Very clean and beautiful location. Close to everything

We didn’t had a good night on our second night there due to a fire alarm going off at 2:30am due to an issue at another room. We were scared and couldn’t sleep till hours later

Very clean, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. We were close to restaurants and walked there over the foot bridge. The view of the boats and yachts were amazing.

Nice modern hotel, very good location in Point Loma and Liberty Station, great for our purposes (and for folks using airport, which we were not). The guests were quiet and the hotel had courteous staff.

Well, it only had one chair for 2 people!? And there is some airport jets-taking-off noise, of course, being close to airport, but not too loud with good solid windows muffling the sound. The only annoyance was construction backhoe hammering starting a bit after 6am (in early September 2024) from a nearby unaffiliated lot, on weekdays, not under hotel's control. This noise could be heard through the windows.

Property was in a great location, was very clean, and our room had the best view. You wake up and the bed is facing the window, so the first thing you see is the bay.

The one and only complaint is that a fire alarm went off at 4:00 am for about 10 mins (which seemed longer due to it being so loud) and then it went off again about 5:30/6:00 am. Other than that I can’t think of one thing I didn’t like about the property.

New hotel. Rooms are spacious. One of the best days that I've had in San Diego

This is not about the hotel, but it's location. There are no restaurants within an easy walking distance

The location was perfect, very close to the airport. The large lobby was well lit at the time of my arrival late in the evening and I appreciated the self-serve tea and coffee bar for a hot cup of tea to take to my room. The front desk staff was welcoming and checked me in promptly. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. It would definitely be my first choice for a San Diego hotel next time I am in town.

The name of this hotel is the same as another hotel about 1.5 miles away, on the other side of the airport. The only difference is this one is Liberty Station and the other one is Downtown. I was dropped off at the wrong one after my friend took me out for dinner because she looked up Hampton Inn and Suites San Diego Airport on her phone, and we were closer to the other one.

The breakfast was excellent and fresh everyday although they could use more sitting areas. The area this is located at is great and if you like walking there's a pathway around the harbor that you can walk.

The only disappointing thing was that they are still doing the covid routine where they don't clean the rooms. I did not mind that they did not clean my room for 5 days but it would have been nice to be asked if we needed clean towels or to clean the garbage. There was a sign that said they clean every second day but they never did clean our room the whole 5 days we were there.

Breakfast area was clean but try to get there early because there will be time that there won't have any more table to eat, but keep in mind we went there on Memorial Day weekend. Staff were nice. Facility was nice and clean and looks new, there's a lot of parking space, pet friendly, small fridge in the room, convenience of using the phone as the key.

The hotel is newer and modern. The staff very polite and helpful.

That you didn’t have a bar and some place very close to get hot appetizers. Your snack items at the hotel are way overpriced. I don’t eat carbs due to stomach issues so more yogurt, protein options like hard boiled eggs, and a variety of fruit would have helped. No yogurt one day and only one type of fruit available while I was there the entire week. The plane noise was louder than anticipated.

Very clean, great quality of the shower supplies (shampoo, body lotion, soap, conditioner). Comfy bed and delicious breakfast (omelet, sausage, potatoes, boiled eggs, oat meal, waffles, oranges, yogurt ...) The staff was so nice and let us check out 1 hour later. Very convenient they have computer and printer in the lobby, that you can use for no charge if you need. Tea, coffee anx water station is also always available there. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Had difficulties to slide heavy bathroom door, and it's not locking. I wish that the shuttle bus would run a little bit longer hours. And for breakfast would be nice to have some fresh vegetables (tomatoes or cucumber)
