Newly decorated , location was good . Direct seaview location and we found free parking on the road nearby . Lots of lovely restaurants nearby . Good beach in front of the hotel . And a tram for the unable to walk to far to take you along the parade .

We upgraded to a seaview room on arrival , charged an extra €20 for the night and got more of a roof view then a seaview. No pool . Breakfast was basic to other hotels we had stayed in previously in the area. Hotel charged us €5 for the pringles in the room on check out then charged my card again the same evening . So €10 for a small pringles . They did refund me when I emailed . But still !!

Great location for a late arriving flight (and noise levels were good despite being quite near the airport), and it was right by the beach. Clean and pleasant little hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Room was spacious and the sea view balcony was great. Quality bathroom products provided. Breakfast was good. Although the price was high due to its location, for the standard of this hotel compared to the standard and cost of other options in the area it was good value for money.

Friendly welcoming staff, cosy and crystal clean rooms. Good location hotel is in front of beach which is very clean. 10 minutes drive to Palma center by car. Good restaurants and Palma aquarium nearby

Inner view rooms are little bit dark so we changed it to sea view rooms. Our Rooms was on 1st floor and on 0 floor there is restaurant some strange voices were coming from that floor (maybe some dough mixing machine) in the morning but it was not annoying for us. Breakfast is very simple but tasty, lack of vegetables (no tomatoes and cucumbers)

Location is outstanding - just steps to the beach. Tons of little shops and restaurants nearby so there's no lack of things to do in the area. Palma city and the airport are also super easy bus rides away. Room was clean and plenty of space for 1 person, but may have been a bit tight for two. Bed was actually very comfortable. Welcome Cava was also a nice touch.

My balcony didn't have a beach view and didn't get much sunlight, so I didn't really use it. The doors to the balcony also didn't lock which made me a little nervous to leave valuables. There was also some maintenance done to the shower before I arrived (which is no problem), but the maintenance person did leave their tools / caulk in the rubbish bin which made it look a bit unclean on arrival.

We stay on the 5th floor, terrace overlooking the sea .Everything perfect even if there were some small minor defects in the room ,Something important to specify , if you stay for more than 5 days, you must know that breakfast is the same every day ,So for more then 5 days you got bored of the same breakfast . Refrigerator in the room, Smart TV Air conditioning Daily cleaning .Everything was perfect.It deserves a grade of 9.5

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Aircon was a godsend. Staff were friendly. Breakfast choice was OK. Great location - about 45 min walk to the busier part. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Managed to book a late check out for one of our rooms - note:- if you ask for a late check out until 2pm the cost is 25 euro, any time after that it's 75 euro.

We had an amazing time. Staff and breakfast are lovely. I really appreciate the bottle in the room for my bday. I really reccomend this hotel. It is just in front of the beach. You can have your breakfast looking at the beach is beautiful

Last minute booking for one night only at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a takeaway breakfast as leaving early to catch flight. The room was clean, nice and cool and nicely decorated. Large bathroom. Good size terrace.

The room itself was quite small once you had all your stuff in there and would have been helpful to have a stool or something to put case on.

Great location, good food, excellent views across the bay. All reception staff were very helpful, thank you. We would stay here again.

Most of the staff were friendly, unfortunately there was one member of staff that let you down every breakfast, she was not so helpful and friendly towards us...

The Staff were Amazing and so helpful . Went above and beyond to help us . The BEDS are super comfortable. So close to Palma Airport for EARLY MORNING Flights . They even arranged a Taxi and takeaway breakfast for 5.00am departure ! Fantastic 10 out of 10
