I have no complaints about he value for money or cleanliness of the hotel. It's a decent place to stay, a little bit tired, and has more of a business rather than tourism feel. I've been at other NH hotels, and this one might be coming up for a modernisation. Breakfast had a selection of local items. Budapest is a safe city, and this is an alright area. 5 minutes from the metro, 2 minutes from the tram. Free tea coffee and mineral water is useful.

I don't understand why I got emails inviting me to check in before, when check in took 30 seconds, and needs you to go to the desk anyway? I was travelling and didn't know if this was something important.

The fact that we had to check-out from the hotel at 02:45 and a breakfast box was given to us as we told them 2 days before. This was very useful and made us really happy. We enjoyed the Spa area and have used it every day.. The breakfast was okay. The location of the hotel is really good. Staff were professional. The price of the hotel is much cheaper than other 4 star hotels in the city.

Can someone please explain why a room would have a tiny Wardrobe like as if its a kids room? There is plenty of space in the room to have a nice, big wardrobe. The room has no kind of draws to put basic stuff which I found this so annoying as I had no where to put my items such as perfumes, creams other than leaving it on the floor next to my bed. The shower room was very old and needs to be renovated as soon as possible if they want to receive higher feedback rating. One of the lifts was out of order.

The Reception team 👏 good communicators, great attitude, wonderful smile, great work. Decent quality breakfast buffet, but enjoyable and good diversity of foods.Also healthy/fiber rich/ clean food options 👌 Decent coffee, but the fresh mint tea was great 👍

The toilet wasn't working 😕 so maybe it's best to avoid drinking too much water or eating too much food 🙄 1/10 for the maintenance team, sorry guys. Oh, also..the window wasn't opening for ventilation. Luckily the temperature 🌡 was enjoyable, but the ventilation suffered

Breakfast grew on me, not as excellent as another hotel in Budapest but fairly good and with little details. Much better than other hotel I use on the Buda side. Room was quiet, as I requested, even though if neighbouring rooms were noisy, you could hear everything. But isolation from the exterior good. Bed very comfortable. I had to complain to reception 1 night, but they called the other room and everything was fine. Rooms have to doors to isolate the noise form the corridors

Noise isolation from neighbouring rooms. Lifts could be faster and more modern. Bathroom. Every time I showered a lot of water leaked to the floor, even when trying to be careful..

The staff at the hotel were superb throughout, all the team on reception were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Atillia at the bar was equally as helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated, the rooms are a good size and the fitness room and sauna were nice bonuses, perfect for a four night stay and for us an introduction to Budapest

Nothing bad to say

In a quiet and communicative place, nearby is the island of Margaret, very nice for walks and sports, for children and activities. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, theater with events, bakeries, shops. The bathroom is comfortable and large, the rooms have nice wardrobes, mini fridge. The girl with blond hair at the reception is an exceptional professional. Very kind and always ready to help. We appreciate the price, which was good for what we received. Thank you for everything!

The hotel does not have the atmosphere of 4 stars. The lobby could be a little more cozy. We expected a change of bed linen at least on the second day.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us to explore the city. There was a lot of choice for breakfast as long as you went down early. The room was very clean and the pillows were lovely and fluffy. It was also very handy having a luggage store as we checked out at 12pm but weren't flying until 10pm.

The room was adequate for our needs, but the beds were a little hard and the room was roasting hot. We had to ask the front desk if they could take a look at the heating as it wouldn't turn off and it was too hot to sleep. At the same time we asked for the shower gel to be filled as it was empty when we checked in. The heating was resolved, but the shower gel was never filled. I also believe that there was a sauna on site, but we were never shown where this was or how to access it.

Arrived in the early hours from a delayed flight. Very tired but check in process was smooth and, despite a system glitch, receptionist was efficient and friendly, and printed invoice followed later. Room was excellent. Warm, clean and beds were very comfortable indeed. Good curtains and great sound proofing meant that we could sleep off jet lag without a glitch. Location was ideal for walking the Danube and NH Hotel was a very positive experience.

Bottles of water in the room would have really helped. Travellers tend to get dehydrated and having to walk the streets in an unfamiliar city to get water is annoying. Otherwise, all good!

I loved staying at NH Budapest - great location just block walking from 24/7 operating tram lines, good quality breakfast, smily helpful stuff, possibility of late check out. I recommend to order high floor room with yard view - the windows are large & you will enjoy cool fresh air & quetness. The

I liked everything

It was our best choice for our meeting needs as we could walk everywhere by foot. Also, we got granted a free parking as a gift as there was some internal mistake for our reservation in their system. Much appreciated.

7th floor rooftop windows seems to need repairment as the room was a bit chilly and it was not even that cold outside.
