Perfectly located on the beaches.

Of the two bedroom suite, the "second" bedroom & bath was of a quality far below that of the "master" bedroom en-suite. Almost like two different hotels all together.

Customer service was outstanding. The apartment was very nice, well set up and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. This is probably one of the best equipped apartments we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. Cookware and everything was in excellent conditions. Super clean.

This apartment is located in front of the beach and that’s great. However, there are some homeless people around this area and I felt a bit unsafe at times.

Super clean, and was a great stay for my family of four! You can’t beat the location, and the views are spectacular. You’re super close to international market for all your shopping fun and needs, as well as taking a walk down to Honolulu zoo.  Everything was super clean, and the staff always greeted you with warmth and kindness. It was nice to have 2 separate workout rooms. A yoga room, and a regular fitness center with weights, treadmill, elliptical etc. The pool/hot tub was nice to have but nothing to write home about. Having a washer/dryer and full kitchen in the unit was perfect for us. And the fact that they did cleaning service daily was wonderful. After a day out it was nice to come back to a clean condo. Also having water stations for the reusable water bottles was a huge bonus!

Wish there was food options in the bldg, but having ABC store, McDonalds, Eggs and Things as well as other restaurants within 5 minutes of walking made this work.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment on level 25 and it was brilliant. Really large space and the balcony view was 10/10. Loved the washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Even though the apartment is old, it has been tastefully renovated & furnished. Fantastic apartment for a family of 4. Highly recommend. The staff are also really nice - one lady in particular (she has dyed grey hair) was really helpful and even arranged an upgrade. I looked for her our last 3 days to give her a tip but she wasn’t on shift :( The free valet parking was appreciated.

The pool & hot-tub dated, old and uninviting. We didn’t use these facilities which was fine given Waikiki beach is a 1 minute walk. The aircon in the apartment was too noisy and too cold. This needs to be replaced with a more modern unit. The price ! Very expensive at $1000 AUD a night. There is no restaurant on site which is also fine given options on main strip.

When we arrived we were escorted to our unit and were shown around. The view was beyond our expectations and the unit was very well appointed.

I wasn't surprised by the additional charges but I would have preferred that they were included in the price I was quoted. The pool was shady and the location was very windy.

The ocean view from our room made me never want to leave! All of the staff were so friendly, great location, the condo was spacious- loved the decor and furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen made this stay a home away from home. The lanai/balcony was lovely. The primary bedroom bathroom was a dream- the bathtub and washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Loved the toilet/bidet. We loved the daily activities. The hula dance instructor was a great teacher, very engaging and made it easy to follow along. Everyone in my family of 5 absolutely loved our stay. I’m getting emotional just thinking about. From the moment we arrived and offered the refreshment and wet towel, to the water bottle gifts, sunscreen gift bag and lei…to the phone calls from staff to check in - we loved it all and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!!

Not a thing. Our stay was PERFECT.

Staff was very friendly. We stayed in Suite 704, partial ocean view with two bedrooms. Perfect for a family of 5. Lot of utensils in the kitchen so that we could eat healthy home cooked means. Valet parking at no additional cost was a bonus. Lots of space in the rooms with lot of closet space. Balcony was supernice with access to the kitchen. Partial ocean view was awesome. Common area on the 4th floor was super awesome. It had BBQs and swimming pool and lot of patio furniture. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We checked out at 11 am. Our flight was not until 10 pm that night. We were told that we could use the common space on the 4th floor. We needed to use the common space but washrooms could only be accessed with room keys which were deactivated after checkout.

Loved this two bedroom two bath suite. Perfect for a family of 5. We used the kitchen, dining room table and living room to hang out. The room is exactly like the pictures posted online. It was a huge plus having a washer & dryer in the room. It is helpful especially when you have little ones and staying for 6 nights. The views from the hotel balcony are amazing. We enjoyed sitting out there multiple times a day. It is mesmerizing. The location is amazing! Takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. They have water stations at the beach to rinse off all the sand and the hotel has one as well. Makes it nice to wash off all the sand before going back to your room. Mc Donalds is also right in front making it easy to grab a drink, snack or ice cream. Upon arrival they gave us all lei's, juice and moist towels. They also gave us a bucket of beach toys! When we got to the room they had the Hawaiian radio station playing. Great way to be greeted to our room. Housekeeping came daily. They provided robes and slippers to wear during our stay. We also got a welcome bag with water bottles and sunscreen and in the fridge were yummy Hawaiian nectar drinks.

The only thing that I would have liked would be to have softer beds. The king bed was fine, but the two twin beds were hard. We ended up using the sofa sleeper due to the twin being too hard.

First you are greeted by absolutely beautiful staff with the most welcoming spirit. We had a long late flight and they greeted us with cold Hawaiian beverage, leis, and a cool calming cloth… the condo was very clean, daily housekeeping, awesome well equipped kitchen, the most lovely soaking tub with shower and a bidet.. we had a two bedroom and each had a bath… the lanie was a lot larger than I expected and the ocean view left us speechless each and every day… the location to everything was perfect .. we walked across street to beach multiple times a day.. this hotel is close to the best shopping in Waikiki!! It is the place to stay folks…

this is not a negative, but I prefer less firm mattress…and there was ample soft fluffy pillows on the large bed in master…

Location, Staff excellent!! Sea view because of the staff it’s 8 and not 7.

size was not as mentioned, different from some pictures, one bedroom was with The window faced the corridor which was beyond other rooms and maintenance rooms and everyone who passed was right next to the window and there was no privacy, beyond the fact that it was divided into two single beds and not a double, again it was impossible to open a window. In booking, the premium rooms are shown with the same photos of the sea front apartments. Apparently this is not true, neither in the pictures nor in reality (size).
