Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were supposed to check in on March 10, but due to a flight cancellation, we arrived on March 11. The hotel was incredibly understanding and even refunded us for the missed night, which was a wonderful gesture. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the bartenders—such warm and friendly gentlemen who made every visit to the bar a pleasure. The food was simply outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail in this hotel is carefully thought out to provide the best experience for guests. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!

Quite possibly the best 3 star in Mallorca, very cleverly modernised with a very good spa, polite & professional staff throughout especially reception and the older waiter in the restaurant, great location for work and for pleasure, the beachfront & its restaurants & bars are a few minutes away, I was also impressed with the quality and range for breakfast & dinner which I tried once during my stay

If you have a hire car, parking in This area can be a little tricky

The personel is really nice, talking care of you all the way, inquiring about how you are and if there is something they night do to better the experience. Rooms are spacious with balconies, beds are comfortable, bathrooms have all uttilities one might need during their stay. The room also has a fridge and two glasses. Half-board was amazing, there isnt anything that could be better during breakfast and dinner had a great variety as well.

We had a room to the pool side and unfortunately some other tourists were quite loud during the evening and night and the sound isolation was nearly useless, resulting in two sleepless nights.

The Hotel is located in a very nice area close to the Airport and the Beach. The rooms have enough space, big beds and a balcony. The workers at Reception were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the Safes were not working so most of the time i wasn’t comfortable leaving my room as i was having valuable items with me. It will also be nice to change the bed sheets when cleaning the rooms especially for people staying more than 3 days. The food can be added a bit of salt and try to keep it more warm😊

Room was clean, decent sized bed and balcony Facilities were good for price and rating Location ideal for beach, shops, airport Staff were lovely The difference in price to add on all inclusive was well worth it considering what you get - plenty of options at every meal, good range of drinks and snacks available. Didn’t get to try the indoor spa/pool but wish I did! Looked lovely, I was busy trying to make the most of the sun.

Pool area doesn’t get much sun after 3 ish, but didn’t mind as so close to the beach. For my flight time check out was quite early (midday) - late checkout wasn’t available the day I left. That said staff were very accommodating and there was no issue staying around after I had checked out to relax before I left.

That was a fair staying in 3* hotel. Room was well equipped, clean. With daily cleaning service. Staff was great, always supportive. Breakfast and dinner were with plenty of options (comments from some other visitors we do not confirm as bad, really, as for this price and classification of a hotel it was really great). Hotel remembers old times. But it is worth its money. Location is just great. Planes are heard till 11 pm and from early morning, but that was not as bad and loud as I expected upfront (good earplugs may support the ones who are sensitive as me). Really glad for the choice.

There shall be in booking the information that indoor swimming pool is not accessible full day for children. What we understand as a rule, but that shall be placed to be visible before booking. Especially if autumn stops us using the outside pool.

Staff was amazing. Everyone is so kind. We came early from flight, and they let us store our luggage there before our check in. And when we where checking out, they offered us to store our luggage if we are not going right away. Cleaners came everyday to take out garbage, clean room and change towels if needed. They even have indoor activities for those who stay at hotel. We were at magician show. He was great. Food was really good. So many dinner options. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I will probably book my stay here again.

If you rent a car, there is never parking space on the street. But you circle untill you find something(someone always leaves) But there is a parking few blocks away. (Its a 6,7 minutes of walk)

The hotel itself is well located just minutes from the beach. It’s modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and most were helpful. The rooms are bright and airy with good air con and the bathroom has a great walk in shower. The food was excellent during our stay although there was a lot of repetition of dishes. Overall, four nights was perfect to enjoy the facilities.

The swimming pool area was very cramped, often not enough space for everyone staying. The bar closes at midnight which is fair enough but even the soft drink, tea and coffee machines are switched off. Would be good if a selection of snacks were available through the night too. Not a deal breaker but since it was all inclusive.

Reception staff are brilliant. The staff in the restaurant are the best I've encountered. Helpful, friendly and extremely efficient.

Not 100% definite about the staff in the bar. We were half board so paid for our drinks. The price did seem to vary a bit. The onsite entertainment could be so much better with minimal effort. Any time two or three people braved the dance floor it filled with guests immediately. It really felt like the hotel didn't give two hoots about this side of things. Huge potential here though.

Very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to the beach, excellent facilities (I loved the uniqueness of the hotel having an on-site spa), fantastic food (every single possible breakfast food and beverage you could possibly think of!!), perfectly comfortable and clean bedroom which was cleaned every single day by lovely cleaning staff, great entertainment for all of the family during the day and in the evening, private balcony with lovely view. I will absolutely be back!

Personally I thought the swimming pools are a little small but everything else was perfect for my needs.
