We were very happy with the accommodation and especially happy with the manager and front desk staff. We had arrived at breakfast over 30 minutes late and explained that we got the times wrong but were very hungry. The staff proceeded to bring out food from the kitchen and give us whatever was left including fresh bread and cheese. It was perfect and highly recommended, thank you!

Good location and the staff were extremely helpful. Facilities are basic, but more than adequate , and everything was clean and well organised. Very good value for money . Good selection of food for breakfast, with plenty of restaurants close by for an evening meal. A good base for visiting the Christmas markets in Strasbourg and other towns / villages in the area.

Easy place to stay with good breakfast and parking in front of the building. Reception people were very kind and thus a plus to feel at home somewhat. Not the newest building but still good quality for the money you pay.

The building is rather old and would be a good initiative to spend some money on the carpet, doors, bathroom and other parts. Still OK but suggest to do something to not loose your customers.

Another B & B hotel which provided a good clean room for us to stay one night on our way home. Dog friendly, good parking and a choice of restaurants nearby. We opted for a takeout from Terra Pizza's, an innovative business from a couple's house a 10 odd minute walk away. Reception Lady was polite and informative at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the room had plenty of shelves for storage, the heating and wifi worked well, the extra pillow and coffee machine were great, and a big shopping center nearby was easy to reach on foot or by bus.

Perfect location when you are looking for a stop over close to the highway. Plenty of safe parking. Friendly staff. Basic room but very clean. Not so many options at breakfast, but we liked it . Would stay here again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for as a 1 night stop on the way to Italy at a low cost. Keep in mind though that there is no restaurant on side nor within walking distance, however there are options within 10mins drive. Breakfast is basic and the rooms are not fully sound proof. However, it did not bother us and we had a good night of sleep.

Good value for money, and one of the few places I found that had free parking space (private parking with a closed gate overnight).

Met my expectations. It is located in an industrial area outside Strasbourg, which is a 10 minute drive away, although apparently you can reach the city easily by train too

Very clean hotel and good breakfast. Good location for travellers, close to the motorway. I was traveling with pets and appreciated that it was possible to have them in my room

Dinner was served in single use microwavable pots. Nice enough but probably a bit overpriced. Although I appreciate that pets are allowed and that I have to pay extra for the service, I paid 5 times more than what I was asked in a different French hotel that I used previously.

We stayed only one night here, so it's hard to say a lot. Everything was not exceptional but good enough. We had a good rest. The staff was very nice friendly.

The shower cabin doors were a bit lose, and it was impossible to close them completely

Room and bathroom starting to look a bit tired, bathroom particularly needs smartening up. We didn’t like the small, square pillows and the bed was not very comfortable compared with the many other times we have stayed at Roi Soleil hotels. Although we have stayed here before we still had a job finding it due to nearby roadworks which were a bit confusing, but luckily the sat nav got us there.
