Location. The view was great - however we would have liked to be on a higher floor. Breakfast buffet was good

The website said that the room we booked accommodates three people. Why did we have to request a bed for the thied person in our family. And Why did we have to pay extra money for this? This was very deceptive advertising. The room was not a good value as a result of this extra charge. When we book suites at other hotels the room includes enough beds for 3 people. Why did this hotel force us to pay extra and request a roll-away bed?!?!?

Close to shopping markets, restaurants. In house restaurant also has good Thai food in terms of quality taste and not expensive. Just next to the Hotel, Indian restaurants are also available if someone is interested but I didn't try them. Supposed to be the tallest Hotel in Bangkok and has amazing views from room windows also.

The food spread for breakfast and we even write up a comment message during breakfast time from room 3102. Baiyoke is certainly our choice of stay when we are in BKK, We were delighted when we stay the first day on 24-Jun-23 in room 4108 when we were auto-upgraded to a bigger room and it was certainly quieter.

Quiet room not able to meet due to it was near the lift with many people walking pass. One of the night we were wake up by the loud conversion from other guests going back their room

The location is the USP of this hotel. Right close to the shopping places and at walking distance from metro and trains. Also you don’t need to pay extra for a sky view as residents of this hotel gets access to the rooftop at 84th floor 360* revolving viewing deck for free. It’s an experience worth visiting.

The breakfast menu is very wide spread yet it has limited options for Indian veg meals everything has egg even appam which is a pure veg traditional South Indian dish. Rooms and maintenance of building could be better as it’s old building one can see the carpets in lobby, passage way and rooms are bit old. The outer paint of the hotel has come off. The external side of the building needs cleaning and maintenance too.

Good location. Easy access to skytrain and the R walk is close by. Observation deck has fantastic views of the city and is free for guests. Pool is ok, room was clean and comfortable. Free drink from the bar was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Didn’t clearly advertise a deposit was required, in baht or euros. When we stayed (Aug 22) most of the restaurants were closed, which was a shame. Decor was a bit dated, but not too bad.

Elevators are full of people coming to the view point. It would be better to separate elevators for visitors and hosts with stay in the hotel.

Central location, helpful staffs, cofy bed

Breakfast was poor, bad coffee ( Only with Nes cafe machine), Wouldn't really recommend to opt breakfast . Comparing to the quality that they provided 6 years ago, the quality of breakfast is down.

Room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the view was amazing. The buffet was the best. The staffs were very polite and professional. The revolving was a superb experience.

The remote control for air conditioning was far from the bed and had to wake up in the middle of the night to switch on/off.

cool building, although a little dated. Free observation deck right at the top which is cool. right next to a decent night market that sometimes happens and also close to the metro to get to the airport. has a bottle opener in the room

lift system is a bit ridiculous, just a faf to use. our room had some weird sticky patches on the floor.

Very comfy bed . Nice view.

Shower old , couldnt set up the water properly , was hot and cold without changing anything. Room basic , one very small shampoo and shower gel not enough for use once for two People. Good to stay for one night for see the view but not longer.
