The suite was very nice & seemed pretty clean. Bedding & frequently-touched locations seemed clean. The hotel & rooms looked recently renovated. I loved having the kitchenette. I loved having the option of the complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, based on places we wanted to visit. Valet parking is available & I liked the convenience of being able to pay for that service at check-out.

Once in the room for a while, I could see that the room wasn't as clean as I initially thought. More attention to detail as far as cleaning would've been nice - the mirror, underneath the sink, stove top, floors. We had to ask for a couple things that should've been in the room upon arrival - wash cloths & extra toilet paper. The convenience of the complimentary breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. It would be nice if they served breakfast at least until 10:00 am. I am not an early riser on vacation. Being downtown, the outside noise kept us from having the best night's sleep.

The hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful. It was very spacious, and the amenities were awesome: well equipped kitchen and dining area, large living room, very nice flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. Hotel was quiet and you didn't hear much street noise. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, pastries, bagels & toast, and fruit. The valet parking was very nice, quick and courteous service. The hotel restaurant, Napa, was very impressive. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable.. Also, checkout was quick and easy.

I didn't like that there wasn't a daily maid service and wasn't aware of this prior to booking, although when I asked for more paper towels and bath towels at the front desk, they were promptly brought to the room. This location is great if you are going to a Mud Hens baseball game because the stadium is right across the street, but other than there, there are very few other businesses in the area for shopping and dining.

Loved the spacious room and the view of the river.

I thought the car reservation man was so rude. He was acting so ghetto and he was loud saying im here to play D1 football and you people gonna stop being disrespectful and acting like your daddy owns this hotel. He went on a rant for about 2 minutes as i stood staring at him. I said are you talking to me? He just ignored and kept ranting. Not what i expected when i went into a beautiful restaurant.

Great location for our event at the Huntington Center. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a king suite that looked over the water. It was a beautiful view.

The staff in the breakfast area were not very friendly. Upon check in we were told breakfast was on the 3rd floor between 6-9. We got there at 645, they told us it would be ready at 7am. 7am comes around and still nothing as far as the hot food. They had fruit, juice, water and cereal but half of that still was not ready. Several other people came in and walked back out just as we did after waiting 40 minutes for nothing.

The location was great, we attended a wedding a few blocks away. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The room was very clean.

When I booked the room on booking.com, I booked a King room, when we checked in and got up to our room, it had 2 double beds. I asked them about it when we checked out, and she said it was because they did not have that kind of room available, and "I did book it on booking.com". Not sure what that meant, I booked a king room and should have gotten that no matter how I booked the room. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower either, told same person about this, all I got was "oh sorry". Thought she was a little rude about it all!!!

The location was perfect within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, Toledo Jeep Fest vendors, Toledo Hens ball field, etc. Safe and clean location. Napa restaurant was excellent and inside the hotel. Valet was trustworthy/honest, prompt, and always on time even with all the "Jeeper" guests.

The living room suite A/C fan was noisy due to a bad bearing from the blower/fan. Finally had to turn that off. Room A/C worked perfectly as well as all-suite amenities.

We were in town for a concert and Homeward Suites by Hilton was the perfect location to stay at, very close to the concert venue

Nothing really…the room was great, the staff were very helpful and we ate twice at the NAPA; dinner the 1st evening (Jun 19) and lunch the next day (Jun 20) and the meals were excellent

Room accommodations were very comfortable. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Location was great to park your car and walk about the City. Valet service was very efficient. Napa restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful start to finish.

Bathroom in the room a bit small but overall no complaints.

The room and the view was perfect. The size of room is great also. Like the separation of living room and bedroom.

The handle on the bathroom door coming a loose from the bottom. Other than that everything else was great. Probably one of the best my wife and I ever been in. We didn't want to leave. Home Suites was a great idea. Thanks

At over 100 sqm the apartment was huge. It was very clean and had all facilities we could possibly need. It is located in downtown and the price won't differ much if one would choose to stay at a similar hotel in the outskirts of town.

The breakfast was kind of dull but ok.
