The breakfast is worth waking up early for! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right off of the highway and surrounded by lots of places to get food. I highly recommend Pizza FiAmma and The Neighbourhood Jerk restaurant.

I will believe the price of the hotel was in direct correlation to the time of booking. It was booked a week in advance, which I would consider to be last minute, making the price I paid, for a generic 2 beds in a room, pretty pricey at nearly $200 a night. Also, the hotel was being renovated so there were excessive noise during some of the hours. Due to the renovation, the hotel pool had to remain closed.

Room was very clean and tidy and bed was comfortable! Front desk staff was also very friendly. The Fitness centre was also perfect for my usual day workout! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Hvac system fan wouldn't shut off no matter what I tried. I am in the business so I know what I am doing. If you like fan noise it wont bother you but if you are a light sleeper it may effect to quality of your sleep which it did for me.

The hotel was in a convenient location for us, not too far from the airport where we had to return our rental car and board a flight the next day and easy to access when we drove into the city from a wedding weekend in Barrie. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was a good variety of tasty options at the buffet breakfast. The reception staff were friendly. We’d be happy to stay again or recommend to others.

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were clean and stocked. Staff was super friendly both at breakfast and check in. Beds were comfortable and ac worked great. Great location for getting on and off the highways. Travelled into Toronto and Niagara falls with ease.

Pillows were too soft, no support at all so left with a bit of neck pain.

Everything was as it should. We were pleasantly surprised that such a quality Hotel was in Brampton. The others we stayed at over the years had fallen below standard and not well serviced. Also we loved that it had a real serviced breakfast (hot meal) buffet still operating and not a crap paper bag to pickup

Nothing to report for our first time ever. The spa tub was very clean and spacious for my 6'_4" King 👑 to soak in with me

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights. The room was nice and clean, with two queen beds and a nice Samsung Smart TV. The bathroom was also clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel was also very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel is at around 20 minutes from Canada’s Wonderland, which was our vacation destination. We definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s not that we didn’t like, it’s more like we would have liked to have more options at the breakfast, which was included. Some croisants and more variety for fruit salads would have been nice additions to the existing « menu ». However, we could always find something to eat.

in the morning the Muslim mornings are held at a. nearby mosque - their parking is completed packed - it took quite awhile 15 minutes to exit lot. suggest hotel advise people in case they have flights or medical appointments to get to so they can plan accordingly.

The breakfast variety was excellent. well organised with very good use of space. Staff efficient and not intrusive.

Like many I have trouble with duvets. a bit heavy and too warm.
