We loved the staff, the room, and the location to the grotto area was 2 mins walk and that was important to us as we wanted to make the most of all that the Lourdes offers on our pilgrimage. The 1st day er tried the lunch and it was very good and breakfast was pretty good too. My sister and I must eat strict gluten free and they brought us the best warm baked off rolls we had ever had and sliced bread that toasted so tasty!! The staff was extremely occomdating by offering us an early and late check out. We paid a small price, but is worth it depending on the flight schedule. The view from our room was exactly what I wanted, also a small balcony to sit and read, sketch, or have a snack. Lot's of shops and eateries all within very short walking distance. Great value too.

Dinner one night didn't look great so we passed. The dining room also caters to larger groups so two people sort of get shuffled to the back corners where it's a little dark.

thrifty to the point that water, tea, milk and even coffee stirrers were not replenished. Check out was at 12pm but water supply was cut off at 11am, I mean who does that it’s a 4 star hotel. I was there for 3 days and housekeeping I feel was not done properly. front desk staff were friendly and the thought of continuously asking for tea, and the standard stuff was annoying and made me feel very uncomfortable as if they didn’t want me to ask not sure how the management is handling this. I paid more than 300 euros and I just don’t feel it was a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star. in other terms as for changing bedding and providing towels it was all well.

Great location for the Sanctuary of Lourdes, minutes walk from St Joseph gate. Central to the Sanctuary eating and shopping district. Spacious room with lift to all floors. On-site restaurant. Staff very helpful.

Would like to see pillow protectors on sleeping pillows for hygiene. Room a little tired looking and in need of refurbishment.

Modern hotel with nice rooms situated very close to the Sanctuaries.

Kitchen and dining area of Hotel Panorama urgently require surprise inspections regarding hygiene issues and ensuring that certain dishes don't go cold. Food should be replenished immediately and not after 20 minutes.

The location was very near to the Sanctuary.The souvener shops are in close proximity.The hotel staff especially the receptionists were all very accomodating.they readily help us get a taxi and assisted us in our booking to our next destination.i definitely recommend this hotel .

The location was absolutely perfect to visit the sanctuary and they offered us a wheelchair without charging anything more. They gave us a bunch of discounts for shops and restaurants nearby. All of the staff was nice and friendly.

French standard with toilet in a little room apart from the sink, it feels like a prison. The carpet was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time.

Location was perfect! The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is a walking distance so we could go there anytime. There are several restaurants around as well as souvenir shops. Taxi can be arranged from the reception so even at 5am we had our taxi to take us to the train station.

Nothing to dislike here.

Great location, minutes from the grotto. Staff at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable of events at the Basilica. Restaurant was one of few opened late within the area.

- avoid room 314 : giving onto a very noisy street until 3:00 am. Front door is blocked and need to be repaired.

The staff were so very polite and super helpful, everyone of them at the reception. The hotel is clean comfortable and very conveniently located 5 mins walk from the sanctuary and the grotto. Breakfast was good.

The smell at times in the reception area and lift. The dinner buffet was just not so good.
