Clean facility, friendly staff, welcoming and accommodating to our animal! The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal- tons of varieties of foods and hot breakfasts, the ladies greet you every morning and assist with anything you are looking for. There is a heated indoor pool, we did not use, but it was available in the cold weather. Would stay here again.

The beds were not great, but somewhere to lay your head.

the breakfast was great and delicious! probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at!! staff was friendly and helpful. Things in the hotel room were nicely organized and user friendly.

Few minor things really. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. Nothing looked dirty or anything, but the only thing i have to mention is a weird gross smell that I want to assume was coming from the carpet? It was one specific spot so I’m thinking someone who stayed there might have spilt something and it was properly cleaned. It was near the bed so that’s how we noticed and was the only down fall. Everything else was great! Bathroom was clean, beds were done nice. The other thing would be to let guest know when checking in or putting a sign in the pool area, is letting guest know towels for the pool are at the front desk and you need to ask them for the towels

Exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and professional staff, plenty of parking and lots of lights in parking area. It's in a very safe area, and close to everything you need.

The bathtub drain was broken (drained fine, just couldn't close and was caked with minerals). That's it. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot tub. Our room was well equipped with all that we needed.

It was a little difficult understanding how to set the heater controls in order to arrive at a comfortable temperature in our room.

We were next to the elevator and we could hear it through the night, otherwise we would have given a 9 or 10.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and did not have that nasty sanitizer smell that many cheap motels have. Very quiet. Convenient to my travels.

I like signing big seals and paying on 5599 us bank and being able to get everything for my men and my children as well as boxes were delivered that got to my kids to have a show of culture pride for Tahiti and france wow. It was an honor to be so well protected by law and best Western that all my business with state capitol will be at best Western.

The visitor were never invited.

the staff there were amazing and down to earth/ relatable and respectful!!! also really nice water in the cafeteria! best water i’ve ever had in my life.

The breakfast was great. There was a variety of foods to select from, all very good.

We couldn't figure out how to close the blackout curtains so were wakened by the sun shining into our room.
