The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and spacious with modern Scandinavian interior design and decorations. However, what truly made my Bob W stay a perfect 10 is the phone support I received at 6 am after our office Christmas party. There are apparently two different Bob W locations within about a block of each other. In my post-party state I was not paying close enough attention and blindly followed Google Maps. When the code for the door didn't work, I called the support line and an incredibly patient and kind staff member did all he could to ensure I got to my apartment safely. It took us 2 calls and about 45 minutes, but I eventually made it to my apartment and got some great and much-needed sleep.

If I have to find something to complain about, I suppose the view towards a building that had some construction work being done on it wasn't very scenic. However, that's a temporary situation and out of the hands of the property owners.

Bob W City Centre was good once I got over my initial disappointment*. The location is good and we felt safe walking around at night. We found some lovely restaurants close by for dinner and cafes for breakfast. The apartment has everything you needed and it is comfortable and spacious.

*The apartment looks like its in a lovely old building (from the photos) but it really is a refurbished office building. I was imagining a lovely old world apartment in the city which it is not. Our apartment 501 looked out onto buildings and we had to keep our curtains shut the whole time. It also would have been nice to have had 2 full bathrooms for a 3 bedroom apartment. Please fix the sensor lights outside the bedrooms they stay on for at least 1/2 hour which is 25 minutes toooo long. : )

Property needed a few repairs, drain in bathroom smelly light bulbs out a furniture needed tightened up.

The apartment was excellent overall. Had all the specific amenities/things we wanted including aircon, easy to use washing machine with a good dryer, microwave, outdoor seating area, good luggage storage, etc. all or some of which which we didn't find in other (non-Bob W) apartments we stayed at in nearby Nordic countries. The location is very central and conveniently located. The app/website and WhatsApp with all the information was very easy to use and the staff was very prompt and helpful. We will definitely look out for more of their apartments in our future travels.

The location is great, being close to the train station and supermarket. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with almost everything you need. Also, Daisy, one member of the staff that we met in the apartment was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with portable heaters when the heating system was not working.

The apartment didn’t have the central heating system on. People from warmer countries may feel cold at night. Also, when we tried to contact the customer service, we usually got AI reply, which was frustrating. Besides, some parts of the floor in the bedroom and living room were either lifted up or broken. the doors of the bedroom and bathroom need to be fixed to close properly.

Clean, main bed very comfortable, great location, great washer dryer, good dishwasher, provided dishwasher tablets and laundry soap. Nice minimal modern decor.

1st problem was the sofa bed was too saggy so we had to put the mattress on the floor which was much better. 2nd problem is that they did not reply to messages sent via Booking. com or email despite claiming that they would be very responsive to replace having an on-site concierge. To be fair they did offer WhatsApp for emergencies and I think they would have replied to WhatsApp, but I did not think my query was urgent enough.

It is easy to contact the staff via whatsapp when we have queries. The whole 5th floor Bob W. Many rooms on the same floor but it is quiet. The underfloor heating in bathroom is good. All the facilities are easy to use. The cafe for having breakfast is just next to Bob W. Although it is simple breakfast, the quality and taste are good. It is just 5 minutes from Metro and 15 minutes to the pier for taking ferry to Soumenlinna. There is a big supermarket at the basement of Metro station. It opens till 10pm.

Great location, walking distance from the main station (easy transfer from airport), tram super close for ferry if you’re planning on a day trip to Tallinn. Loved the virtual front desk - quirky, prompts you to check if everything is ok and responsive when you have a question or problem. The facilities thoroughly thought through with the view of sustainability in mind. We are a family of 4 travelling with a lot of luggage and we had sufficient space.

Apartment on the smaller side but sufficient. Bedside tables on both sides would be good.

I cannot say enough. The room has everything you need (and lots more!) so that u feel at home, it is absolutely clean, the bed is perfect, there is a big television, washing machine, tv consoles, a dishwasher, an available tote for you, a polaroid to take a selfie if you want (and leave it there together with the other ones), a usb cable, two yoga mats!! Plus a fully equipped kitchen, a really big fridge, coffee and tea sachets, oh I can't remember everything, it was superb. The area is totally central and the code system to get in the room works perfectly. There is also storage available for your luggage in case you need it after check out. What's more, the communication through WhatsApp is immaculate. Really, give it a try. Thank me later 😊 From now on I will be searching Bob W. rooms as I am travelling.

Wow the Bob W apartment exceeded all expectations! My mom and I stayed here and now we want to only stay in Bob W places for the rest of our lives. We loved all the local design details and special touches throughout the space, it made it meaningful. The private sauna is small but delightful. And the beds are nice and comfortable. There is everything you could ever need in this apartment, from kitchen supplies to fancy morning coffee to free gym access cards. Oh and the location cannot be beat! Perfect walking distance to everything in the city. Plus they have luggage storage on site. One of the best booking stays we have ever had!
