The room was perfectly clean, it contained all we needed for a week stay , including such things as bedlinen protection for the baby ( we stayed with a baby) . Nice small things that make up the comfort of the place : extra pillows, a kettle , tea and coffee, coffee maker, minimal but enough kitchenware was impeccably clean), toiletries, etc. Whenever we asked to change towels or for a garbage bag, we got them. All appliances were in a very good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This appartement hotel is a good value for money and we definitely recommend it. It might seem not very centrally located, but tram lines are only 5 minutes away and the tram to the centre takes only 7 minutes.

The room had everything, even a mini kitchenette which was well equipped. There's a supermarket really close to the hotel to buy supplies.

There was not staff to do the check out and I had to leave the keys in the lobby. The bathroom and shower especially were really tiny.

Efficient, basic, comfortable room. Nice little kitchen with hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker. Great heated towel rack. Comfortable bed. In between downtown and train station. Easy walk to all.

All was fine, it was a basic simple room.

Having read the property policy, I knew that housekeeping would be once a week. However, I didn’t expect that we would have to use the same towels for the stretch of our stay( 7 nights)

The accommodation was basic but more than adequate. Friendly, helpful staff, comfy beds, clean linen, plenty of hot water and sufficient kitchen equipment to prepare simple meals made for a pleasant stay.

We had breakfast on the first morning and at €10, it was rather expensive. We ate in our room each morning thereafter.

The room contained a small kitchenette, two large wardrobes, a desk and a bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent, we collected it from the reception and had it in our room. It contained a number of different pastries, orange juice, milk, condiments and some coffee/tea packages. This kept us full until dinner time. The location was good in regards to the price as it was a short 10 minute walk to the tram which ran every 5 minutes or a 30 minute walk into the city center. It is also quite close to the university as well which was only a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

The bathroom was lovely although the shower a wee bit small but was efficient. There was no air conditioning but there was a large window and a fan which we had switched on which helped to keep the room cool. The location was a bit hard to find but if you look for the street number it helps as there was no big sign/frontage to obviously state where the location was.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was nice and quiet and safe, very close to all the public transport locations making it very easy to get in and out of the main centre of bordeaux. Couldn't fault the accommodation.

A spacious room, well located within the city. Walkable to centre or close to transport links. Clean laundry and beds. Dark room with good blind.

It was very hot and sticky so it was hard to sleep - would benefit from air conditioning and/or fan.

It is budget accommodation, but it is value for money.

Considering this is a 'wine location' a couple of wine glasses in the room would have been nice. No aircon, but we knew that when we booked, just didn't expect it to be so hot in August.

The location is good if you are travelling by car. There is private parking in the property. The best thing to be done is leave your car there during your stay and walk a few blocks to use public transport, which is quite efficient. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.
