Breakfast was good. I had an early flight and didn’t get the impression from staff that the “cold” breakfast was going to be so full of choices. Thought I’d get a small box of something. I could have had that breakfast probably without paying the extra 8 euros so that was disappointing. This wasn’t clear in the booking or when I checked in. Lunch poolside was excellent. Pool area nice. Staff nice. Easy to get airport taxi- they called and arrived instantly. (There’s perhaps a taxi surcharge by driver if passenger picked up at hotel. Price is under 20 Euros so can’t complain.) Very nice beach is a block away. Hotel is very clean. Felt bad for the staff who were constantly mopping the floors. Room needed a box of tissues. Bed linens comfortable. Good shower.

Room didn’t have a box of tissues! Didn’t want extra child’s bed in room. Bathroom fan ran endlessly. No clear way to turn off. Poolside kitchen was not open for snack food menu of daytime (sandwiches) at night. I went down around 9 pm but I believe only drinks were available. Breakfast buffet services not clarified. Couldn’t get refund for 8 euros surcharge I paid on booking.com) but I was pleasantly surprised that indeed there is an excellent cold/continental buffet open at 7 am which I think came standard with price of room. Website says breakfast at 8 am. So don’t pay extra for breakfast unless you want eggs etc. at 8 am.

Everything was perfect, the location very close to the beach, to airport also, 15 minutes by bus. To the center 20-25 minutes, there is a bus stop near hotel. The stuff was always nice and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast and the dinner were very good and diversified. Our room was with balcony and pool wiew. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely return. Mallorca has some beautiful beaches and beautiful blue water. Thank you for everything and especially for your attention😊

The only thing that we didn't like was the sea water(i mean the beach near to the hotel) a lot of algae, and big waves in the afternoon. For this reason we went to visit Cala Major, beach s'arenal and playa des Trenc (for this beach you have to make a reservation on the reception and pay extra, 30 euro per person).

it was all nice, the front desk staff were great, I arrived very late after midnight, due to flight delay,but the guy on the desk said there was some food for me.

The elderly lady in the dining room was not so nice, never smiled, watch you like a hawk, incase you take any drinks out of the room. the younger girls were good. Seems a big " sell the drinks at meal times " issue, They were always asking if you wanted a drink! sometimes two or three times !!! Going into the restaurant was a pain, the head guy always wanted your room number, then ticked it off a list! just made a long queue to get in.

Very good accommodation, clean and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Recently, hotels seem to be innovating with how they serve marmalade. Instead of the traditional jars or individual portions that allow you to take only what you need, they've introduced dispensers that produce a liquid, homogeneous, overly sweet syrup. This 'marmalade' spreads thinly across your plate and creates a mess by the time you get to your table. While it might be marketed as an innovation, it seems more suited to the hotel's convenience than the guests'.

Good location very close to the airport so handy for stopovers. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Lovely big pool and beach access only a minute away. Lots of fun for a couple of nights. Palma within easy reach on local bus.

Bit of noise from neighbouring rooms and in the corridor at night. Most annoying aspect was being unable to check on Booking.com if we had booked the rooms including breakfast. Couldn't find this info anywhere so we ended up booking half board which was amazing value but I was annoyed that I was unable to check the original booking.

Near to the airport (25minute walk), easy to get by public transport. Clean, comfortable.

Comunication with staff in check in was interesting.

Clean hotel, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with friendly and professional staff, and excellent breakfast. We liked being able to park our rented car there securely. We liked the natural vitamin water in the lobby. We also enjoyed the fresh honey with the honeycomb in the restaurant along with a wide range of other breakfast options

Our room had two single beds joined together loosely and was not convenient for us as a couple. Such an approach should have a way of hooking the beds together without them drifting away at the slightest move.

Most people were friendly and helpfull. I was very happy with the 24h check-in, because we arrived at night and got delayed because of the flight. This was no problem whatsoever. In the room we had an issue with a door to the balcony that couldn't be closed, we reported it and it was fixed in no time. There is a busstop right in front of the hotel, which is usefull to go to Palma, Soller, Arenal or the airport. Ca'n Pastilla itself off-season is a bit dull. But there is enough to do around it.

We had bad luck with the weather, but the hotel of coarse can't help that. Very personal, but the beds were a bit too soft for my likings.

The hotel is situated within a walking distance from the airport, which is a huge advantage if you have a late flight. The beach is also very close - we could see it from our window. The hotel was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The room we got was big, the bed was so, SO comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and equipped in both toiletries and the hair dryer. Staff in the hotel were professional and helpful in every way, not only during our stay but also before we came here I got really helpful and kind answers to my questions. They helped us to rent a car in a convenient and cheap way - we strongly recommend booking a car in the reception. We have also bought breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - the meals were tasty, there was a large variety to choose from and the restaurant was cleaned regularly. Although a lot of meals served at dinner contained meat, we have found a lot of vegetarian options - everyone will be happy with the menu! Unfortunately we didn't use the pool and the outside area so much due to the short stay and the weather, but it seemed like a perfect place to spend your holiday. Overall, we are very happy with choosing Alua Leo and if we ever decide to go back to Mallorca, we would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect! We only had issues with the room heating, but the staff explained to us how it works - unfortunately the settings are not customizable between rooms, but we turned it off and the temperature was no longer a problem.
