I LOVED IT HERE The commitment to functionality at this place is insane - in the room you’ll find chargers to fit all devices, huge smart TV, little coffee area and fridge, desk, Polaroid camera with film, free water bottles for your stay, yoga mats, iron and ironing board and more. There’s also a shared kitchen and laundrette where you can use everything free of charge and there are free laundry products and communal food. We are travelling through Europe right now so we managed to do a big reset here and wash all of our clothes for free (we usually have to pay for this) and the room felt like absolute luxury. As well as all of the stuff, the rooms are beautifully designed with local art and furniture. The bathrooms are beautiful with a lovely powerful shower and many toiletries. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back.

Nothing it was perfect

This was truly such a nice place/concept to discover. It made me feel at home from the very first minute. The location was excellent! Next to metro station, within easy walking distance of many shops, stores, cafés, restaurants, etc. Also easy walking distance from the main railway station, arriving there by train from the airport. I loved the common kitchen and the other facilities. Everything was well indicated. Even though it was right in the middle of the center, the room was quiet. The communication with the host was great.

The only minor thing: the shower is a bit small/inconveniently placed in the bathroom.

Everything was extremely smooth. The place was very clean, instructions clear and it was only a few minutes walk to the Christmas Market, Central train station and shopping areas. We liked the communal kitchen and the team were quick to answer any questions on Whatsapp. The included access to 24/7 gyms was another great inclusion. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Fazer cafe. Lastly the metro is literally under the hotel (there is no noise), there are also bus and tram stops right outside plus a supermarket.

Not a dislike but a caution: the luggage storage is fairly small, so if there are multiple guests bringing large suitcases, they might not fit, especially if it is busy.

It has been one of the best (if not the best) accommodations I have ever stayed in! Not just a simple hotel nor a basic apartment, but the perfect hybrid, a total experience. Constant support via chat and emails from the moment I booked it to the moment after the check out. Flat super welcoming, clean, warm, organized. Welcome gift pack with: local chocolate, coffee, tea, and a tote bag of the city. Available to use while staying: Instax camera, reusable water bottles (to highlight their high attention to the environment, recycling, and sustainability), cables/chargers, videogame console (with the TV), and a daily free gym pass. And of course all the usual items you can find in an apartment (fridge, cups, dryer, fan, bathroom stuff, etc) Really so much attention to the details, and unique clients support! + Great position in the city center, and near transports & shops.

That was an amazing property with a lot of thoughtful client oriented pleasant details, looking like an art space. Everything has a nice design in a style related to the city it is located in and most of the things had the brand labels (Bob W). There were some cute gifts for guests (Finnish coffee and handmade chocolate), personal postcard, free passes to a gym nearby. More than expected for its price. The owner also cares about ecology and everything is reused or recyclable, you can see some nice recommendations, etc. The property includes all the necessary things and even more (were surprised by being provided with all kinds of cables and chargers, cotton pads, reusable bottles for water to take away, reusable bag). Everything is online (check-in/out) and well organized, but even without receptionists you feel like you were met by a lovely host who is talking to you and taking care through all the littles things and personal notes. And also, we got reply online really quickly when had some questions. Communication with the staff was very smooth and pleasant. Also, the owner provides luggage storage for free at the day of check-out, it was really relevant for us. Would love to stay there again and already recommended this place to friends. The room was quite small but for a short stay it was perfect for us.

As a suggestion, would be more comfortable to have borders in the shower and wider curtain because water passes through to the bathroom and not very convenient to walk there afterwards.

Centrally located, close to the train station; use the train if you come from the airport! Be careful not to get confused with the other very close Bob W. The subway is outside the door if you eventually need it with a very well stocked underground supermarket. You will receive your pass code and probably will not meet any of the staff during your stay, but contact via WhatsApp is always available for your needs. The room was spacious, well air conditioned, with much more than you need, even the fridge and a strange coffee machine which you will like to try after seeing how to do it on Youtube, but the best thing for me was an amazing giant window with a view on the road (you'll love it!). A shared, well-equipped kitchen is available. A well-made breakfast will be available with a digital voucher in a couple of nearby cafes.

Ok for short stays, but for longer stays be ready to accept that no one will ever clean the inside of the room or you will be able to pay €20 extra for it to be done; you know in advance!

Cozy small place, clean. You get some small perks like nice ground coffee and chocolate in your room, as well as a gym access. We liked the large communal kitchen which even had free essentials like milk or even instant porridge and we saw old fruits were getting replaced and the kitchen cleaned. There is also a laundry room and a luggage storage room- all accessible with your room code. There is no staff on site apart from the cleaners but there is a quick WhatsApp support. Location is perfect - very central and close to the station. There is a supermarket which is open until 10pm just downstairs (entry through the metro).

Great location, very convenient, had everything I needed. Staff were immediately available when I whatsapped them after arriving very late at night to request a charger. They in fact messaged me first to ask if I had everything I needed and when I mentioned I didn't have a charging plug they were immediately able to locate me to one in the room. Everything was positioned in a logical way, the room made sense. I would definitely stay here again. Also nice how the kitchen was available for use and had basic things you might need like some coffee or tea or fruit.

I suppose the bedroom could have been slightly bigger but overall not much to complain about!

Great location just 7 minutes walk from Railway Station. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping malls nearby, and a supermarket next door. Great advantages are the kitchen and laundry area, which were very clean and tidy, and had everything we need. The room itself has everything you need, such as hair dryer, mini fridge, ketlle, coffee and tea. Internet is very stable, you just cannot use it in the kitchen.

If you have heavy luggages, the only way to get to the place from railway station is by stairs, so you will have quite a hard time to bring everything up, unless you take another path which will take 10 min more by foot. If you go by car it's ok. There is little space to place stuff such as toiletries in the bathroom, almost no hangers, and as there is no shower door (only half of it, or shower curtain), so the bathroom gets completely wet after shower.

Very well thought out apartment style rooms, reasonably priced for Finland with fridge and tea/coffee facilities in a renovated 1924 building. Use of local designers and furniture. Able to sit in room or social kitchen with porridge and eggs provided. Washerteria & luggage room a bonus and communication was excellent with key codes supplied for entry. Near the railway station and lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
