An Outstanding Experience at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm - “Aqua Park” I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm - “Aqua Park,” and it has truly been an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a perfect vacation. The resort itself is a marvel—impeccably maintained, with stunning architecture and lush gardens that create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The Aqua Park is a highlight, offering endless fun for both children and adults. The slides are thrilling, and the pools are pristine, making it a paradise for families and couples alike. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well-cared-for. Their smiles and dedication to excellence were evident in every interaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ayman, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exemplary. He was always available, attentive to every detail, and ensured that every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. His ability to handle requests with efficiency and a genuine smile made all the difference, and it was evident that he takes immense pride in his work. The culinary experience at the resort was another highlight. The variety of dishes offered at the buffet and the specialty restaurants was impressive. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. The chefs and waitstaff deserve special mention for their attention to detail and their ability to make dining a memorable experience. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job every day, ensuring that my room was not only spotless but also welcoming with thoughtful touches.

The best thing about the holiday inside the hotel is the cleanliness of the entire hotel In addition to that, the service is very excellent and fast specifically the service at the pool bar and a sunny restaurant a waiter named Mohamed Badry , his treatment is very nice, and he is a very elegant and respectful person. There are a lot of swimming pools and a lot of lifeguards, and this is very safe and comfortable

There are many restaurants, but the meals served in each restaurant are very few The hotel is very huge and does not have means of transportation. The only available possibility is walking, and this matter is very tiring to move around inside the hotel. There is a restaurant called Sky Bar that has hookahs, but the existing hookah is very bad and I do not recommend it at all

Staff and front desk manager mr.Ayman were super nice ,professional, rooms facilities and surroundings were very clean and attention to details was obvious, restaurants were well run clean ,beach area huge room for every one ,over all the place is definitely among top 5 best resorts in Sharm.

Swimming area is limited, water sports boats compete with swimmers, boats come and go every few minutes with reckless crews , safety is definitely an issue , beach and swimming is the main attraction in Sharm. Food in restaurants variety and tastes needs to be revised specially meats ,definitely don’t Mach other services .

The staff running and working in this neat hotel are exceptional. Their hard work and incredible courtesy really makes this hotel shine above many others we have stayed in. Team spirit and smiles prevail. Despite the straight looks on some of the tourist faces, the tourists were encouraged to have a good time, to enjoy their holidays. The hotel is also immaculately clean every minute. There is not a fragment of litter to be seen anywhere. There are a dozen pools, some heated, and the fantastic aquapark is the main reason we picked this hotel. The beach is also lovely and the coral, well, don't get me started the environment under the sea - it is mind blowing! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed who made our room spotless every day, after our two kids had trashed it. And thanks also to Ehab Abdalhamed who we reckon is the best barman in all of the hotel's 5 bars!

Not much. Perhaps the hotel could do more to gently persuade guests to be aware of planet earth and to do their best to save it, by for instance: - not wasting water or food (by over loading one's dinner plate) - not walking on or touching the coral reef when swimming or diving, understanding how fragile it is and the growth rate of 10years for 1cm of coral. - keeping showers under 2 minutes to save water. - bring in a policy of banning the use of single use plastic bottles etc. Guests can be issued with a drinking bottle for re-filling during their stay, instead of plastic bottles of water by the hundred. - bigger signs in rooms asking guests to save on laundry and water use.

The hotel is very clean, and we can see a lot of energy is spent on keeping the facilities clean, from the garden to the beach being continuously cleaned. We were particularly happy with Ahmed Abass, who cleaned our room during our stay. Ahmed was very friendly with us, always asking if we needed anything, and if we did, he immediately took care of our request. I would like to give him 5 stars :). The staff at the restaurants are exceptional and really hardworking, and as soon as we need a drink or cleaning of our table, they take care of it immediately. I would particularly like to highlight the staff in restaurants Sopranos and L'asiatique. The staff at the diving centre was very friendly also and helpful.

We expected that the different restaurants have different food variations, but it was disappointing to see that the food was nearly identical in all restaurants. It would be great to have more variety. Our door in room 1311 was very difficult to close, often requiring us to slap the door very hard, disturbing our neighbours. Please fix it for future quests.

Omelets made to order, fresh bread, good selection of vegetables and a cheeses, cappuccinos were excellent and the sweet wait staff would often bring them to the table. At dinner one night I was surprised by the excellent beef carved and served by the chef; I'm not sure what the cut was, but it was so tender! The views from the beach front restaurants were a bonus!

It would have been nice to have had blueberries and diced fresh oranges and truly sweet grapefruit in the morning, and decaf coffee available.

The staff always had a smile on their face and were always available to help with whatever we needed, specially the housekeeper that cleaned our room.

The cocktails had very little alcohol in them and the food was very limited and didn't have much variety even though the hotel had several restaurants.

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the front desk team, particularly Mr. Mohamed Elsayed, who was quick and supportive in addressing our needs a big thank you goes to you. He and the team (Hamada and mostafa) attentiveness and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Hotel rooms & facilities, it’s just superb and highly maintained, great job. Beach and bars , one of the best in town clean and tidy. Housekeeping: on top of everything and extremely supportive. The hotel green spaces are verily well maintained and cheerful!

When it comes to chain hotels like Albatross, providing top-notch service is crucial for success. While the food quality and quantity are acknowledged, there is room for improvement in taste. This can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction and loyalty

First of all, it is a very clean hotel. It was very good to have hot water pools. The sun loungers on the beach were sufficient and comfortable. We had to come to the hotel early due to flight hours and we were not victimized.

Although there were many types of food, it was not delicious. There were no facilities such as hamburgers or baked potatoes on the beach. The dessert varieties were the same every day.
