Breakfast was good and varied. A lovely rooftop terrace with pool and sea views. Spacious room and comfortable beds

Arrival at 4am and a very grumpy member of staff insisted on us paying in full for our stay on arrival despite our very late arrival as we had a four hour delay. The card machine wasn’t working and he kept trying again and check in took over half an hour. This could have easily been done the following day after a good nights sleep of on departure as our card details were given upon booking

The location was fantastic, 10 minutes from the airport, a few steps from the beach , a short walk to everything you could need, with two bars and pool

Additional charges were high for a sunbed at the sky bar €50 I thought is a lot after the price we also paid for 3 nights , I understand an extra charge but I think that was too much

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected to see at least a bottle of water supplied in the room,we arrived very late(3am) dehydrated .Should have it supplied as standard.Didnt see the need for tv sets in the same room!!

Everything was great from the amazing staff who always said hola to me when I was passing by to the perfect location near the beach and airport and close to many shops and restaurants as well as a short bus ride ( around 30 minutes) to Palma cathedral. I was celebrating my birthday and they left a bottle of wine for me as well which was so nice and thoughtful and I really appreciated it. The hotel has a little swimming pool on the roof as well for everyone to use with a bar where you can buy drinks. There is also a lobby bar with the TV where you can relax it was nice watching the game there on my first night. Nearby the hotel there are a couple places with live music if you prefer that... There is a TV room and a bike shed as well unfortunately I haven't made it there so I cannot give any details. I loved the spa area although maybe it was very small and it might get crowded with more people but you do have to save time slots so I guess that would stop that from happening. The lady in the reception ( she is also the beautician I am sure) was so helpful and so nice and will help you with everything. Next to the spa there is a free gym as well I didn't use it it seems quite big and well equipped through the glass walls. There is also a little locker room with bathroom shower and lockers to leave your stuff although I was in the hotel so there was no need. Also they had ice cream for the dessert with the dinner😋 and the staff there was so incredible and chef ( dinner ) always said hello as well. Will definitely come there again 😄

If I have to write something maybe more choices for breakfast and dinner would be nice and more space it's a very little room it was perfect when I was there but might get a bit overcrowded in the high season I think... The closest beach and water was very dirty but you just have to keep going alongside the beach for around 5 minutes it gets much better Rooms are pretty basic but there is nothing missing there and the bed was comfortable It's a nice comfortable, fairly small hotel with an amazing service and location

Nice, clean 4 star hotel very near to the promenade.

They could do with a vegetarian main meal option in the evening. The food was very much meat or fish based. Also, clearer labelling of food. The roof top pool could be better promoted as I didn't realise there was one! I thought the €15 spa pool was it. A few of the machines in the gym were out of action, so they could do with some more attention to maintenance

Excellent value for money, rooms and beds clean and comfortable. Good location. Good choice for breakfast, dining room very clean. Staff helpful and friendly

Hotel description included toiletries shampoo etc but these had changed, think this should be reflected on website so visitors know to take their own shampoo conditioner

Great and helpful service, rich breakfasts. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of space, terrace, and view - the only thing missing was an electric kettle (but there was a coffee machine). The location is very good, the area is quiet before the season, and there is plenty of space on the beach. There was algae in some places at the entrance to the water, but we knew about it and it was not a problem. Bus connection to the Palma goes every 10 minutes. Good value for money, we will probably visit again someday.

It would be useful to have more information from the reception and the hotel that the rooftop pool area closes at 7 p.m. Our room was near at the entrance to the pool and a lot of tourists tried to get there after closing hours, even after 10 p.m., which made it noisy in the corridor.

Location as only there for one night to be close to the airport due to change of flight The breakfast choice was excellent The staff were very professional and helpful. We had a family room with consisted of two rooms with a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom.

Cleanliness could have been much better. A drinking glass had not been washed at the inside bottom. There was dirt round the rim in the toilet and in the bottom of the pan and dirty water in the toilet brush holder. The corridors were very hot with a ‘smell’. There seemed to be no deadening between floors as the family above were making a lot of noise with children jumping and running around. No ceiling lights. Only mirror in bathroom bearing in mind this room was for four people. Should have been a large mirror in each room.

Lovely hotel right across from the beach in a great resort. Very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms, My daughter and I had the end of corridor so had an extra big room. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was very good. Great choice. Roof top pool area was nice. I would definitely return.

My husband and son had a smaller room where the aircon was either Arctic or off! No bin and much lower grade TV than my room. Small things that didn't effect our holiday. If we had stayed longer we wld have raised the aircon issue.

Nicely presented room, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Huge TV. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooftop terrace with great views. Great location for airport (2 miles away) and great for local buses into Palma where you can catch regional buses to explore island.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The balcony was tiny. Also the indoor pool is payable extra and expensive.
