It's our second time at the hotel and the atmosphere stayed as great as the first time. The staffs were super friendly and their service was top notch. They brought us a mini fridge after realizing we have some beer bottles, without being asked. The food from the kitchen was delicious, especially the room service menu.

Our room was a let down and needs some maintenance. The sink has slow drain, shower window lock was broken or balcony door lock doesn't work. The bathroom was not so clean, and carries a sewage smell.

Working AC, nice pool, good location, good taxi fares for guests

Had a room just across from staff area, was noisy, could also hear sounds really well from above apartment, showerhead was not very clean, breakfast should be included for the price

rooms where big with comfort beds. iron was included. luggage hold was available before check in. marina access was great.

I miss my coffee every morning in bed, i recommend coffee maker in each room. too far from the malecon.

Quite end of the Marina Vallarta close to restaurants and bars pool was good but not enough chairs as the early birds perched their towels on them and they sat vacant for hours

Food at the Palapa was dodgy at best

Bathroom had a slightly musty smell

it was conveniently located in the marina. It had a beautiful garden view area and pool, even though I didn’t use them. I was able to easily get a taxi or Uber from there to go to the Westin where the rest of my family was staying. The staff, in particular, were extremely kind and caring. I really appreciate it your help with everything from Security carrying your baggage and the front desk people. they were really really great. for staying in the marina as a single person, the price is manageable.

The first room they gave me was on the fourth floor with a really severe set of steps leading up to the actual room. They quickly switched me out of that when I said, I didn’t think I could navigate it. They definitely need to put a handrail on that set of stairs. I also didn’t like that you had to wear a blue plastic band on your wrist. I understand the security stuff but that band was really tacky.

Safe location next to gated communities,right on the marina boardwalk.We only ate breakfast there 2 times ,first time sausage,bacon and potato Patties were very over cooked and near impossible to eat coffee was great second time had an omellet and it was good.

The same people that would sit at tables around pool would save most of the loungers by the pool and the loungers would sit empty for the majority of the time.In 2 weeks we were never able to get a lounger for even a short time even though most were empty but saved.2 times we were able to sit at a table.

the garden was gorgeous and the pool was amazing for my son we loved it.

i didn’t like that I didn’t receive new towels and toiletries every day as other hotels do!

Very helpful, friendly well trained staff. Wonderful servers in the restaurant. Nice food. Liked having all meals there. Beautiful garden. Very clean room. Quiet. View from balcony. Children in pool were polite, didn't scream.

Safe had been removed from the room. The website said it would be included. Shower floor was slippery, also needs a grab bar. Could use 2 facecloths for 2 people rather than one cloth.
