We were doing a quick overnight stay, arriving late and leaving the next morning, so we did not have a chance to use all the facilities. We had a car rental, and it was an easy 15 minute drive from the airport with free parking. The front desk staff that evening, and the next morning when we checked out were very pleasant. They offer a breakfast room, where the base fare for a continental breakfast is $9.99 and if you want hot food, you can pay slightly more. We felt it had a good selection, and the attendant was very helpful and friendly. We had a one bedroom suite. It was large, and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel and its furnishings are unusually ornate!

Some of the furniture was showing a bit of wear and tear, but nothing significant.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and quick to respond when we needed extra pillows. The room was much bigger than expected with a separate sitting room, microwave and 2 TVs. We didn't try the breakfast but ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was delicious. There were events in the attached hall both nights but we didn't hear a thing. Pool was great.

Parking may be a bit tight at night because of the events going on but we still found spots.

I needed a break from NYC and didn't know what to expect when booking the room. I have to say I was impressed. I spent most of my time on Canada in the room. It was comfy, and staffers were mostly pleasant

Wifi connection was poor, but I didn't need it because my cellphone data worked. One of the two elevators in the building also broke down for multiple days, and there was foot traffic on the other.

The room was spacious and it was easy to control de temperature, since the window could open. It was not expensive and the staff was nice. The restaurant served tasty food ( indian), quiet and affordable. Someone 24h makes it easy for travelling.

A little disapointing to have a fake fireplace. It was an electric heater hence no fire, no flames. Doesn't add anything to a room, it is just an heater.

I liked the room size, and I liked the front desc in the evening when the pool was closed early and he reopened the pool to accommodate us.

I did not like that the breakfast bar was open yet got charged for it. A breakfast open bar should be included in the price of the hotel. The food was very poor quality.if I knew that breakfast was not included, I would have gone somewhere else to eat.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very nice and spacious, the breakfast was good. They have a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The hotel is close to the airport so you would hear aeroplanes every now and again. You definitely need a car or a taxi to get to a restaurant or shop.

i like the quality of service, staff were very accomodating, our flight was delayed so o called them to hold my reservation till the next day, when we arrived at the hotel i was disappointed because we get the wrong room that supposed to be booked, but because staff were very nice and accomodating we met our expectations, exceedingly i should say... hotel staff are the game changer they were exceptional, im impressed, really impressed..thanks a lot( front desk staff, house keeping staff, you guys are truly amazing, our flight were chaotic, but because of your exceptional service, again, you were a game changer..

Rooms are spacious with separate living room. Bed was terrible (old mattress), but was changed after first night. This was really nice.

Got an issue with the automated drink machine. Paying with credit card (not to recommend), twice the price on a coke bottle (8$) as if 2 coke bottles were bought. The receptionist promised to take care of the matter when we checked out. The hotel never came back to us, nor respond to our message via booking after our departure.

Service was better than advertised. Housekeeping tidied up the room despite inially saying that it wouldn’t be done during our 2 night stay

Wifi although connected did no translate into an internet connection . Restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast was so so - weak juice and coffee especially . Ice machines on floors nonexistent . Room supplied only with one glass and one mug and no face cloths . Decor is dingy and dated . Walls were stained - not at all what you might expect from a modern Radisson facility.

Clean, welcoming. Pleasant staff, large room.

No EV charging. Breakfast included didn’t mention upcharge for basic eggs and sausage. This is pretty standard everywhere else. We skipped it altogether, was cheaper elsewhere than there add-on. Really weird.
