Location is great! Only 3 mins walking distance to the beach and lots of local restaurants and food trucks around the hotel. ABC convenient stores are everywhere if you need anything such as water play equipments. Honolulu zoo is right around the corner within 5 mins of walk. Hotel provides free beach towels and toys for kids to be borrowed and you can refill your water at the lobby anytime. We got an ocean side view and they serve pre-packed breakfast every morning by the pool deck. From our 5 nights of staying - we got scrambled eggs, home style potatoes, french toast, pork sausage, bacon, yogurt, boiled eggs, breakfast turkey sausage sandwich, banana, apple and juice/coffee station available.

Sink was too small for 5 family and elevator takes a long time during rush hour. Cafeteria area didn't have much options to use our hotel credits (Too much junk pastries)

Concierge was very helpful in planning a fun itinerary for the few short days of our visit--we did a luau, helicopter tour and shark swim. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to start the fun-filled day! Vanilla yogurt was delicious! Our city view room was exactly what I expected, large enough for the two of us. Beach and shopping was just a few minutes walk from the lobby. Though we did not visit, the Zoo was next door.

Pool closes at 10 pm, which was about the time we were getting back from activities. Elevator can be slow.

The breakfast was good and varied. Staff is very friendly and did everything to make our vacation the best possible. Location is great too.

Carpet of my room could use a carpet cleaner. Feet were blackened after walking on it. Advertised hotel taxi ride to the airport for $29USD is no longer valid, driver charged us $35USD.

Breakfast had a good variety and well staffed to assist. Breakfast allowed us to regroup and plan our day without searching local eateries

Elevator wait time was a bit long

Basic but sufficient. - Complimentary water bottle with refill water station. - Minutes walk from the beach & ABC stores. - Food trucks around the corner. - Beach towels and toys lending service. - Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. - I paid $20 USD a day to upgrade to a larger room with a bath tub so the room was very spacious.

- Soft bed and pillows. - Lift wait times. - Outdoor breakfast area when it's rainy & windy. - No body lotion/moisturiser. - No main light, just multiple lamps. - Loud air conditioning.

Staff very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Nothing seemed too much of an issue. Room was very clean and spacious. Service maid would come in and tidy room / change towels every day. Great idea to issue water bottles at check in, where you could top up from water dispenser in reception whenever you wanted. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice, very tasty.

Nothing really. Can take a bit of a while for lifts to arrive at your floor, particularly around breakfast time, but that's not really the fault of the hotel - just down to so many people staying at the hotel. Indeed, the hotel even gave us a bit of a warning that due to the number of guests, there may be some delays with the lifts.

The location is key for this hotel. It being about a five minute walk from the beach. It was nice that the hotel was not on the main strip, so the busy nights did not seem overwhelming or over populated.

There really needs to be a better option for the breakfast and checkin systems. Neither are very welcoming or organized. The problem with the checkin or out system is the lack of personnel. You have the same people giving out towels and serving water bottles as doing checkout. The breakfast situation is analogous to herding cows. If the porch was covered or had better stationary seating with umbrellas and if the area for picking up food was more open with aisles people would be a bit more comfortable moving around the food. Things felt very cheap and congested. Maybe a bit more thought could be put into the arrangement.

We had a 2queen room with a Mountain View. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The sofa was pretty badly worn and needs to be replaced. The staff at the hotel were excellent! everyone was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. It was a good breakfast and the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to borrow the complimentary beach chairs and towels, although the chairs were not the best and hard to sit in for too long. However they were free. There is a small bar in the hotel but no restaurant. Not really a problem as it is so close to dozens of places to eat and drink. I don’t like that they add a $29 per day hospitality fee, or whatever they call it. That is a bit of a rip off for what you get. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Lovely staff, great location! Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The upper floors (11-14) have wonderful partial ocean views. Pro-tip: stay at the beach after sun-down on Fridays, because the Hilton Waikiki does a fireworks show at 8pm and it's a perfect cap to your day.

Hard to fault this place unless you are used to a level of luxury that's beyond the reach of mortals 😂 Restaurants and shopping and everything in walking distance. It's literally across the street from the beach. I suppose they could advertise their ocean-view rooms as "partial," but that is a nit-pick. Aloha and Mahalo!

Very friendly staff. Daily 5 USD drinks voucher. Welcome bag. Good location. Beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available for guests. Purified water dispensers.

Poor breakfast options and eating area. Expensive parking.
