A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food in the evening was really lovely (we didn’t try the other, Michelin star restaurant).

Breakfast was very ordinary and very expensive ie €25 each for a really ordinary hotel breakfast that you can get anywhere for half the price.

As we traveled from Dublin Ireland in our electric car I was very pleased with the electric vehicle charging facility at this property. I was also very impressed with the fact that most of the electricity for this Hotel property came from its solar panels. The views from the swimming pool area of the lake where Absolutely Fabulous

The only thing disappointing about this property was this the size of the room we found it to be very small.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean. Amazing view! The restaurants are amazing, every meal was perfect, I would definitely want to stay there and eat there again.

I expected more from the Spa. It costs extra - which was already a bad surprise, as I expected this to be included in the price of the stay. Adding to that, the Sauna was only at 70 degrees which is very cold for a regular Sauna, and there was not a lot to do in the spa itself.

The hotel was great, perfectly located. We took a privilege room with a lake view and it was absolutely worth it 👌 We will come back for sure 😊

Not to criticize, but It is important to inform all the clients during check-in that the jaccuzis should not be running after 9PM.

A lovely hotel with amazing lake views. A lovely swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Our room was large and comfortable.

The hotel was very expensive for what it was. Also we found certain oddities. The safe was not fixed to the wall! Anyone could walk off with it. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The air conditioning was turned off at reception and you had to ask them to switch it on.

Fantastic view of the lack from our balcony, super comfy beds, lovely bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant was amazing, what a fabulous experience!

We stayed for two nights & on the second morning our small bar of soap had been replaced by a new one with all the packing on. It wasn’t needed & not very eco friendly. Would be better to have large fixed shampoo & shower products in the shower rather than small bottles. Just trying to be more eco friendly.

The air conditioning only stays on for short periods of time so I had to get up 3 times in the night to turn it back on. It was too hot without it

Beautiful location and sensational views of Lake Annecy away from the noisy beach scene and busy old town. Within easy walking distance of the old town attractions for those who are active and enjoy a short walk. The staff are very attentive and helpful. This is the perfect location for a celebration!

The taxi ordered by the hotel cost an exorbitant amount for a 10 minute ride to the train station. It was twice the amount we paid from the station to the hotel.

Amazing views, brilliant location. Interior styling of the hotel was impressive. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Spa centre was pleasant to spend time in.
