Quick check-in. Comfortable and clean room. Great AC. We spontaneously decided to stay in town an extra night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. We enjoyed the pool, glad that it wasn't an echo chamber like most indoor pools. Loved the hot tub, kids loved the large pool. 3 1/2 feet - 6 feet. Soda machines were Pepsi products, listed at 2.50 but it only charged my bank for $1 each. We went with a hillside view to save money but there was a large window with a seating area by the elevators that had an amazing view. Complimentary coffee in the lobby and a cold water machine. We loved the fire pit. I figured it would always be crowded but we had many opportunities to chill as a family next to it. We loved that the beach was so close. puzzles and chess in the lobby that my teens enjoyed.

"market" was pricey. Only cans of pepsi products in vending machines, no food vending machines. hotel restaurant was very expensive wished there were more outlets in the room.

The property was right off the road, somewhat east to find but also felt hidden and secure. I loved that there is a restaurant inside and you can get a view while enjoying wonderful food. It was a perfect getaway for my birthday weekend.

We had a room with ocean view. We wish the balcony would’ve been big enough to sit out there, but at least there was a sliding glass door and we could still hear the ocean and feel the breeze. I was sad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, we were told the wrong closing time so when we went it was already closed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Check-in process. Congenial staff. Very neat and tidy room. Beautiful ocean view. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Best hotel stay anywhere in a long time. I could not hesitate to recommend accommodation to anyone.

The only thing we didn't like is that we should have made a longer reservation. The hotel had a very large group at breakfast, which slammed the kitchen. We had been informed that service could be delayed. It was rather speedy after all at the expense, I believe pre-preparation of some of the food items included with each meal; not piping hot but passable. Fortunately there's one item to work out however we tipped generously despite the busy breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful. One of traveling companions hurt her ankle earlier in the day which cancelled our hiking plans and they allowed us to check in early. Also one of the workers brought us wine glasses after we asked about it. I am sure it was not his job, just a very friendly guy! We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel The wait staff both times were excellent!!

We loved this hotel so much and were so sad to leave. There was nothing we did not like.

Don’t know. My family and I planned to have breakfast there, but couldn’t get service. My wife and I came down first and asked to have a table for 6 which they did. I told them the rest would be down within about half an hour.

Continued from above, my wife and I got coffee and the waitress never came back. When the rest of the family got there, the person pouring water got it for them. We repeatedly tried to get her attention and we’re ignored. Don’t know what we did. July 30, 2023 9:00 am.

Overall we loved this property. The staff was wonderful, they even upgraded our room. Location, view, amenities, everything is exceptional.

The room desperately needed new carpet. That is my only complaint. It had visible stains and a smell when we came in. However it dissipated as we aired out the room and I just didn’t want to complain as they were so nice. I’d recommend to the property owner that the carpets be replaced. Everything else seemed very updated. We were on the first floor.

Access to the beach was quick and easy. Having a restaurant on-site was also an added bonus. The food was delicious - breakfast: Croissant French Toast, The Pig Out (breakfast sandwich), Marionberry Cobbler and of course the clam chowder to name a handful of items.

From our room we could see the roof and gutter below filled with trash. Gutter just need to be cleaned out, it was an eyesore to an otherwise beautiful view of the beach.

Location! Beach right across the small back road. Chicken pasta at Sea Glass Bistro was delicious. View from hotel was especially beautiful at sunset.

The slow service at the Sea Glass Bistro. If you are ordering To Go. Make sure you have at least half an hour to wait for someone to come take your order. And another 45 minutes past original pickup time to receive your order. And then you'll receive a free cup of chowder for the inconvenience but not your wasted time back.

Loved the spacious room. Comfy bed. Loved the pool! Cute view with "balcony" (more like a standing area haha). Great location. Room service came every day to replace towels, take out trash, and make bed.

Only annoying thing is since we had a wheelchair accessible room, the shower was a roll in shower and the water got everywhere during a shower. We had to lay down several towels. But it wasn't that big of a deal since plenty of towels are supplied.

Beach was good. Restaurant is great. Especially their tables with built in fire place made my mood for the evening. Swimming pool was warm and nice for kids.

Toilet was so noisy that everyone in the room was awaken with its sound. They have sliding doors there, that cannot prevent any sounds and smells propagation. Service in restaurant so slow, that we spent 1 hour for the breakfast, mostly waiting for the waiter and for the food.
