The facilities were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious with a good selection on offer. The apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay with three children and the location was great for visiting the Sanctuary of Notre Dame. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean.

The only criticism is that we couldn't use the balcony as it was green and mossy and needed a good pressure wash and wipe down, It was very small and wouldn't fit the 5 of us on it. This didn't effect us as we were out and had no need to use it for our short stay anyway.

This hotel residence is exactly what I expected: great location, fantastic facilities like free onsite parking, outdoor swimming pool great for all ages when the sunshine is "au rendez-vous " which it was when I stayed there. My accommodation also had a balcony, fantastic for romantic evening meal " a deux", unfortunately my other half was not with me at the time due to work constraints making the balcony even bigger for a solo traveller. I had a great religious getaway in Lourdes, and I will definitely come back to the Zenitude l'Acacia residence. This time, hopefully, we will be two of us enjoying the wonderful mountain vistas from the balcony. I highly recommend it as your base for exploring what Lourdes and its surroundings have to offer. I can't wait to be back on my own or with my conjoint as Zenitude accommodation is the best place to stay if you are on a budget or have a strict medical diet to follow as it is my case due to being coeliac. Therefore, self-catering makes it possible for me to travel and still stay healthy.

I loved having a balcony, but I wished it did not overlook the parking entrance, which was not as private as I would have hoped.

They tried and provided us 3 rooms close to each other which very nice of them. Parking even free and they allowed us to park even after check out.

The bathroom and location , parking swimming pool, although i didnt able to used it because of 1night stay , i wish i stay one more night. It was close to sanctuary of lourdes,, and grottes betharram, (17min drive)

Kitchen needs some more things to upgrade . Maybe glasses and smaller pan with right lid ,,

It was clean, well equipped and very well located. The staff were super friendly and efficient, especially the guy on reception. The bed could have been a liittle more comfy and the studios would have benefited from air con, but for the price paid, these apartments were absolutely fabulous value for money. Will definately use Zenitude group again, they are head and shoulders above their competitors.

Very accessible to the heart of the sanctuary. Friendly staff that was very happy to help. Space was great. Breakfast was good value for money. Terrace good to chill on in the evenings. Good size pool.

Could have used with ventilation or exhaust in the toilet

In total it was 9 of us who travel and stayed at this Hotel. Very nice Hotel with swimming pool facility and cooking facility. Short walk to the famous church and places to eat . Nest door is a bakery ,nice food. Only thing we would have liked was phone charger adaptors . Coming from UK we had to wait till next day to go to the shop to buy the adaptor.

Not having a phone adaptor to charge. How ever we were able to to buy this from a shop close by.

Perfect for a one night stopover. Friendly reception. We had a ground floor superior studio with a large terrace and nice grass area for our dog. Great kitchenette and spacious room. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was and started late at 8am.

Loved the location of this property! Walkable to the main sights. We checked in after closing time and everything went smooth. Great parking and the staff were very accommodating. Super convenient to have a mini kitchenette in the room!

Everything was great! I would say the only thing that took us by surprise was the bathroom shower handel. It would have been nice that the handle be higher over your head to make it a bit more convenient.
