ extra for west bank pickup. So beware of that.

I'm not sure why they charge for water bottles. There wasn't even a single bottle in the room and they asked I can collect from the bar. But ended up paying for it at the end. They also mention card accepted but when you want to pay by card they charge 3% extra. I mean it's not much. So why not put it in the final price when booking.
