Superb location. Sentosa express monorail is right across the road. Junior Suit room is spacious with high ceiling and the bathroom is huge. The king size, medium to firm bed is comfortable. We are surprised to see the room were serviced twice a day, and both filtered water and sparkling water were supplied in fridge.

Our room faced to the street and so it is a bit noisy. Room walls are not soundproof. Unlucky we had a loud neighbor to wake us up. Light in living room is too dark compared to the bedroom. The breakfast is tasty but a little bit overpriced. Better to have it included in the room rate.

Really liked the standalone bath-tub and the location of the hotel- the monorail was just across the road from it so very convenient to get around Sentosa or to get to Vivocity.

The "queen/double" bed option was just two single beds pushed together. While the beds alone were comfortable, when pushed together, not comfortable for a child sleeping in the middle.

Great location. Clean and luxurious. Lovely pool. Nice choice of restaurants in the Mess. We visited the Royal Taj, the Native and the French cafe for breakfast. All fab.

Twin rooms were not available for anyone checking in at the same time as us… despite my request over 6 months earlier. Staff did sort a bed settee out quickly though for one room which solved the issue for my teenage boys. Would have liked online booking facility for spa. I didn’t use it as had limited time and an online option would have suited me to sort a good time out.

The location of the Oasia Resort Hotel is so convenient in Sentosa, with the Imbiah Station for the monorail connecting to all other areas of Sentosa attractions. The rooms are excellent and comfortable with big pillows on each bed. And one of the most wonderful part as you enter the lobby of the hotel is the aroma of the spa located in the lobby area. And the staff like Prince and Lysander were super helpful in giving us directions and tips while in Sentosa for 3 days. We hope to stay at the Oasis Resort Sentosa when we return to Singapore with my family.

The only thing I can say is.. the toilet paper is limited to one roll until almost finished.. they don’t give extra roll in bathroom. Everything else, was excellent.

The check-in experience was superb and smooth! Celebrated my mum's birthday and they not only prepared something special for her, but also allowed us to store our a cake in theri fridge and use their break-out space for a mini celebration with family. Thanks a lot! Want to add also that the hotel is generous with water & change of towels; Housekeepers not only came in the morning to tidy up the room but also did their round in the evening and went about asking guest if they need anything. Great service!

Our room (Junior Suite) was supposed to look out to Singapore's Merlion but currently, it's being demolished and what we see are just construction works. No fault of the hotel!

Beautiful property. Extremely clean and staff was friendly and excellent to work with. Rooms were small but well-appointed. Bathtub was awesome. Location was convenient for Sentosa, being very close to the Express Train.

Location for going into town/city was challenging as many Grab or taxi drivers did not enter into Sentosa. We found taking the train to VivoCity and then getting a taxi from there to be the best way, however inconvenient.

Great location for tram, bus or walking to Santosa resort. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Nice pool. Quiet environment because it is not in resort world but walking is super convenient. Got water view from our room.

TV doesn’t provide apple airplay or chromecast which makes it less useful. It would be great if they can make the bed for sofa bed before we got to the room because they would know we need them.

We were well taken care of by the staff. Due to the initial hiccup of room swap, one of the manager came forward and settled the issue quickly. Though it was a downgrade of room, we got the payment to be offset and of top of that, Darren kindly gave us a bottle of red wine too. That was definitely a thoughtful and sweet gesture. To top it off, the spa at Oasia was indeed enjoyable. A good getaway over the weekend.
