Second time we stay in this hotel, we absolutely love it. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is great, next to the train station, various transportation, and walking distance to almost anywhere.

Our big issue was with the cleaning ladies. Even though the switch was always on "do not disturb", every morning they would knock on the door and even try to come in! Very unprofessional and quite disturbing since we usually couldn't go back to sleep after.

Would have liked restaurant to have been open in the evenings I was there( Sunday & Monday)- although it meant I got to try local places nearby. I did not realise how wet the floor of the bedroom could get when coming in from the sludgy streets. I was offered an interim clean but declined as I was only thinking about towel change & bed making- not necessary for just 2 nights. Maybe could have been explained more to naive visitor on arrival!

We stayed at this hotel for three days. I left my luggage at the hotel before sightseeing in Helsinki. I was relieved that the staff at the front desk responded willingly. I was worried because I visited from Japan, but I was able to communicate even in poor English. Also, the happiest thing was the room cleaning on the second day. They not only changed towels, but also changed bed sheets and threw away garbage. We were very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The scenery is normal.

Beds were comfortable to sleep on, even on standard room! Practically room had everything needed for our weekend trip. Hotel's location also is perfect for weekend trips, especially if you travel via train (main train station is located right beside).

Hotel felt slightly outdated on certain angels. Decoration and certain furnitures in hotel room (atleast in standard room) could use a upgrade. Gym was very poor to be even hotel's gym (luckily hotel offered free gym entrance to neighbour elixia for radisson reward -memberships).

I would say that the only thing that was an unpleasant suprise was the AC which was hard to regulate, even the personnel was not able to fix it. But instead I got an electric heater and it was ok. On the side note, my towels were changed every day and room was cleaned despitefully the fact that following the environmental friendly policy of the hotel it should have been done only on demand. So there should be a better respect of that ....

Good bed, friendly and helpful staff. No noise whatsoever in the room. Location is perfect, 100% central, and next to the train station.

The digital interface for the lights and the no-disturb sign etc. is fancy, but not really needed in my view. Shower curtain is a bit outdated, and so was the shower itself, which did not provide high flow rate of the water. Dirty coffee cups were not replaced after the first night (but they were after the second night). My room had a view on the courtyard, and it was a bit annoying to have direct view inside many other rooms at the opposite side of the yard, I always had to close the curtains if I wanted to undress / change.

Celebrated my other halfs Birthday in Helsinki. Requested hotel to do something special like balloons, non alcoholic bubbly and some cakes and they delivered well. Thank you all the staff who got involved.. Room it self was nice, big and comfortable. This was a executive business suit with sauna. Staff was very friendly at the desk, allowed us to store the bag without a problems. Good service. Location of the hotel is superb, walking distance to port, shopping and museums.

Room service was bit pricy, 24eur for a burger and chips but suppose being in the city centre is what u pay for.

There are many positive points about this hotel The location is very central but we asked for a quiet room and enjoyed the silence The breakfast is fantastic, I literally had the best pancakes of my life there The room was nice and in my opinion not tired as many reviewers mentioned( except of the bathroom which is very old) The hotel staff were friendly and patient Cookies in the lobby were a nice treat

The level of cleaning is low. for a place where you pay 200 euro a night one expects much more from a housekeeping team. Dusty, windows with finger prints and they would leave tea stains from previous hotel clients ,cups never cleaned Totally unacceptable and should be improved However I had sanitising wipes with me so it helped me a lot Once a housekeeper opened the door despite we had a “don’t disturb “on Otherwise it is a great hotel

Very comfy, spacious room with lots of plugs and a sofa. Breakfast staff was really nice. Location is very convenient, 5 min walk from the train station.

We arrived very early (6h30 am) and were informed that our room was ready, but that there was a supplement for it if we wanted to check in early. We informed the receptionist that we were on the train all night, and he didn't offer us to use the bathroom or the lounge to rest. We didn't feel very welcome compared to the other Radisson hotels we stayed at. The rest of the staff was very nice, especially at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good but a bit less varied that other Radisson hotels we stayed at.

The Hotel had a very pleasing aesthetic, and it felt very welcoming and comfortable with staff who greeted you with a smile on their faces. The room we got was very spacious and beautiful, and the double-bed was very soft, yet firm, enough to be dangerously good to sleep in! The restaurant was really nice, lots of good variety food with fruits, pastries, yoghurt, cereal, bread and much more, and staff who yet again greeted us with a smile and even asked us for requests like what we wanted for drinks. The location is not that far away from the railway station, as you can see the building when you exit the station from the East. High quality customer service!

The only things I didn't like about the hotel and the room was that most of the room numbers on the floor was a little bit damaged, and it was difficult to tell six from nine as they didn't even look like numbers at that point. And the mini-bar was full of drinks that you had to pay for if you were to drink them, so we had very limited space in there for our own.
