Bathroom dividing wall has glass and when you turn the lights on person who is in the bed cant sleep until you finish Designer was smoking strange things when he drawn this up🦧🤔😂😂

Good location, immediately at the airprot.

Unfortunately, the hotel has double charged me. I paid in advance, which the receptionist knew (as she said so during check-in) but wanted to block the room rate again on the card, in case we take something from the mini bar.As this is a normal procedure, we had no doubts. However, the blocked amount has in fact been charged - hence I paid twice for the same room. And clarifying issued (via e-mail) are unanswered and via booking.com Hilton reservation staff apparently cannot help.

The facility is large, contemporary, clean and light. The room size is wonderful. The front desk always have somebody to attend you and very friendly. The tub and shower made our stay very relaxing. It’s quiet! The location is great, about 7- minute walking to the terminal. The cards for suitcases are everywhere.

Very high prices at the restaurant. No shuttle or help with baggage. Me and my 10-Year old were walking from hotel to terminal with cards loaded with suitcases under the rain. No any special pedestrian arias, very uncomfortable walking way near the hotel. We came with wet clothes and suitcases for our transatlantic flight. The hotel front desk directed us to the outside glass corridor leading to the broken elevator. We needed to go back and all around the building finding our way to the terminal ourselves. We stayed two days and at the arrival we were directed from the airport to the same broken elevator. So, at least 2 days it was out of service and nobody was repairing it, although it’s crucial for getting faster and safer from terminal to the hotel and back.

It's about a 10 minute walk from the airport. There are signs at the airport to direct you and the pathway is pretty much covered. The beds are comfortable and the room is extremely quiet despite being at the airport, you don't hear any planes. The breakfast was really great. Lots of options. Shout out to Stanley. Wonderful man! Outdoor parking is right outside the door. As my husband was in meetings all day, it was convenient to always have a cab waiting outside or a quick walk back to the airport to catch the train into Helsinki. A couple of tours came right to the hotel to pick me up as well.

The room was incredibly hot and no one seemed to be able to lower the heat. The windows do not open. They did bring us a fan which helped a little. The restaurant food is very tasty; however, the menu is very limited and you run out of options quickly if staying there a week.

this was my second stay at Vantaa Airport. Good location, short walk to terminal and car rental parking. Nice size rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast very varied and great attention to customer from waiting staff. Also restaurant for dinner has excellent options and quality and is reasonably priced.

Excellent response and communication. I was arriving at 6:00 a.m. so had booked for the day before so I could have a few hours sleep before checking out at noon. They confirmed this by e-mail and were already aware when I finally showed up.

It is physically tricky to find. You have to enter the country so you can exit the airport and then the signage is confusing as there is another hotel in front of the Hilton. You have to walk across parking lots and up stairs and elevators to get to the front desk. The street signage simply stops in the parking lot. It would be helpful to have better and more Hilton Hotel signage as the people who don't speak Finnish may be confused with no one to ask for help.

The hotel is located quite close to the airport exit. When we arrived in Helsinki from China for more than half a day, it is a good rest place for us of three. The direct flight from Beijing to Helsinki is elminated due to the pandemic lockdown and it is still not resumed. When I have some problems on my receipt, the reception desk staff actively help me to cope with the issues. The hotel is also close to the train to the city center. Excellent, Hilton, my first favorate all over the world.

No problem. The hotel likes a warm family, greeting the people from the farther away far East with tired body and mind.

The location is unbeatable when arriving with a late flight (or having to catch a very early one). The walk from the airport terminal to the hotel was well signposted. The price for the night in the hotel at the beginning of July was quite reasonable given that it is, after all, a five-star hotel with a prime location at the airport.

The bathroom door did not close properly and compared to the other Hilton hotel in Helsinki, where we stayed later at more or less the same rate, this hotel did not offer a comparable rate and quality of services, including the choice at the breakfast buffet.

Otherwise happy but one receptionist was not friendly at all. No smile no welcome. Like a robot. Gave me a 1 st floor room which was literally a ground floor room ( the window was was 30 centimeters from the ground…I didn’t feel safe)room without asking any preferences. Then got very friendly service from another receptionist ( Hilton Honors desk )after going back downstairs with my luggage to complain. She changed the room immediately(which proves there were available rooms on the 3rd floor for example). Oh well, not a big deal but not necessary.

Great location as it's right at the airport. They have signs to direct you to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stanley is the best! The breakfast is very good with something for everyone. The rooms are clean and it's nice to have a bathtub and separate shower. The pillows were nice and fluffy. It was super quiet and you can't hear any planes. There's always a taxi outside the hotel to go into Helsinki, or the train is right at the airport.

Our room was too warm. The windows don't open. We had someone come in to the room to turn down the thermostat but it just kept going back up. They did bring us a fan when requested. If you decide to walk to the hotel (it's very close) you have to drag your suitcases through an icy walkway. Would be nice to have a few more food options on the casual menu.
