V Spa has always been an exceptional host, with friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautifully decorated facilities, and the best breakfast! As a vegan it's usually difficult to get a decent meal in a hotel but V Spa has a variety of different and delicious foods that'll not leave your stomach empty! Also a huge thank you to administrator Richard who was so helpful and pleasant when I wanted to change my room to one with a bathtub in it. It truly made my stay there outstanding and enjoyable!

That the spa closed so early on Sunday.

Room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel overall is of a high standard. The bathroom had a fully-enclosed shower (not a given in Europe), though there was a small gap between the door and the glass panel but luckily not too much water got through to wet the bathroom floor. Alternative pillows are available. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast at Joyce for no extra cost was a great touch and there were a lot of options at their breakfast buffet (eggs cooked a variety of ways, oatmeal, sausage, croissants and breads, fruit, cottage cheese, and a lot more). We also made use of the basic spa package which was great (did not do Sauna World or Salt World, but they are just separate gated entrances off the main spa room, which had plenty to enjoy including several types of Jacuzzis, saunas, and pools). I would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Location was good once you find it :) Google maps for some reason takes you to the wrong corner to access the hotel entrance; it took us sort of to the spa area instead, which is inside a large mall. We had to go down to the parking level to cut across to the hotel from there but eventually found it. It's literally less than a 5 min walk from the bus station. When you arrive, just walk south on Soola one block and the hotel entrance is at the corner of Soola and Aleksandri. Other con is that the shower water pressure wasn't great and the temperature kept fluctuating, periodically becoming really cold as well as scalding hot for a few seconds throughout the shower time.

We liked everything about this hotel, rooms, spa. This was weekend, and there were a lot of people, however spa is so huge that it was comfortable to be there! Great bar, great pools for babies ❤️ We as parents felt amazing, safe for a kid and relaxed. But breakfast was amazing, everything was so nutritious and tasty, our family was very happy.

Three disliked things from my side: 1) girl at the reception spoke only Estonian, we tried English and Russian, she barely understood 2) carpet in the room seemed old 3) capacity of restaurant during the breakfast was not enough, we needed to wait abd than join other couple. They sure understood the situation, however it was not comfortable for them for sure.

Very nice SPA center (with no time limit for visits) with rather large pools, several jakuzzis, several types of sauna. Not-overpriced bar by pool (e.g., milkshake 5 eur, prosecco 6 eur). Bathrobes (even for kids) and extra towels provided for SPA visit. Many food choices for breakfast. Cofee machine in the room. Liked the way they made effect out of deffect - we did not have a view from window, just a very tiny in-between walls look, but they displayed small laser animation on the walls when it got dark - kids were excited about it! Comfortable parking under the hotel, re-funded in reception. Nice bonus: hotel provided discount for AHAA center (5 min walk from hotel) tickets.

Excellent location and buffet breakfast, friendly staff, pleasant AC and rain shower, beautiful and spacious, quiet top floor rooms and super comfy beds and bathrobe. Joyce á la carte menu was worth a try and vegans/vegetarians are well catered for. Parking at Kvartal mall basement is also very handy, no need to worry about the car.

Lack of a bidet shower was strange and a bit uncomfortable, and due to not having a proper shower cabinet but only 1/3 shower wall in one of the rooms caused half of the bathroom floor getting wet while showering. Overall the stay was still a true pleasure and good value for money.

SPA: The spa zone at this establishment was truly exceptional. It is especially suitable for families with young children, as there are three pools specifically designed for kids. The deepest children's pool had a depth of only 75 cm, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Additionally, the spa offers a wide range of sauna options, and I highly recommend trying them all. However, it's worth noting that you should bring your own flip-flops. I found this information on a flyer in my room, and while it may have been mentioned during the booking process, I believe it could be provided more prominently to ensure guests are aware. Room: We stayed in the "Superior" room, which provided ample space for our needs. We were two adults and a 4-year-old child, and the inclusion of an unfoldable chair as an additional sleeping option for our child was a significant advantage. Breakfast: The breakfast selection offered a multitude of options that catered to various tastes and preferences.

In terms of drawbacks, the only minor issue I encountered was the lack of adequate space for drying towels. However, this was a relatively insignificant concern and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The first and foremost - wonderful SPA zone with so many different types of sauna to choose from. Our favorite was the sauna in the “Salt world” zone where you can scrub your skin with salt. Visiting SPA should be the main reason you choose this hotel. We also liked the breakfast of good variety and qualitative, they even serve sparkling wine ;) Worth mentioning hotel connection with the shopping center. Our room was also very quiet.

The mattresses in our room 310 were way too soft to be comfortable. They feel like cheap foam and didn’t support your body. Seems like overlook in such a good hotel. There was also a minor odor coming from the room shower. We also visited the hotel restaurant once in the evening and although it wasn’t bad, but somewhat overpriced. Not for foodies ;) Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety of everything. Perfect central location, yet quiet in the room. Overall a very nice hotel, good size rooms, good size (and warm) bathroom. Excellent personnel. If there's something to whine about, then the pillows were not very comfortable, but that's a personal preference.

I got a very good deal for 2 nights because the spa was closed during our visit and because I had some vouchers from booking. However, if I would have paid 150-200€ per night (I did pay 75€), I would not have been happy. The hotel was very very good, but not exceptional.

The spa is family-friendly so the shower area is differentiated for men and women but the changing room has small booths for actual changing, so families can be together. The hotel room was comfy, especially the bed! And the breakfast was just spot on. Quite a lot of variety and everything was fresh and well-made.

As there was recently a bacterial outburst (but the health board has given clearance and all the tests have been good later on) so it was worrisome to find a pool wall that wasn't very clean. Unfortunately, the spa pool-side bar selling tickets to the "Salt World" closed at least half an hour before the spa, so I missed my opportunity to visit the salt world. The salt world by the way is fantastic as I remember from my past visit, the Dead Sea mineral pool is a fabulous place for relaxation!

Great breakfast, clean room and great location

Spa - water was colder that we expected, it was cold not only for us, for other customers as well, they comment were *oh its cold* - And we found out 2 days later that in SPA in water was found dangerous bacteria !!! in 100times more that was norm, It is terrible ! This bacteria couldnt grow up to this amount fast during 1-2 weeks - its mean that water is not propely was cleaned for a while, and water tests are not taken regulary. It was found suddenly by Health Board
