The breakfast was good. We also enjoyed some of the other meals we had while there. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Also, not only is it a beautiful facility, easy to relax in, with gorgeous views of the Lake, but there were a lot of fun, water based activities to enjoy (for a price) for those who so wished. It is really a beautiful and fun place that warrants another visit!

I did not like to have to repeatedly buy water in plastic bottles in order to stay hydrated. Something that would be more in line with the Eco goals of the hotel would be to use Ecofiltros like we have here in Guatemala.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The staff, Victor and Diego, were exceptional. From the moment we landed to the end of our stay, the staff was attentive and proactive to making sure we were cared for. The views are stunning and the aesthetics of the property/ hotel room is very chic. I would stay here in again and every time, especially at the affordable price point. There also TV with great channels, hot water in shower, comfy beds, and great food!

The ONLY downside was the road leading up to the property. This isn't necessarily there fault but it would make the stay PERFECT if the road was paved. Those rocks and little cars aren't the best combo. This may be a bigger city issue rather than their problem.

The hotel was beautifully situated on Lake Coatepeque - we had our meals overlooking the lake and it was an incredible vista. The food was good and the service was excellent. My kids loved playing in the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I wish we had known ahead of time that use of the lake wasn’t permitted due to high bacteria. Thankfully there was a pool. There was only one road to get to and from the hotel and it was not paved and extremely bumpy. We were prepared to get a flat tire but fortunately that didn’t happen. But the destination at the end was worth it. Definitely on the pricier side for El Salvador - but you get what you pay for. European quality and style with Salvadoran hospitality.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well-kept. There were free kayaks and paddleboards at the hotel. Jetskis were available for rental at a reasonable price. Overall, I would stay here again.

The road to get to the hotel is a dirt road that can be challenging to drive on. We had to leave and come back everyday for wedding activities and we dreaded driving on that road. Hotel was great though.

The hotel is a lovely older hotel on the lake. Very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Food is average, but the bar is great. Wonderful kayaking location and free! Other watersports available and the pool was refreshing! Can't say enough about how helpful the staff was for our whole stay.

Outside the hotel is a dirt road and not much to do. Go to Santa Ana, Cerro Verde and do the hikes!

Road to hotel is a little wanting, but once you get there, who cares. Did not like the fact that I seemed to be charged for stuff I would normally consider gratis, cream for my coffee was extra. Property music started before 07:30 and wakes you up. Big speaker is on floor directly one room 1B.

The road to the hotel is awful. Mainly roach/dirt and where it’s paved, tons of potholes. All good when you get to the hotel, but to go in and out of the hotel is quite an adventure. Just be prepared. Also, very little Good options near hotel, so ate at the hotel, which was a little pricey for the area too.

Road to access is dirt road last couple of miles and hotel is on southwestern side of lake so further away from Santa Ana than hotels located on north side of lake. Driving time is longer because of dirt roads for part of the way.

This beautiful private resort is on the quiet side of the lake. Jet skis available for rent, modern, great staff, best views on the lake! Steff even helped us secure a ride to the next location. Part-owner Daniel is one of the nicest people you will meet in El Salvador! Would absolutely make the trip again!

Room was large and comfortable, the property was beautiful, great pool, water sports was fun but a little expensive. Staff was friendly.

The restaurant served good food but a little expensive. The restaurant is 6km down a dirt road away from other restaurants so the extra cost, I guess is attributed to convenience
