Mahmoud in reception Sayed, Murad, Asaf in restaurant and beach bar Hotel manager Soliman were amazing. All your team members are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has got everything a guest needs. We are like we found a second home in Sharm and planning to come back with our families. Thank you for your effort to make this place beatiful.

There are a few things you can do better. Paper glasses on the beach doesnt fit your quality. We had to ask for glasses every time we wanted a drink. Filter coffee should be added in your breakfast menu. We expect better than instant coffee from nescafe. Napkins at meal time are always on demand. People need them we shouldnt have to ask for it. The idea of serving ice cream nice but its quality and taste does not match with your hotel overal quality. There should be ice cream buffet which has at least average taste and deliciousness. The ice cream was served was not tasty at all unfortunately. Burger meet should better to have a bit of spice not too much may be a little black pepper to be kore flavored.

Everything from start to finish. This 5* property has everything you need for that luxury holiday resort. This was my 2nd time staying here once 14 years ago and then from 18th Jan to 1st Feb. I was celebrating my 35th birthday this time and they made it very special. They upgraded my room to deluxe pool view room 3407 (a real sun catcher) the rooms are spacious cleaned daily, tv with English Channels,thank you to the staff. The hotel has good free wifi, the food is lovely always something to choose from. We got massages in the spa and a big thank you to Ahmed and Saba ( man and woman masseuses) professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would request them. Rosetta female lady waitress was so well mannered and got your drinks every evening, then activities around the pool for adults were fun, darts, aqua gym and yogo. And very secure area and linked to soho square and have access to sister hotel the savoy. Gamil the activity/ trip guy is friendly and gives you good prices for buggy in tue deserts or snorkeling etc

Last day we paid extra to keep room on which was great , but then to be made to feel small when we went to the restaurant to have something to eat and because they cut the band office to be questioned by a male manager and made to feel like we shouldn’t be there. But thankfully Abdullah, who was awesome and mostly all the other staff except this one mail sorted it out so thank you Abdullah.

The staff was very nice, the coral beach is very nice, the food quality is also good.

There could be not so many rules like you can get ice cream only from 3 p.m. or to play tennis only 1 hour per week. Also it could be one swimming pool open from 7 in the morning and closing about 8 p.m. and spa could be open in the evening not only till 12 a.m.

Everything was up to expectations , all the staff did the most to make it comfortable and a joyful stay. Room was great and super clean , food was great with a lot variety. Pools and beach were awesome. Activity was also great. I want to thank you guys and Gals for this lovely stay. Thanks to Mina and walid at reception. Many thanks Rasha and Abdullah at restaurant. The adults pool lifeguard, the shuttle bus drivers , the animations team and the Zumba team thank you all. Special thanks to Ali Khalil , he is funny and can handle all guests in a great way. Another special thanks to Ahmed , the lifeguard at the beach 🏖️ I have stayed in many hotels around the world , this stay is ranked in the top 3 with no doubt. I hope to come back soon.

This is the sister hotel to the Savoy and you definitely get value and great service, the guest gets what the guest wants. Almost Everything just a few things that need improvement. great place, super clean, excellent AI, drinks good, food really good, great choices, lovely lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful Warm pools both with swim up bars, Fun animation team. Great location. Free room upgrade. Nice size resort not big just right for us. Couple minutes walk to soho square with 25 percent off food most restaurants.

Mini bar in room empty didn’t even bother to put the 2 bottles of water left, in the fridge. Who wants to arrive thirsty and drink warm water? Not enough seating outside to watch the hotels entertainment. The area is too small for the amount of guests. The AI bar in soho square you had to go to the bar yourself were as everyone else (paying customers) had table service, so felt bit like second class citizen.

Great hotel, right in soho square with restaurants and supermarket. Hotel is very spacious, you dont feel there are a lot of people at all. Many pools with kids/adults areas. The room is great, they thought about everything- even a laundry line in the balcony in shower. The staff is kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Other than the food in the restaurant everything was great. Breakfast was great but we didnt like the food in the other meals. The snack bar was very good! But it should be open for longer periods and not just 13-17.

A hotel with well designed clean gardens, many swimming pools with cute bars and many lovely cats! It belongs to a big complex, with Soho Square, Savoy hotels etc. Our spacious garden view suite, with the relaxing living room, was perfectly equipped, the WiFi very fast, the air conditions perfect, the lighting relaxing, the bed linen the pillows the mattresses and the towels were excellent! Every 20 minutes a mini bus was going to the clean and quite beach (I wish to construct a stabile platform, because this moving platform it’s frightening). The buffet in the restaurant was good and the main bar very relaxing. But the most important was the excellent stuff. Peter and Emad (bar), Sayed and Mamdouh (restaurant), Wael (rooms) and Mr Amr (reception) thank you very much for your polite helpful and friendly behavior. Special thanks to Mina, the great person who helped us have unforgettable holidays. Mina it was a honour to meet you! If you want some dreamy days in a perfect place, if you want to meet great and smiling people, if you want to relax and forget for a while your problems go to Sierra.

The only negative in this dreamy place was the insulting and annoying behavior of the rude security guards in all the entrances of the complex. But this can’t affect my rating, although I wish Soho Ambassadors change their policy.

The beach was very nice, very suitable if you like snorkeling and diving but it's not sandy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rasha and Beshoy from the restaurant as they were very friendly and professional. Also thanks to Rami from the lobby bar he made our stay exceptional when he knew we came to spend our honeymoon. Thanks to Raed the life guard, and Mina and mohamed from the reception. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfy. The main pool put on music and it was enjoyable. And there was another pool for adults only that was very calm.

The food was tasteless. the bathroom in our room smelled bad even after many many complaines.

We stayed in two spacious triple rooms with comfortable beds. The food was perfect, with freshly prepared options suitable for our 10-month-old daughter and gluten-free choices. The hotel provided a quick shuttle to the beach, where snacks and drinks were available, and the main pool was fantastic with ice cream on hand. The service was exceptional, with a doctor available when our daughter burned her fingers, and the staff were friendly and respectful. A highlight was the hotel’s care for local cats, which added to the calm and family-friendly atmosphere. We would only stay at this hotel when visiting Sharm.
