Staff are very friendly and respectful (from housekeeping, to bartenders, restaurant staff, front office members, taxi drivers), literally are the employees were great; they’re one of the main reasons that made me love sharm el sheikh, rooms are clean, pool & beach are also very nice, location is perfect.

Food should be improved (in all of sharm l sheikh mainly) I wish we could access the pool at night too, night swims would’ve been amazing.

The presence of markets close to the hotel and the availability of all needs, the security team asking about the guests in the event of entry and exit outside the hotel, and all the staff working as one team

There is no variety in breakfast items, the cleanliness of the rooms needs more attention, there is noise between the corridors of the rooms, the restaurants inside the hotel close early,

First time at this resort, loved the location specially because we are a group of divers and we spend all the day on diving trips and for dinner its all in Soho square or the hotel buffet is amazing also and good value . I also liked snorkeling at the beach it’s fabulous Service is very good comparing to other resorts and staff always available to help

We arrived after check in time and we did not get the rooms directly, we waited around one hour after our arrival to get our rooms, but nothing other than that

In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception manager, Mr. Ahmed Sayed, along with his colleagues Mohammed and the rest of the front office staff. Their dedication to providing excellent service made my visit exceptionally pleasant. They were not only efficient but also went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their efforts reflect positively on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for fostering such a remarkable team. Everything was amazing starting from the food till the comfort level

Breakfast is amazing , has everything you dream off. Hotel beach amazing, Staff amazing ,( receiption ,restaurants , beach staff, dive center staff) all go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Wifi signal very good. If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.

Location, facilities, beach is wonderful, staff are friendly, great BF, value of the money, several pools and seating areas, cleanliness, they give you 20% discounts on some outside restaurants.

They don’t serve a good hookah and don’t allow your own inside the hotel.

the hotel is one of the best hotel and resort at sharm. it has all the facilities you need like swimming pools and private beach. restaurant was super and staff was very kind. massage service also excellen.

i didn't like the people coming everywhere to talk about additional services like massage or trip. they are really annoying

The resort location is fantastic, the room was beautiful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the food quality was very good. The buildings, swimming pools, and all facilities elevate the experience to a 5-star level.

The distance between the room and the beach was tiring and long, with a slope that you had to climb on the way back without any available regular transportation to and from the beach. There was no shade on the beach as the available umbrellas were too high and did not provide shade most of the day. If they were lowered, it would provide a nicer shade. The smell of insecticide was noticeable in most areas of the resort, between the gardens and the buildings. It is disappointing that a 5-star hotel does not provide bottled water in the room and instead asks you to purchase it, which is unacceptable.
