Travelled with my family to Queens to attend the US Open. So close to the tournament and the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the tennis tournament as well as LaGuardia Airport. The Plaza has a nice breakfast available in the morning as well as a nice little bar/restaurant where you can have a cocktail and a meal after a long day at the tournament.

No complaints. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was a little outdated but it was clean and good sized and we had plenty of clean towels. Stayed 3 nights and the maid service was great.

We enjoyed the pool and it had a nice adjourned outdoor patio. In nice weather doors can be opened for an outdoor pool feel. On-site dining options were appreciated. We had breakfast at this hotel in their restaurant and it was convenient and good. The bed was very comfortable. Adjoining a residential neighborhood made for a pleasant walk. We liked the adjoining parking garage. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. It was very convenient.

Some of the upstairs cleaning staff were loud. One ran down the hall while we were walking and almost ran into us. (Lobby, pool, and restaurant staff were congenial.) We would have appreciated free bottles of water in the room.

Great price. Great location. Bus stop right outside, so it was easy to take the bus to the subway and go into downtown. Being across from the airport, I was worried we would hear planes all night long. It was very quiet. Good sized rooms! I'd definitely stay here again!

Our shower didn't drain water. I took two times for them to come fix it before it was fixed. But, they were very prompt with getting it taken care of! On my floor, they had a vending machine for snacks. I felt like a drink vending machine was missing. We ended up having to save our water bottles from the day to bring back to refill. Bring a refillable bottle with you so you have water to drink!

The hotel was very convenient to get to from the airport. Free shuttle. Everything on the inside was nice and clean. There was a line when I got there understandable when there is a airport across the street. But they worked as a team and got it down. Ms. Vanessa was extremely helpful with this being our first visit to that part of New York. The rooms where nice. The ice machine and microwave are located on certain floors. No problem. There is a refrigerator. Tucked away and I really like that. The beds were comfortable. My veiw was amazing. I could see the sunrise and the water. The pool, sauna and hot tub was nice. They have a full time lifeguard. The restaurant had a menu. The food was good and they will try and accommodate you even if you are vegan. The bar was really nice. I also used the business center. Very nice. All together I will give it a 9 out of 10. I will definitely be staying there again.

Having something for the kids to do would be nice. My travel was with my grand daughter. The pool was great. Maybe a game room would be nice or how about they offer board games. That will make it a 10 out of 10 for me.

I like the hotel and big room

I was the guest in the hotel on last Saturday night , I went to smoke at the front and my friend called me so I was in lobby and talking with my friend.the guy (black man with black suite)I don’t know his name who is working at front dest come to ask me directly without asking me anything else he told me are you the guest of this hotel. He thought I am a homeless guy and treat me like a I am not guest of that hotel. I told him yes I am the guest in hotel after that he ask me to show the key for hotel and I do show him the key then he told ok but other girls who working there are so friendly and nice

I certainly agree with everything during my stay. The only disagree with the taxi at the airport. I think its was my first time and I need to understand and familiarize with transportation and ways around the area. But for the morning to the end of the day certainly perfect and well prepared by the crews and everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your generosity.

No common or anything about disagree with everything happen in the hotel. I don't have any negative commons or anything to my stay.

Upon arrival we encounter a few bumps. Upon notification the Manager Ms. Vanessa was very compassionate and immediately made adjustments. She apologized for the inconvenience we experienced this made us feel good as she handled the situation with dignity and class. We liked the way the Manager Ms. Vanessa handled the situation, we were very satisfied! The hotel had free shuttle to and from the airport and to and from our event (US Open). I highly recommend this hotel because their Management staff is excellent!!

The breakfast buffet was not a buffet at all the items were pre cooked and did not offer any alternatives like omelets or fried eggs unless you paid an additional cost.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice atmosphere. Cheapest thing in NYC. Rooms were nice though, lots of plug sockets.

It's out of the way and quite a journey to the city. The commute is long because from the city, you have to take a train to Jackson heights, then get a (free) shuttle bus to LaGuardia airport and then walk 10 minutes. Although it's cheap, I'd recommend paying more for somewhere closer to the metro at least. Also, the showers are too powerful, as in, they need to put water saving filters on the end of the shower head because they can save so much water.

The lady behind the counter let me use her cell charger all night. My phone was dead and it was very late when I arrived. I wish I'd gotten her name. It was the late shift on the 27th of October. My daughter was getting married the next morning and I ( her dad ) was the surprise. I'm so grateful for her kindness. My phone was charged and the wedding went fantastic. Thanks so much. She was very nice person.

No updated phone charging ports for the rooms. The lamps or nothing had ports to charge anything. The room was dated. Also there were doors open ( unlocked and craked open )all down the halls. I didn't feel very safe knowing there were 2 doors open across from my room.
