The service was excellent. The crew was very polite, professional and friendly. After Club Reef stay, we stayed another all inclusive five star hotel in Sharm, but we regret to change our hotel because in Club Reef there is no chaos everything is smoothly arranged. Pools and seaside is very sufficient. When you swim, the sea is like an aquarium. Pools are clean and not crowded. Food is good. You always find something delicious to eat. Special thanks to Ahmad in restaurant. Always polite and smiling. They are very organized. The second day of our stay was our sons birthday. They specially celebrated our sons birthday it was a perfect memory for us. They made birthday cake for him as a gift. Another thanks to pool bar guy Sayed. Also housekeeping Mohamed was a very good person. When you compare price to performance I think Club Reef is one of the best you can find in Sharm El Sheikh. Rooms are clean, the environment is clean, food is clean, pools are clean, seaside is clean. There is not much noise around when you swim, eat, rest like the other hotels.

Quality of alcoholic beverages is not sufficient but as our experience all the hotels in Sharm are the same.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about . Shoot out to the team from house keeping to bartenders to waiters and also the entertainment team ! The general manager is just a 10/10 guy if I’ll ever come back to sharm I’ll definitely stay here again .. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM .

I loved the beach, it was down the cliff and the marine life is amazing. You can sleep by the waves sound, very relaxing. Tons of fish, and iv seen an octopus!! The food was so delicious, italian style. Service were very friendly and warm, the hotel felt like a cozy place. Very good value for money, will come again for the beach!!

Nothing, everything was perfect for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is the right choice for Sharm trip. Location is good 10 minutes drive to Naama Bay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are trying to do their best for your comfort and happiness. See is coral and there is small sandy part. Food has varied and always yummy. Rooms are clean and big enough. Thanks for everybody especially Mohammed from front desk. We will come soon 🙏

Animation team members are young, and shows are little bit amateurish.

The architecture and design of the place is beautiful there is clear attention to detail. There are multiple pools and multiple restaurants all of which were great. Our room was perfect the AC was in great working condition and the bathroom was spotless. Ahmed the receptionist was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The chefs at the main restaurant and the servers were all very friendly and welcoming all the time. There was always a variety of dishes to choose from with every meal. Everyone there wants to make sure you are having a good time and all your needs are met. It is a small resort but obviously very well managed. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back.

All staff were friendly and well behaved starting from the house keeping up to reception team and bar tenders all of them were so nice and professional , room was clean , modern and has everything we need with amazing view , Food was tasty and fresh and everyday different options of food , I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends .

Nothing to complain about so far just hope the WiFi will work properly next time especially inside the room and I hope they will add more equipment to the outdoor gym .

The landscape, architecture, staff, atmosphere, food and facilities were wonderful. The rooms and environment were better than those in the picture. The view and facilities of our room were quite adequate. The air conditioner was enough to cool the room. Toiletries, room slippers, welcome snacks were available. The food was diverse and tasted delicious. The pools and beach were generally calm and clean. The beach was not far from the rooms, but the sea floor was rocky to some extent. Now, let's come to the things we would like to thank: Ahmed and Muhammed, who took care of us with all their smiling faces and helpfulness from the moment we first arrived at the reception, Emad, who is responsible for room cleaning and who loves his job and does it very well, Muhammed and Karem, friends in the restaurant, chiefs and manager of Restaurants, Lifeguard Mustafa. Thank you so much to you and everyone else. The employees were friendly and attentive at all times. They were doing their job very well. We were very pleased with our holiday. Even before we returned, we started making plans for when we would come again :)

The food is very good, everything is clean, the service is fast, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the reception is excellent

The location was beautiful, but the beach is far away, and you have to go down and up stairs. It is tiring and sometimes painful. I wish there was a solution as a means of transportation, because as a person I have limited means, it would have been difficult to get there, so if I were to visit the beach at all. Also, the stairs in the health resort were worn and smooth, and there were no anti-friction tapes on them. I slipped on them and fell and damaged my back. I also slipped in the bathroom and hurt my coccyx, and even though 4 days have passed, I am still suffering. I feel faint that something has damaged my back.

beautiful setting and facilities. we were upgraded to ocean view deck close to pools and view. very clean. nice staff all around. omelette bar always nice. espresso machine actually made good espresso.

only did breakfast and lunch. lots of bready options. but no pita which was odd, even with tasty hummus at lunch. should have hummus for breakfast too. but overall a very nice place. big enough to be well staffed but small enough to not seem like a convention.
