Clean, great location

Receptionist over chatty, and she lacked common basic courtesy . She was talking with the client before us about personal family stuff without regar of our presence and the fact that we were there to check in , my dad a 87 year old man had to stand there waiting for her to actually acknowledge us, then she keeps talking to this client and we had to stand there until she was done, then she tried to do the same with us, talking about personal stuff and I was just worried about taking my dad to his room.

The cleaning staff was extraordinary. They cleaned when we needed and didn’t bother us when we asked them not too.

There were lots of spiders. It was too loud at nighttime.

Third time staying at this exact location. Location is great, busy area but the stay is allways great. Easy check in, check out. Staff was great as allways. Just across the bridge for easy access to Sea World and mission Beach/Belmont Park. Easy highway access.

Little noisy due to all the traffic. Current construction is an eye sore, No pool as advertised.

The room was nice and front desk service was very nice.

I was pleased with the room, however the floor was very dirty. When walking in the room barefoot and stepping into the shower....the dirt from my feet was black. This happened several times. The floors need to be mopped. Also, I did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door around 4:00 on Wednesday and when I opened the door.....just stepping out of the shower.....she asked in a rude way.....are you done? What does that mean? I still had one more night in the room.

The room is well confort, the bathroom is very good.

They charged the parking lot(I knew it). No free breakfast, but there is a bakery Panera with the best candies.

the rooms are all newly remodeled and the beds are comfortable.

location, lots of people fighting and arguing in area. police at hotel twice in my 2 day visit. Won’t stay again

Overall, very nice would come back again. Facility was clean. Everything was close by , All staff was nice except one(Sandy) when I got ready to check out . She made eye contact, was very rude and ignored to check me out. Took 4 other people and never try to assist me, but besides her. A very nice, clean place to come, you would be very pleased. Also there is a $20 a night park fee add.

One very rude staff (Sandy) 😒. Need to be retrained in people skills.. And there a $20 a night parking fee ( I felt that was pretty steep).

We were only miles away from Balboa park and the San Diego Zoo and only mile & 1/2 away from SeaWorld.The I-5 and I-8 were very close to the hotel.There were plenty of restaurants & fast food places to choose from. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. And the room had wood flooring instead of carpet.there was fridge & microwave & coffee maker in the rooms. And nice shades that cane down to block the sun, In stead of curtains.the towels were extra Fluffy & thick. There was Dove shampoo & conditioner with body wash installed in shower. Very nice. 😉😊 this hotel was very easy to locate and in a good location.

There was no breakfast offered. But there was a Panera on property.

The staff upon checking in were very nice. The rooms are spacious and the king bed we had was very comfortable along with great pillows.... Everything in the room was furnished adequately with towels, coffee supplies and one bottle of water. Plenty of soaps, and hair/body wash in tub/shower. Our room had a mini fridge and a full length mirror which was very nice. One last thing the hotel is right across from the Arena where the Gull's Hockey team plays which is nice because you can just walk over and not pay parking.

This might be nick picking .....but there were no hooks to hang your towels on to dry. That would be nice if they could add that. Also the mirror over sink could be a little brighter as it was hard to apply makeup. A makeup small mirror would be a great added value I think.

Room was pretty clean, not having carpet was a plus. It made the room feel cleaner! Lots of space. Location was good and the staff was friendly.

We were right by the ice machine, soda machine and the elevator! Triple nightmare for uninterrupted sleep. We had multiple roaches in our room AND after only 2 days parked in your lot we had a rat in our car!!!!!!! It took us so long to get him out which made us late on our engagement. Front desk staff could not have cared less nor been less helpful.
