We spent 5 nights in Hotel Amic, and it was our first time on the island. One thing we loved about our stay was the hotel's proximity to both Palma and the airport. As we arrived at night and had a return flight at 6 pm, the location was perfect for us. Can Pastilla had everything we needed - a peaceful atmosphere at night, a laid-back vibe during the day, and in May, it wasn't overcrowded. Although the hotel was clean and satisfactory for us, if you're someone who enjoys luxurious accommodations, a pool, or watching Netflix on a Smart TV during your holidays, this might not be the right fit for you :) I must mention that we were grateful for the receptionist's assistance in booking a taxi to the airport :) + Cleanliness + 24/7 reception + Close proximity to Palma + 150 m from the sea/beach

This hotel provided me the enough conditions I wanted to have for my stay… near the beach… 3 minutes away… quiet place… I could sleep tight and without noise.. affordable price.. comparing other hotels… clean condition of the room and bathroom… and with an extensive breakfast. All in all, a great experience. The staff were also very nice… I met like 4 of them during my stay.. and all very polite and friendly. I felt comfortable in my room. I really recommend the breakfast too. I also need to say… this is a basic, but clean and very good accommodation… Therefore do not expect something super fancy, luxus and something like this.

The hotel is a short walk (3mins) from the seafront. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very large and nore beds than booking.com show, we had 12 bed spaces for 5 people, with separate rooms, like 1-2bed apartments. The rooms were basic but clean. There were lifts but small. The hotel section we were in was across the road in a separate hotel. 24 hr reception and the staff open up the gate beyond 11pm to get you in that building. The rooms had also hot a small kitchen area and living space with table and chairs.

Perhaps more pillows, no air conditioning meant for an uncomfortable night's sleep but unsure if that is because we couldn't work it or there wasn't any. The hotel has basic decor but this is not a major concern as the place was clean.

I can't relate to any of the bad reviews here :) as my experience with the hotel was really very positive. We got a very spacious room with a kitchenette and a balcony on the top floor. Everything was very clean, the furniture is indeed very basic but it's all good and exactly as expected. A modern flat screen TV on the wall. Easy check-in and check-out, a 24h reception, a friendly and professional staff. It's super close to the airport, 30min by foot which is very efficient in case of a very early flight. We didnt need any aircon this time of year so can't comment on that. Overall, the quality exceeded my expectations about a rather cheap hotel with not so great reviews :) We felt there safe and cosy, it was a quiet and comfortable stay. I think it's great value for money and I definitely would stay there again.

I must say that after reading some of the negative comments, I wonder if we stayed in the same hotel? We stayed in Room 312, the room was partly renovated. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and new bedding throughout our stay. The bathroom has a bathtub, it didn't pose any major inconvenience. Additionally, there was a small fridge in the room. Moreover, I must commend the kind hotel staff. When we encountered a minor issue with the gas station, they promptly offered us a phone to make the necessary calls. As for breakfast, it was served at the Amic Gala Hotel, which was a mere 150 meters away from Amic Can Pastilla. The breakfasts were delightful, with a wide selection of delicious food. In terms of parking, it's worth noting that parking around the hotel is available but at your own risk. However, the hotel also offers their free private parking option, located 500 meters away, as parking in Can Pastilla can be a challenge. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff made every effort to accommodate us as soon as possible. In conclusion, based on our pleasant experience, I highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location was excellent! Very close to the airport! We were given a fab tool on the 5th floor and we had a bedroom each plus 2 balconies (my bed was in the kitchen/sofa and my pal slept on the Twin Room. The kitchenette was very handy plus fridge for cooling our drinks. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were lovely. The €8 buffet breakfast in the Gala hotel was wonderful each day! Thanks. We will return.

We loved everything

Older facilities but nothing I would not expect for such a cheap hotel. It was clean, AC was working and overall it was a great value. Since the hotel is part of Amic chain, you will get access to Miraflores hotel pool (1 min walk) and Gala hotel breakfast (also 1 min walk) Its something like 10 minutes by bus from the airport or €15 taxi.

You can hear your neighbors showering at 5AM and moving stuff around. But you can avoid it with noice cancelling headphones

The breakfast was really good it had a lot of food to choose from. The location was great. We had a balcony with the view of the sea. Great value for money. The beds were very big and comfortable. Also the air conditioning was great.

The hotel is a little dated. My main concern were the doors. The balcony door did not lock in the room 420. The entrance door is very thin and the lock on it is very simple door knob, did not feel safe. Also the bathroom door was broken and made a lot of noise.

First of all, the breakfast was definetly worth the money, a lot of food to try, everything hot and fresh - breakfast can be bought at the reception. Location was also quite good, close to the bus station, reachable from the airport by foot, but through "shady" locations and without a sidewalk, bus from airport available in the daylight for 5 euro. The room was clean enough, although we were a little surprised to find that our bedsheets were changed every day when we left the room, and and climate was set to 19 degrees, which is probably useful in the summer, but in the October it was not needed. Other than that the staff at the reception was always very happy to help us and very informative, no problems with communication. Reception available all day and night. Overall, very pleasant stay.

The worst part was noisiness of the room. Doors were thin with visible gap underneath, and passed a lot of noise from the corridor, we were woken up a few times by people leaving or coming from the parties. A refrigerator, while appreciated, was near the bed and also hummed, which was noticeable in the night.

Incredible buffet breakfast with huge variety. Even included oat milk for the vegans. Quick 24 hour check in service with friendly receptionist. Very close to the airport but no airplane noise. Perfectly clean and we had a litttle balcony.

It is budget so you get what you pay for and have fairly low expectations. But the beds were very very old and rickety and uncomfortable. Would be a very quick cheap fix for the hotel to replace and avoid complaints
