The location is excellent right next to the beach and we were upgraded for free to a sea view room which was great for sunrises! There are multiple swimming pools so you always have space to relax and sometimes the whole pool to yourself. Our room cleaner, Mazhtar, was simply amazing, friendly and respectful - such a lovely man who made our day every morning. In addition, the private clinic at the hotel was brilliant dealing with fire coral stings and an infection. The food is just ok but overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Negatives - the hotel taxi service is a scam with the person on duty trying to charge us 5 times the price we ended up paying for a trip to the mosque (he started at $50 and we ended up paying $10). This taints the experience and we never used this service again. Also, room service is very poor when ordering food - average wait is 50 mins and we waited 1h45mins on one occasion. Finally, the agents selling the massages are very annoying even after you’ve already paid for one. Take note, that the masseurs are not trained to pay attention to sports injuries or healing after surgery so will massage everywhere despite instructions not to massage certain body parts as they don’t understand English.

How close is it to the beach, soho square, and other places.. basically you can out for a walk at night without getting worried sbout getting scammed by a taxi driver.

Near the beach and airport

Location is perfect, as close as you can get to the airport, beach front location, 5 mins walk from Soho Square. I've seen previous reviews both good and bad about the food but I didn't have any issues. There is a wide variety for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, which changes every day... OK, sometimes you might only find one or two things you like one day, but the next day you might find 20 you like... but everyone is different. But overall we were happy with the food. Entertainment included beach parties, foam pool parties, muaic and dancing, as well as Table tennis and pool facilities. They even show European football in the evenings for those who want to see the action! The best thing about this hotel was the price, I am sure there are better resorts in the area, but for the price, this place was definitely value for money. I must say the staff were brilliant as well, always happy to help - it was a pleasure to stay here

We went to the sister Sport Hotel next door once, i wouldn't recommend it unless you have kids that want to use the slides. The front hotel is definitely a lot nicer and I am glad we chose it. There are plenty of beds and parasols on the beach but the beach itself is not massive. The pool is 1.2m all over.. would have been nice to have a slightly deeper end but this is just a small point. You will be regularly asked if you want an excursion, use the spa, etc, etc, as you hang around the pool.. can get a bit annoying but just say straight away thay you are not interested and they will leave you.

The friendly and helpful staff. Activities and shows were nice to get involved. The location was good as not far from the airport and also the soho centre.

I didn't like the food. Found it a bit repetitive especially dinner. The staff waking up people at 4am morning when mowing the grass and knocking on rooms at 9am😭. Our room had a leak but couldn't be bothered to complain about it.

Very nice territory, green and spacious, beautiful infinity pool (it was very cold in December). I was really lucky to be upgraded for a room with sea view. I also think in this part of the hotel, the rooms are a bit newer, my parents had a bit more tired room in the other end. A lot of food, a lot of choice, I just cannot understand anyone who complaints about the choice. Every day they had some new topic, for example, Asian, and then made some kind of variation of rolls and Beijing duck, not really authentic but I appreciated the effort. There was some fish, but yes, no seafood only for additional pay. But it was impossible not to find something that one would like, also vegetarian options and special options for diabetics. Always lots of fruits and vegetables. We also walked to the sport hotel nearby and checked dinner there for a change, they had outside grill. I am not so keen on animation but I also participated in some Latina dances, Pilates and step aerobics. There was a show every evening that also did not repeat for the time I was there. The gym very spacious and also ok-ish equipped, I enjoyed it.

Everything that I do not like about all-inclusive hotels: alcohol is always bad, a lot of staff everywhere that controls what you do and where you go. The beach is closed after the sunset and you cannot walk there. I understand that is for my own safety but I am just annoyed but this constant control. There is a coral reef belonging to the hotel but surely you cannot swim further away, one has to stay within 50 meters. There are late night parties at the neighboring hotels but everything was silent after 23, so actually no complaints.

Location 10/10: -Amazing corals and reef right off the resort’s beach! saw stingrays, lion fish, pufferfish and all sort of marine life without having to leave the resort or pay extra. This is the MAIN resort I ever visit Sharm with the family. - The resort is a short walking distance to one of the major local attraction (soho square). - The resort is very close to the airport. Management 10/10: Management team went above and beyond to make our stay is as comfortable as it could be. flew in earlier than check in time, our rooms were already preassigned, spacious rooms for our group, with kids beds already set up ! It was my anniversary and they made sure I got a cake sent to my room. We had couple families and they went the extra mile by sending every room a cake, nice touch. Management called in all the rooms to make sure every thing was going great. Kudos to the management team and guest relationship team! Room Service 9/10: “El Sayed” was very cooperative, he would ask when we would need the service rather than showing up when we’re there, it didn’t matter when we asked, he was always there. Needed more towels for kids and he happily did help us. Value for money (10/10). Special shoutouts: Muhammad Samara, reception bar. Osama, main restaurant drinks. Muhammad AbdulQader, main restaurant desserts. Soheib, pool bar. Abdultawab and Abdulrahman from the Italian restaurant.

The hotel has a sister hotel across the road and facilities between both hotels are shared. Beach and main pool were rather busy and way too loud and not comfortable sometimes. I guess thats a toll for being a popular hotel. Its not against the hotel, but cutting the lines is embedded within some guests minds, like they have to cut in line otherwise they’ll miss out on the always replenished buffet. Food variety is 6/10 which is on the good side and helped the children find something they like every meal, however other guests reading this review might prefer higher variety. All the shows after dinner were PG13 rated and not appropriate for kids, such disclaimer should be made. Room could use little appliances renovations, didn’t affect our stay negatively.

Great location, nice area for snorkeling and the staff are great, from the entertainment team to the wait staff.. even Ahmed with the taxi's was very helpful.

Plastic cups for every drink, even in the restaurants. Need to get back to using glasses as before. Didn't like staff wearing masks all day. Impossible to understand or communicate with them and it must be very uncomfortable for them, which makes us feel bad for them. Fumigation was also a problem, blowing toxic smoke around while people are sitting on the terrace or walking in the gardens. It would be better to improve green areas, using the birds and bats for pest control.

We had a fantastic stay at the Concorde Hotel Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers stunning views of the Red Sea and a well-maintained private beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The dining options were diverse, with delicious food that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s facilities, including the pools and spa, were top-notch. I highly recommend Concorde Hotel for an unforgettable vacation in Sharm El Sheikh! A big shout-out to Hassan Elaersh (pool bartender), Hamada Ahmed (cleaner), Mohamed Mahmoud (receptionist), Mahmoud Awad (pool bartender), Ziad Abdelkhalek (piano waiter), Mohamed Amin Basyouny (piano bartender) and Lofty Ali (safe box), they all made our stay great and looked after us.
